Great store. Helpful agents. Not crazy about the phone service but they do try. Not their fault

Verizon received a phone on my plan which still had a balance of over 600.00 to be paid off and let my son turn it in for one of their free phones on their plan. What is wrong with companies not verifying ownership. They just take stolen property and use them for parts! I'm just disgusted!!! Shame on my son and Verizon. read more

I had just purchased new phones and needed a couple lines swapped, Tanjil was extremely polite and very helpful. She is new so she had to ask another associate questions here and there, Rashad assisted her with great patience and kindness, didn't make anyone feel as if they were bothering him. The entire experience was very positive and honestly relaxing. I have been to lots of Verizon stores, and this location is by far my favorite. Thank you guys for being amazing!! read more

Do NOT go to this store ..I have been ripped off and I made the mistake of going again . Elly ..i doubt it's her real name Took me to the cleaners and lied about everything..I only went here as my phone was dead and I had just had surgery ..against my children's wishes I was taken again ..they don't keep their staff long as once they have ripped you off they move them on . She told me $7 a month for my phone a "Promotion " and $440 for parts.. I was due for an upgrade ???? Since I lost my husband to ALS i.am very vulnerable and she ran with it. Do not I promise go near this store..I now have a bill this month for $152 I don't know what I'm paying for? She also took $200 and signed the tablet. I am reporting them to the FTC andBBB To see how many more people they have done this to. And they are the rudest people ever. read more

Dude that works there, named Dima (spelling) is a total clown. I walked in because my SIM card wasn't working. He was blowing me off by saying something was wrong with my phone. My old sim worked in this phone just fine and I told him that. It was like I was inconveniencing him. I understand he makes money from sales but part of this job includes customer service. He proceeds to put an unactivated new sim card in my phone and it was still not working. Obviously it's not gonna work since the sim isn't active. Proceeds to tell me again it's my phone. He finally decides to go into my account and activate a new sim and guess what? The phone works. This guy is an idiot. read more

We went in to Verizon to add my Dad to our account (he had a Trac Phone). While we were there we spoke with Ian about how unhappy we were with our LG Velvet phones. He explained that LG no longer makes phones. He listened to us when we told him what we use our phones for and showed us our options that would meet our needs. He also discussed with us our internet service and we are exploring the possibility of changing our service. Ian is knowledgeable about the products and services that Verizon offers. He is now our go to guy. read more

I went to this authorized Verizon dealer because my current iPhone was having issues seemingly because it was never fully activated. Todd met me at the door and immediately offered to take a look at the phone and confirmed the issue. Well, instead of just fixing my phone Todd set me up with the iPhone 12 and an Apple Watch for the same monthly fee I was already paying. I got a great deal and was treated like an old friend. Longtime Verizon customer in need of service on my current (retirement age) I-phone which is thoroughly screwed up. . . .chose this location due to good reviews and close proximity, . . .have tried 7 times now to call them, and after one ring, someone simply picks up and hangs up. I have to think that they are either: 1. Just plain too busy to deal with call-in customers; 2. Not interested in new business; or 3. Staffed with callow salespeople who don't appreciate the importance of incoming phone contact and PR in a Phone Store. . . .which -on its face- would seem to me to be a fundamental problem. . . Common sense tells me I'm better off trying another location. read more
