If I would I would've given this no stars. Walked in to see if they had a SCREEN PROTECTOR of all things to replace my broken one. I've never had an experience with no one even greeting me when I got there stood there for at least 5-10 minutes with nothing and then walked out. We had a nightmare experience with another location while trying to buy a new phone. If you ever need anything from TMobile, even if you have to go out of your way to way, use this location. I have been desperately searching for the iPhone 16 Pro Max and it was recommended that I check the store out as I typically keep enlarge selection. I called first thing in the morning and spoke with Aleen. He was kind enough to confirm the inventory that they had and verified that they had the phone that I was looking for. When I let him know, I was about 30 minutes out and I was hoping that it can be put on hold, he did let me know that it is not a typical practice for-them. I completely understood and just appreciated that he picked up the phone and confirmed the inventory that they had. Once I got there, they were pretty busy and I had to wait just a little bit until I could have one of the associates work with me. Andrew was absolutely delightful very friendly and we had a great time talking about football. While I was there for about an hour and a half to two hours the entire time I had excellent service both from Andrew and Aleen. While my phone was transferring and updating, they did assist other guests, but they always checked out on me as soon as they were done to see how things were going. Never again and will do my beat to stay away from this store. The worst customer service we have ever had. Starting with the saleswoman who was the rudest and uncommunicative person in the world followed by the supervisor, Cedric, who was lost and didn't even know how to solve the issue. Been a customer for 12 plus years and always been happy. I'm standing in this store today and not even a Hello. It's 1:30 pm and I've been standing here for 15 mins and all three employees are dealing with other customers. I'm not impatient but the service here isn't up to par. I will go to the Millenia mall store in the future where they seem more friendly. read more

They screwed up the Amazon promo, making my account ineligible. In doing so they also charged me unnecessarily for an extra line. They constantly strung me along for a month, up until my payment date. I was constantly told I would be contacted at X time and even then they never called me back. I had to consistently contact them to no avail. As a first impression, they screwed the pooch. Don't do business at this location. They obviously do not read their own promos. read more
