Just not worth it. Unless you are prepared to elbow people, be shoved and smell people's hot breath on you just don't go. The staff does nothing to make sure the customers are not blocking isles completely or anything. I tried every isle to get to the back wall to see shoes and every single isle was blocked by wheelchairs, massive baby strollers and people who used their big bodies to block the walkways. Walked in, attempted to look at shoes and walked right back out. I would rather spend double the price to not deal with stores like this. We were in search of some good shoes for a good price! This store is located within the Woodburn outlet mall. Just the day before we went to the regular Nike store at Bridgeport village. At the regular store the cheapest shoe was $100 and $130 for a men's shoe. Inflation is real and we were in search of another good option so we headed to the woodburn outlet mall. The deals were amazing! We got 4 pairs of men's Nike shoes for $169 plus with the help of the Nike employee we signed up for rewards which saved us an additional 15%. I had only wished that they had some better deals on the clothing. I felt like the clothing was still pretty pricy. I found a black vest that I loved but ON SALE the vest was still $85 We will definitely be back to be on the hunt for the next great deal! read more

Stopped by this Nike store for an exchange of a specific gift (basketball shorts in size 3XL). I appreciate their generous return/exchange policy. However in this case it was not exactly a fun shopping experience. Staff tried to answer my questions, but didn't really go above and beyond to help out. Apparently there's no way for them to search if they have any 3XL shorts in stock, they can only look up a specific short and see what sizes of that one are in stock. So I grabbed a bunch of shorts, some of which are on very tall racks that are hard to reach, and walked back and forth from the shorts section to the register multiple times. Couldn't find any staff on the floor, only at checkout. Lastly, I know outlets can't necessarily compete with company stores on price, but I did hope their prices would be a bit lower given the whole concept of outlets. Service. As soon as I entered, the pressure became thick, after I was at a different Nike location with a different atmosphere. After finding two items I genuinely needed, I was checked out by a woman to told me to scrape off the gift card code cover. I did so, then returned the card to the Nike athlete, who approached a manager by the name of Julia. Julia then, with strong rigidity and hastiness, informed me that there I couldn't make the purchase due to the card code not being clear. I recommended further inquiry into the truth of that, and she repeated the same nonsense. I am a former employee of Nike, at the same location. I felt discriminated against and belittled. I still do, and I now must purchase items that will not be as good for me. I am furious, and I hope for change in that establishment, starting with Julia and the female that began the checkout process. The products were satisfactory, as was the design layout of the store. I love the different Nike Outlets. They all have different designs and sports wear. The staff was very friendly.

The Nike store is always super busy even when the other stores are empty. They always have a ton of sneakers for men, women and children. Plus a rack in the back with sneakers that are on sale, on top of the discounted price. Check this area out for some great bargains. With sever plantar fasciitis which has no chance of improving since I refuse to sit still, I've never had luck with their sneakers. The styles are very attractive and come in a vast array of colors and patterns, but none have the support I require. On the rare occasion they do, it's a boring all white pair that look like orthodics. No thanks! Come on Nike! You are NIKE! You can do better. However I will pick up a pair of their waterproof slides which are great for walking around the pool and the gym locker room, if our pools in Portland ever open again! So why do I stop in? For the clothing. I live in athletic wear and love their offerings, specifically the tops and jackets. They fit great and do exactly what they are meant to do whether that's keep you dry or warm or cool. Always lots of fun new colors, different styles and fits, and even some retro styles! The reason for the 4 stars, and not five, is the price. Often I see and find the same clothing at Marshall's for $10 or $20 less per item. That's significant. So unless it's a killer jacket or it's a legitimately good price, I usually pass. Customer service is fantastic. Incredibly busy all of the time. They have enough staff to help if you can find them though. The staff wear Nike gear and just a lanyard, so they are hard to decipher between customers and staff sometimes. The staff member, Moises, that helped us was incredible. He went above and beyond to make us happy. We asked if they had any outdoor backpacks and he said there were some in the back and he took them out special for us! Definitely didn't feel like outlet