Sherwood T-mobile upsold a 5$/month tablet to an unsupervised teenager who would NOT have been authorized to make changes to our family plan. Additionally, they will flat out refuse to charge your phone upon request, even if you are a longtime customer. Management at the T-mobile Sherwood store is unhelpful and disrespectful. If you plan to write a review voicing similar concerns, I urge you to call the T-Mobile 1-800 number and complain to corporate.

They do their trade-in for their phone and Verizon says they never got their phone. Today when I called to find out about that he says well I can fix this for you, you know your payment will be $126 every month. I said fine. Don't change anything on my plan. What did he do? He changed my plan. I'm about ready to go to T-Mobile so frustrated with Verizon. I do not recommend Verizon.

Do **not** rely on appointments at the Verizon store…read more I scheduled an appointment more than two days in advance after visiting the Forest Grove store in person. They implied Newberg had the phones I needed, so I made the appointment and drove there expecting a straightforward pickup and activation. An "appointment" here is not a real appointment. It is only a notice that you are present. There is no priority and no expectation you will be helped anywhere near your scheduled time. I checked in on time and waited over **one hour and fifteen minutes**. At 1:16 pm I was told the technical issue they were handling might be resolved "before the end of the day." Then at 1:28 pm, after all that waiting, staff finally checked and realized the phones available were **128 GB**, not the higher storage needed. The correct model is on backorder with **no ETA**. This was only discovered after the extended wait. At that point it was clear the drive, the appointment, and the time spent waiting were all wasted. While staff were polite, the appointment system, inventory verification, and coordination between stores are fundamentally broken. If Verizon does not intend appointments to function as actual service times, that needs to be made very clear up front.

I had my phone sitting on the wall upstairs and it was knocked off and took quite a spill. It likely did more than the "military grade drop test" that most cases boast protecting. This time I full on destroyed the screen. And having a job now that wasn't okay. I needed to get this fixed ASAP. I was really worried because despite having Apple Care + I thought this is a several hundred dollar repair. But it was a $0 repair. $0. YES!!! Winner winner apple dinner. Glad I invested in that especially since I'm a hot mess and constantly breaking my glass. Well at least I invested in some better cases and I'm TRYING to be more careful. So hopefully I won't be back anytime soon.

No matter the location, they're never easy to access. The stores are always jam packed full. And there's not a single staff member that is easy to get a hold of. They're either non-existent, busy talking to other customers, or chatting with each other. Or you finally speak to an employee but they add you to a waitlist or have to find someone else to help you. Theoretically you can book an appointment, but what's the point of having an open store if everything needs an appointment? You can't just pick up a product and go buy it at a cashier. I think their stores were very innovative when they first opened, but they haven't scaled with the popularity of the iPhone. Instead of buying at Apple, I'm planning to go to Costco or Best Buy for a slightly better purchasing experience.
