The installer did a clean install with minimal change to the exterior. Plus the had did all of their lines on the existing poles a few years back so all he had to do was connect to the line that was waiting at the drop and we were in business. That said, Frontier is now coming around to do fiber but they are trenching lines and destroying our front yards and putting junction boxes in the ground in our yards, what the heck? After that, even if they offered their service for free, I would tell them to pound sand and stick with Daystarr who respected my property. It's just gonna suck if my lawn tractor falls through that box they stuck in the middle of my yard when I cut grass this Spring. It's just too bad that an inferior competitor has to tear up yards in the Winter only to realize that they can't compare to the quality and service that Daystarr provides, and won't be getting any business out here.

I went into the store with my information ready as i had already spoken to a representative on the…read moreAT&T website. When asked what i was there for i said i wanted to transfer my service from Verizon. When i said I'd be signing up under a first responder account that immediately made my rep uncomfortable because she was newer and didn't know how to do that. At which point she started complaining to the person with her she didn't want to do it, she'd like to pass it off and got denied. Once her assistance walked away she began to complain about her coworker and vacation time and how she should have called in that day and how she moved up here from FL. At one point just wholesale throwing her coworker under the bus and talking about quitting. At one point her coworker came back out and showed her a text she got from a guy she apparently is trying to date. A few monutes later her fiance came in and she was kissing him in front of us and completely distracted from helping us get setup at AT&T. Overall, it was very uncomfortable and unpleasant and honestly, all she had to do was plug my info in to open my account since i did all the work prior to coming in to specifically avoid this type of situation. They answered all questions without even having to ask them and they were very kind to me they even put Dora on the tv for my daughter to watch while setting up the account, very fast service, was in and out in like 30 minutes.