prices when the jacket I got for my son cost more than online Nike. Sadly maybe cause of the color, but bummer it cost full price at an outlet, I would hope they don't put full price items even in the outlet. After exhausting every possible way to try and weasel my way into the Nike Employee Store, I pretty much lost all interest in trying to snag a pair of Romaleos during a recent trip to Portland. What made it worse was that this was after a visit to the Nike store in Downtown Portland, where I was told they actually moved their entire inventory of Romaleo 3's to the Clearance wall only a week earlier. In any case, the gf suggested we check out this place and lo and behold... success! Not one, but two pairs of size 10 Romaleo 3's in both the black and red colorways. $99.99 (MRSP of $179.99) AND no sales tax. Music to the ears of any true Californian. But of course this was after about 15-20 minutes of combing appropriate section of the back wall by myself without any success. Thankfully the gf has eagle eyes and was able to save the day. I think they could definitely improve on this part; at the very minimum, by ensuring that the sizes are (generally) in the right spots. Might help with the congestion too though I'm guessing most of it is due to customers not returning things to their aisles. They also carried your latest Kobes and Lebrons in various colorways but seemed to be limited on retro J's as I only noticed 2 different models of retro 3's and 1 retro 4. The best place to find cheap Nike items! (no sales tax cuz it's Oregon, and better selections than the Nike Employee Store in Beaverton, OR!) I've only been to this store once during my trip back in February over President's Day weekend, but it wasn't hard in finding my way around the store & diggin' through their clearance racks! Everything in the store is anywhere to 30-70% off normal retail. In addition, they have special sales ON TOP of the normal discount. Usually EXTRA 30% off, which is a great deal for ya'll ballers on a budget! Shoes that normally retail for $150 can be found for less than $50! Jackets and shirts can be found for $10-30 depending on what it is. The trick is just diggin' in, and that's the way bargain hunting goes if you enjoy the thrill of finding great items at a fraction of a cost! The only thing about this store is that it gets PACKED. As such, people throw things around and the store does get a little messy. I would recommend that you get here early, especially if you go on the weekends. The best times to check this place out and do your Nike run, is on weekdays when they first open up at 10 a.m. or even before 12:00 p.m. Just be mindful that at times, certain sizes do run out, especially Small and Medium for both genders. The staff do restock everything throughout the day, but it may take them a while. Just be patient, and good things come to those who wait! Definitely a great place to go to for cheap Nike products!!! If you aren't able to score any guest passes to be able to hit up the Nike Employee Store in Beaverton, this Nike Factory Store is a great alternative - because it has great deals & good finds, along with discounts on top of discounts! This place was super busy. I'm giving this place 3.5 stars... not 4, but I decided to round up, because well... We went in looking for toddler shoes. We left successful. They had a pair for $19.99 that fit him perfectly. They were gray and blue and Velcro. (See picture. It's so difficult to buy shoes for my son, because he has such chunky feet, and a lot of the "wide" styles aren't very fashionable.) They had tons of clothes, shoes, and accessories. I, also, looked at women's shoes and women's clothes. They had some great deals, but I didn't really like the colors they came in. Although there were employees everywhere, the only one that was friendly was the girl greeting customers as they walked in. She smiled, greeted us, and asked if we needed a bag for shopping. Other than her, there were employees stocking items and doing price checks right in front of us while browsing that didn't even look at us or any other customers around us. Long story short. Drove an hour to the outlets to return a defective item to exchange. It was a gift online. I had the order # and gave it to the gal. She grabbed her manager and he said we cant return this it shows its already been returned. i had my sister take a screen shot of her order and it did not say that. He said original purchaser needs to come in with their card to return. I said that is not true I have order # and can just re order online with gift card because you do not sell in store. He refused to return and would not give me his name and would not show me policy that the original person needs to come in. He walked away and refused to help. I called 18000 # in car and they did a return no problem and sent me a shipping label within ten mins to my email. (And im not the one who ordered it online) but since we wanted to order jacket online sooner i took to Bridgeport in oregon and they returned no issue and i have my gift card. but now this manager yesterday in woodburn caused