After going to a store location and spending 2 hours there AND calling customer service 4 times over a 3 week period. They tell me my phone can not be activated. And they refuse to take the return. Each time I spoke to a representative they tell me they are sending the issue to "escalations". I have NOT received any communications from such a department. Who knows if "escalations" really exist. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!

I have never had a problem and have found them to be the best deal in the country along with excellent customer service. But this place in Oxford is a rip off. They have their computers set so they tell you they cant ring up your hotspot purchase without charging you this fee. They are ripping folks off charging them a non-refundable, Device Setup Charge of $35 and a $10 Set Up Charge. I still had to call Boost to activate the hot spot and was told they should not have charged me that $35. In addition, I went to this store because my old Boost Mobile hotspot broke and Boost said they could not send to my cabin to. just go get one at the local PA store. They told me to ask about my discount for being a loyal customer. After this rude lady was explained all this and told I wanted my money back she just kept trying to fast talk me. Telling me I could get my refund, could I count??!!!, and trying to take my $10 discount off of the bogus fee instead of the device as Boost Mobile said she should. Dear God. I AM going to get my $35 for principal sake. And I am going to take a friend out to lunch in this lovely little city. At least that wasn't a waste. I am a travel journalists - so at least the day wasn't a total loss - or should I say two days. She could have just put it back on my card. Which she first offered to "To get me off the phone!" Extremely unprofessional hacks. The only thing worse than their lack of actual computer/electronic knowledge are the blatant lies they hide behind in attempt to cover up their incompetence. Every time I called about the status of a repair, I received a different answer. Funny how the problem could easily be fixed until after I forked over $120, and then suddenly the drive was damaged and corrupted and it could not be repaired. Not only was I out $120 but, when I went to pick up the drive, all I got in return was just loose parts from the original drive.
