Ashli , the manager, and Nani , in my opinion, should be fired! These 2 losers have no empathy for T-Mobile customers that they caused pain in our lives. First, a few months ago, I switched over from Verizon. They talked me into a "free" phone upgrade. When I got the phone the store lost all the contacts, apps and photos ( especially the ones of my beloved, recently passed wife) . Simple Samsung to Samsung. Could not pull it off. Also I expected the 35 dollars for my 2 phones that was advertised. My bill is over $100. Then my new phone died. Could not turn it on or charge. Walked in a few days ago and they had music blaring and asked for a new phone. They told me to call customer service. MY PHONE IS DEAD! Would not let me use thier company phone. Luckily I kept my wife's phone active. These 2, Ashli and Nani, just want , In my opinion, to listen to their obnoxious music rather than help customers. The store, the company is just crappy. Their internet service is junk and they make it hard to cancel the service. I walk in to return the internet equipment and I'm asked for an ID. I asked the lady working the counter how else can she verify me. My phone is on me. I'm logged in to the app. There's a million way to verify me but she won't do it. She told me there's no other way. A month ago, I came to cancel the service and they took so long to get to me that i had to leave. I've been traveling and never got a chance to come back so I've paid for a service that I can't even use. Can I cancel the service online? No, I must waste my time to call. So I went home, got my ID, came back. They took the equipment back without even checking my ID. So i asked the rep Jason, who's also a manager, why he didn't check my ID. He told me that the other rep who was helping me previously did. I informed him that she didn't, she's the one who refused to help me. His answer was well I've decided to bypass it and not check your ID. To make this worse, he took the equipment but couldn't cancel the service, I still have to contact T-Mobile to get this done. read more

I do not recommend using this T-Mobile. Customer service here is awful. I've been in when there have been no other customers in the store. Both employees were rude and acted as if they had no interest in helping me. When all was said and done, they didn't help me at all. I had to go to another T-Mobile store the next day to get my problem fixed. I got their names and called T-Mobile to complain. Whether it did any good or not, I don't know. Probably not. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced I was told that I could return an accessory item only to learn that there were only 14 days and the manager could careless didn't even try to help. I was dreading changing cell phone providers after almost 30 years with ATT but T Mobile was able to cut my bill nearly in half so I went to the store closest to my home. The store was busy, I was greeted right away by who I later found out was the manager. In just a few minutes Eric was helping me change service get a new phone. Poor Eric. I use technology but I don't really "get it". He was professional, courteous, patient and efficient. He also explained things to me without making me feel like I was a dinosaur! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Eric was great. It was obvious from the management and staff that customer service is THE priority. I didn't have much interaction with the rest of the staff but it was obvious they were a very good team. THANK you Eric for such a positive, "painless" transaction. read more

Well I just went to this store to handle a problem with my service, and the lady I dealt with was very nice. She did inform me that the particular problem I was having was beyond their capabilities in the store, but they gave me a phone number and email address to rectify my issue. I was pleased with that. I started my service with T Mobile 2 months ago with this store and have had great results since then. Nikkie, the Manager set me up with a great and affordable plan and got my balance with my phone thru Sprint paid off. Their staff of Cherish, Shaun, Will and Jacobi have helped me get my new phone setup and then getting everything transferred to my replacement phone after I dropped and broke my original one.