the jacket to sell out online and i am very livid. Being in Portland the home ground of NIKE and in Woodburn outlet mall, the customers do expect a vast variety accompanied with great deals both of which do not stand up in any way to the euphoria created around it, infact to be frank it falls behind any of the outlet malls in other parts of the country. I came in here yesterday with my buddy Matt. We were in the area for some other things, and he was kind enough to stop by the outlet mall for me. The store was super busy when we went in. But it is a pretty big store, so there was room to walk around and shop. I had been complaining to my husband that I needed a couple new tank tops, because the colors I had don't go with some of the shirts I have or accessories. I know, I'm a princess like that. So I'd been looking for a bright pink tank and a black one too. Also looking for a sports bra, but I hadn't found a padded/shaped one that I liked yet. Unfortunately, I can only wear an XL in Nike shirts. No exceptions, always has to be XL. So that can limit my options, depending on the store and how much Nike they carry. I had found a couple shirts I wanted, but were too high up for me to reach. Even Matt couldn't get them. So, I had to go hunt down an employee. Found this blonde guy, I have no idea what his name was. Didn't really expect he'd be much help, so I honestly didn't pay attention. He didn't look like he planned to give the level of customer service I wanted. Now, dude exceeded it, really. I was kind of impressed. He got the shirt down I was looking at, couldn't find it in my size. Only went up to L size. Annoying, but such is life. He checked on another color in that same style, same problem. Again, annoying. He went to walk away and told me if there was anything else I needed help with, to come find him and ask. He'd be the one to help me. Well, direct me to something pink. I was looking for a bright pink Nike tank top. I have a purple-ish/pink one, but I wanted BRIGHT. I happened to be wearing the purple/pink one under my shirt, so I showed him. I was also wearing a bright pink paracord bracelet. I was looking for something closer to that, and I compared the two, so he had a better idea of what I wanted. He found me a great one, but they only had L size. The whole only going up to L was getting obnoxious. If I had no chest, I could wear a L in Nike all day long. But, I happened to have a fairly decent sized chest. That requires more material to cover, and go over. I pointed this out to him, and said, this is what stops me from wearing a L in Nike. I was able to find a sports bra in my size. I had been looking for one I liked for weeks now. I wanted one that was padded and had a shape to it, not just the flat that squishes everything together. Finally found it, and got really excited. Lol. Plus, that was actually in my size! I did find a couple tank tops I liked, and did get a black one, as well as another one. Found a great jacket that was on clearance. I am constantly cold, and I have a tendency to wear thin jackets to the gym, that I can just pull up the sleeves on if I actually get too hot. Perfect. This fits that bill. As I was showing my husband everything I bought later that night, even he commented about wearing that to the gym and being what I had been looking for. My only complaint is they didn't have much in terms of Ducks or Beaver items. I'd think being Nike, they would have tons of both. I only wear Nike Duck clothes (again, I'm a princess), and so it would have been amazing to find new Duck clothes for both my husband and me in here. I spent a fair amount of money, but if they had a better Duck selection, I would have spent quite a bit more. I love the history of Nike and the U of O, so it's great to support both by wearing Nike Duck clothes. Even though they didn't have all of the magically perfect items I wanted, I still found some great stuff, and the customer service was exceptional. The guy who helped really tried to get me everything I asked for, and it was great. Would I return? Absolutely! I am a big Nike fan, and always have been. Not exactly the happiest people working at this store. Seems like they pick and choose who deserves the running promotional discounts so it is a hit or miss on the quality of service. Not sure if it depends on the employee working or the mood they are in. They definitely go out of their way to make you hate your experience. They love telling you that you "can't" walk away from your merchandise or use coupons. The deals are good sometimes so as long as you keep to yourself and don't engage them you should be ok. Also, you will get yelled at if you walk away from your merchandise for a minute, so make sure you grab a bag at the entrance. I came to the Woodburn Nike Factory with my girlfriend during our special yearly trip. We walked in like we've done multiple times at other locations. However, this time it was much more memorable. More so, that I still think of it weeks later. Aside from the mega savings, and great variety, the customer service was beyond superb. Best by far. I noticed it when asking