    I went to a t & t today with a broken phone and wanted solutions. I waited for about 20 mins before…read moremy name was called. This place was set up like the apple store that has a tv of your name and what order you will be called. There are also tables you can sit and charge your phone at while waiting. To say the least I was impressed by our comforting wait. I was help by Luis who went over many options for us which included changing my plan. I never even listed to the sales guy trying to sell me on a plan that got rid of my unlimited data but given the circumstances with my phone bill (large calling minutes, hot spot device, and paying an insane amount a month etc) he made me understand why I would be saving over $150 a month on my bill and would benefit from switching. Luis was so ridiculously patient as I had to call and explain these changes to my sister than mother (since they are also on my plan and it would affect them) All in all I had a great experience there and felt bad for making Luis wait for our decision but he was so pleasant about it. Only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 is because he estimated that the phone would ship to my house in a week and I got an email later that night saying it would be a month which is kind of a bummer but I'm not that mad about it, iPhone 6 pluses are a hot commodity these days.

They were supposed to pass on my dissatisfaction to the new store manager, Osiris, but it seems they have not conveyed the information, and the manager has not contacted me. I still have this open issue; I remain with the problem unresolved, and no one has contacted me so far to solve it. I am being harmed by this, and I am not receiving the standard attention I would expect as a customer. I want to highlight my dissatisfaction with the company in question.

On my day of service, I…read morespilled soda on my laptop around 1pm, searched repair shops by me and dropped the laptop off at 1:30pm. I had the laptop back by 5:30pm. The turnaround was amazing and he was able to fix my MacBook with parts from a similar laptop he had on hand. He communicated via text as needed then called with the verdict. I was terrified of the cost but it cost me only $150 to save my laptop. It is definitely better to go in store for easiest ways of communication. I was told that the job can be completed in either 2 days or 7 days. 2. The price for 2 days is $420.00 and 7 days is $365.00. I chose the 2 day option because I needed my laptop for work. 3. My laptop was not return in 2 days with an explanation of they ordered a defective part, with no other option but to let them continue the repair. 4. I was called to pickup my laptop 7 days after the service time he agreed. When I asked to speak to miguel about my issue. I was denied by someone by his front desk. Which could not speak any English whatsoever and had use google translation and calling everyone else except miguel to address my issue. How convenient? 5. I was finally able to speak to Miguel. I asked if could get back the difference between the $420.00 and $365.00. I was not even asking for a refund. just the fact that you could not provide the service you agreed to. 6. his reply was no and that things happen, he could not provide the difference because he would be operating at a lost. He could only offer a discount if I break another device. Even though he ordered the wrong screen, because now he saying it came without a camera. So i am not sure what the excuse was about fixing my laptop. He also blamed the company where he is getting his screens from but then admitted they reimbursed him for wrong item. I am only one who took a lost on this transaction. I advise anyone to not do this kind of business with them. they are not honest with the service they offer or provide at all. He Is just middle man trying to take advantage of customers. The person that actually does the repair is not even working in the store. The first red flag was the fact he asked if I could pay with Zelle instead of a card transaction. He continued rejecting my calls, I would call the store and he would just continuously hang up the phone. I am firm believer in helping small businesses but then they do stuff like this and it is hard to support them.

    We recently moved and cannot even reliably make a phone call at our new location. Data plan -…read moreforget it, zero bandwidth. So after 23 years we decide to try another provider to see if we get better service. In an emergency, if internet goes down (wi-fi calling only here) then we have no contact with the world. So T-mobile was very nice on the phone when cancelling. They told me the final bill would not be pro-rated, which sucks, but okay. Today I get the bill and they charged me $75 for the same bill I have been paying $50. I can only assume they pulled all promo rates and billed at the max, but still can't figure out how they got a $60 plan to $75. There was a good chance we would have gone back to T-Mobile after our trial with another carrier. That ship has now sailed. I know this has not been the old T-Mobile for years, that had great, in-country support and took care of any issues. Those days were gone and now so are we PERMANENTLY!

However, T-Mobile only cancelled my main cell phone number and continued billing me for two additional lines, even though I am already paying for those same services through Spectrum. I spent three hours on the phone yesterday trying to resolve this issue. I was told that I should have cancelled each line separately, even though I specifically asked the representative on 08/07/2025 to cancel all lines. At that time, I also paid the balance owed on my iPod line. Despite this, I was informed yesterday that the two remaining lines are still active and will only be cancelled at the end of the current billing period, which is why T-Mobile continues to charge me. This situation has caused unnecessary frustration and financial burden. I am requesting that T-Mobile immediately cancel the remaining lines and stop billing me for services I did not authorize. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Orlando, Florida, and encouraging friends and family to reconsider their service with T-Mobile.

    Terrible service. Please do not let Kenny help you. He doesn't know the policy (Manager said this)…read more He shouldn't be working there if he doesn't know the policy. Then after he messes up your accounts/phone the manager will not only ignore you and all the calls but she'll have someone else talk to you only to tell us that "He's new, he doesn't know the policy. We can't do anything to fix it. I don't know what to tell you. Try to have the phone unlocked across the street" which is not only illegal but also an extra $300 just because Kenny fucked up. I have a brand new iPhone that is fully paid off with metro and we cannot use due to the policy that Kenny "didn't know about" until AFTER he transferred us. He told us the line would be unlocked March 12th. We've been paying this line for MONTHS. We've been paying this line since December only to find out TODAY March 13th that we can't use the phone AT ALL. Every time we called in Kenny would give us a new date to call back on. We've been calling and calling the store and he's been lying to us for MONTHS. Now they tell us they can't help because that's their policy. Well both Kenny and the manager should've been aware and told us about the policy BEFORE doing anything in the account. Kenny was the one who transferred our account without checking the policy but the manager was the one who connected all the lines and also didn't tell us anything about said policy until today. Again, TERRIBLE service. They will ignore your calls and dismiss you after they mess up. Please save yourself the headache and go to another location.
