    They almost got me... been with T-Mobile over 10 years and this location definitely does not…read morerepresent the company well. When they first opened, they had the rudest most unprofessional employees. Tried a couple times and I said I wouldn't go back here. Well A few years later I was in a time crunch and went back because of the convenient locatio. The new staff was so much better and they changed my mind. Got 2 new phones and upgraded my plan. That was 2 years ago. Now, it's time for a new phone and another upgrade! Go back to this location, and they're back to the old shenanigans. Walk in to 3 girls and a guy standing around talking. ...Silence... Well thanks for acknowledging a "valued" T-mobile customer. Then when I do get helped by one girl, her tablet dies. That's not an issue. The problem come that the entire time she is half heartedly helping me, another employee is having a conversation with her, in Spanish. Hablo Español... I speak Spanish, so I know it was a personal conversation. That is the rudest thing ever. I was tge only customer in there and she couldn't hold off her personal conversation? And if u didn't speak Spanish, that's extra rude... I thought this location had hope, but it's a NO for me.... It was a front and They almost got me...

From the very first day I had problems with phone. I could text out but never received a reply back. My daughter lives out of state and was very sick. Everytime I would text her I never receive a message back. This went on for several week. I went back to this store and I explain that this phone was a lemon. I was told by their female asst. managers to call 611 because they could not help me in the store. Well, I called 611 over and over and over on the 4th call to T-Mobiles Tech dept. They could not figure out what was wrong with this phone. The tech decided to replace the Samsung Galaxy A13. The one that I had I returned to the tech dept. Unforturnaley, I had the same problem. When back to this store (which was a nightmare) same attitude telling me to call 611. I told the manager (the asst manager was now the store manager) that I was not leaving this store without a phone, she had a attitude. Then I said I need to phone today, do you have cheap phone that I can buy. She sold me the RivvL6 5G. When she was setting up my phone she went and got some accessories for the cell. Then she said that her grandmother like the screen protector and the handheld round knob, and she was GIVING ME THESE TWO ITEMS. When I went to the Flag store of T-Mobile in the Milford Mall I was able to return the phone and I was given a credit back to my account. When I looked at my payment due. The asst manage charged me for the two items and they are being financed (SCAM). On my bill I am being charged for the next 12 months on my bill. THIS IS HORRIBLE, WHY IS THIS STORE STILL IN BUSINESS. THEY ARE CROOKS. That store T-Mobile @ 354 Saw Mill Rd, West Haven, CT 06516. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE stay away from this store you will get HORRIBLE SERVICE. Go the the Flag T-Mobile located in the Milford Mall in Milford CT. The service is GREAT! Chris and his co-worker got together and solved my phone problem. The problem was the asst manager in the West Haven store gave a sim card that was used on a Iphone that is why my phone was not working correctly. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AN THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND OVER CHARGE YOU and you will be sorry that you shopped there.. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!

    We are an industrial distributor in Milford, CT and signed up with 8x8 in July 2019 to transition…read morefrom our legacy hardwire Lucent system to a VOIP system. 8x8 is a top 5 player in the global office communications market and we felt safe using them. It was 4 months of living hell. They never came out, never commissioned the system properly, over sold us on what we needed, billed us for services not rendered, charged us cancellation fees for a non performing system. I reached out to Gregg Haughten and his team solved all our problems at a reasonable cost. Granite Communications taken full responsibility for the system and we have not had 1 outage since he deployed it last week. It took 1 full day to be completely online including voicemail recordings , extension, Firewall programming, DHCP programming, etc. Granite was even able to reflash the 8x8 phones to work on his system!! On last minute notice, Gregg even came down personally to do the Training for our office staff. They have absolutely set the bar for deploying a technology solution!

    I've used Ed since an ice storm in 1996 knocked out the phones in my telemarketing center. Ed set…read moreup new lines for us so we were the only ones in our building with service. Another time he ran data lines through abandon pipes under our warehouse so we could connect the buildings without having to add more wires. Ultimately, using the deserted pipes underground, Ed replaced all of our lines with high speed data lines so we ran at over 200 mbps which was unheard of 10 years ago. As the wireless world has evolved, so has Ed's company. We are very data driven and Ed has always stayed ahead of the technology and upgraded us to new software and systems through the years. We were one of the first companies to go totally wireless and this ultimately ended up saving us a lot of money on monthly bills. Ed has done work for us for over 20 years and they always answer the phone, they always send someone right out and they always let us know what our costs will be. They are as fine a vendor as we deal with and I have to add that Ed does a significant amount of work, pro bono, for Hartford homeless shelters and soup kitchens. He has never mentioned that part of his business to us (I'll bet to anyone). He is that kind of man.