for a larger size. The crew tagged team over the radio and smart devices to see if I could get the same bargain but in my size. The true difference however, was when felt we came to check out. We casually made conversation about was interesting in the area. Well, more so the state. Hahah. But Jalyssa Mendez and the team cranked it all they could to come up with suggestions that would fit our couple days retreat. Jalyssa was beyond helpful, suggesting and even asking others to pitch in with what they thought was best. Her charming attitude and charisma made our time there, very pleasurable. Great experience at this store! Tim helped us and went above and beyond what was expected with customer service. He had to search a different warehouse and find the color of the shoe that my son wanted in his size. After all of the searching my son (who is 11) decided to go with the original color he had picked after all. Tim was really cool about it and realized 11 year olds change their minds sometimes. He also showed us what is coming out and offered to order online any additional items that weren't currently in the store. He knew about basketball which was also a plus when picking out basketball shoes. I had my receipt emailed to me but for some reason it never got to my email otherwise I would have taken the survey to make sure Tim got well deserved credit for his customer service. read more

5/21/18 16:30 This store has the highest concentration of employees doing nothing that I have ever seen. So much so that I felt compelled to download Yelp for the sole purpose of leaving this review. I wear Nike for running and know what type of running shoe I need. I had one simple question that I could not get an employee to even look my way to ask. There was a large concentration of employees at the back where the running shoes happen to be. They were all having a conversation, in a circle, about some athlete whom they all appreciated. They looked pretty excited and involved in their conversation so I didn't want to rain on their parade by making them do their job. As I wandered the store I found more of the same. Gaggles of employees interested only in conversing with each other. The only attention I received the whole trip was the girl who asked me if I wanted a bag upon entering the store. I am of the opinion that she and the employees manning the registers are the only ones who need to be there at all as even the employees manning the doors didn't bother looking away from their conversation. Perhaps Nike should develop extracurricular events where their employees can socialize and intermingle and get all of this type of behavior out so that the employees can concentrate on working while they are at work. Will I stop wearing Nike? No. Will I ever come back to this store? No. read more

Went here today, and bought 3 pairs of slippers(two men and one woman) and one pair of socks. No problem, everyone was helpful and busy and making eye contact with customers. The place was clean and there were workers were handing out bags for customers to use. I was definitely pleased. The men's slippers were $25, so I assumed it would be the exact same price because it's the same brand, and same style. Anyway, I didn't realize it at the time, I just thought that it was more than I expected. I looked at the receipt while we stopped to grab a drink, and noticed that the women's slipper costs $15 more than the men's version, so I decided to return it. I did not need a $40 slippers. Mind you, this isn't just the same day, this is the exact same hour. When I came back, there were several worker congregating on the register area just talking amongst themselves, and not helping out or putting away stuff, maybe they were all (around 4 or 5) on break at the same time? Anyway, I was the only one waiting to be helped, and a person who's wearing a name badge with "Analelly" written on it, reluctantly helped me. Reluctantly because it was obvious she wasn't really paying attention to me, she was distracted by her co workers (you know when someone is talking to you but you can see that they're really not that engaged in the conversation, that kind). She also gave me this half open mouth smile (the customer service smile, and yes, we all know what that looks like) that seems to say "why are you bothering me?" When they did the price check and I was correct, I asked the sales clerk if they were going to change the code in the system so it wouldn't overcharge other customers. He said no - but that they could always override it. When I pointed out that this puts the burden on the customer and that certainly people would be overcharged if they weren't paying strict attention, he couldn't have been less interested. I've been to 4 or 5 Nike outlet stores...and this one is the worst. The store seems smaller -- and without as big of selection as other outlets. For some reason, this outlet doesn't carry a lot of men's diverse styles (soccer, etc.) -- and instead tends to focus on golf. So I've never been to find anything here. Thank goodness there's a very good Nike outlet near the Vegas airport. read more
