Never go to this store. All employees are rude, do not want to do their job and escalate situations by arguing with you for no reason. The store is also very dirty. My phone broke at the beginning of the week (woke up to a white screen with no physical damage and could not use the phone); My mother contacted T-mobile customer service over the phone and was told I would be able to get my replacement in the store. After going into the store, I was told by the manager this was not true and they would have to order the phone first. They asked multiple times if water could have gotten in it or if I dropped it which was untrue. I could not come back in until Thursday of that week to get my replacement phone, however I am a first responder and need a phone for work. T-mobile gave us the card of a cell phone repair store in Newark. They were extremely nice and helpful however they could not fix my phone. All of my day off Monday was wasted. I went in Thursday to pick up my cell phone and Alysa Anderson was extremely rude from the moment I walked in. She did not communicate what she was doing and eventually stated I could not pick up my phone without the manager present as he needed to use his fingerprint to override something. This was a waste of my day off and Alysa kept arguing that it was the manager's day off (which was more important than my time being wasted) and I had to come in when he was present tomorrow. I was on the phone with my mother (the holder of the account) and when placed on speaker phone to clarify, Alysa did not let my mom speak by continuously interrupting and was extremely abrasive. I went in Friday to pick up my phone and the although the manager was present, there was no reason for him to be there as he did not participate in the process just observed. Alysa wasted my time as she did not want to do her job and lied to get me out of the store. After my data was transferred, T-mobile gave me a replacement phone that has a broken charger port and can only be charged wirelessly. I will be contacting corporate as they have technically let me be without a phone for a week and a half. Their behavior towards customers is abhorrent and needs to be addressed. To save yourself time and a headache, go to another t-mobile store. This place sucks. read more

Website hours are incorrect. Website says 10 but it's actually 11. Verizon across the street was open so they got my business. Time is important to me. read more
