I still have this open issue; I remain with the problem unresolved, and no one has contacted me so far to solve it. I called my warranty service and they scheduled service with Asurion. I wasn't sure what to expect, but they scheduled it and I dropped it off at my scheduled time. At first they said I wouldn't get it fixed until the next day, but the repair tech came out and said my repair could be fixed the same day, and to come back before closing. I'm happy to report my phone was fixed fairly quickly (keep In mind it was only screen that needed replacing). Come here if you have electronics issues. Depending on the problem, it could be pricey but they will get up and running.

5 Star Cellular shouldn't even get one star. We were in Orlando on vacation when my phone failed to…read morecharge and stopped working. I went SPECIFICALLY to this location because I was able to make an online appointment, so I figured cool I would be in and out with no waiting. That was not the case. I showed up and waited and waited. At least 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged, then another 10 before being helped. Finally Lina helped me, and she seemed nice, but stressed from helping me and another person at the same time, while her co worked schmoozed a senior citizen trying to talk her into upgrading to an Iphone. She agreed that my phone was not charging, and filed a claim for a replacement through the insurance company. This all happened before noon on Saturday. She told me the phone would be there tuesday, maybe wednesday. (The phone is supposed to be overnighted) I called Tuesday, as I was instructed to, and was told the phone was not there, and to try back the next day. I called again on Wednesday, and was told the phone would not be there until after 3 pm on Thursday. My flight was leaving at 2 on Thursday. They knew this when i filed the claim on Saturday and assured me it would be available before I left. I could have filed the claim online myself and had the phone waiting for me when I got home, but instead I trusted them, and they did not follow through on their promise. I am not stuck waiting even LONGER now that I am home for my phone to ship. Thanks for nothing 5 Star cellular. You wasted my time, and hopefully this will serve as a warning and keep you from doing the same to someone else.

Today we came into the store and luckily we were helped right away because it was not busy. The employee, Julio was very kind and helpful and although im sure we caused him grief by having to transfer over 14,000 text messages and hundreds of pictures with the activation of a new phone he helped us with a smile and great conversation the whole time. I would definitely recommend this store to other people and I compared to other sprint retailers that I've been to I am very happy.
