I have had the same very negative experience at this t-mobile store. They once had more caring people but has gone downhill badly in recent times. T-mobile is a good carrier but not this store. I would recommend taking your business to a different T-mobile store. read more

Jae!!!! I worked with Jae today getting my phone number switched over. He went above and beyond. Made sure I was set told me about deals I had no idea about and worked with me to get me out of the store feeling confident and knowing I was good to go. He was extremely personable. Nov. 30, I went to the T-mobile store on Twenty Mile Road, in Parker, because my phone (bought from a local retailer) wasn't holding a charge. I had gone to Batteries Plus earlier in the day, who said the battery was no good. They said a new battery would be around $80.00. The phone was old, & was purchased new for $90.00 2 years ago. It wasn't worth replacing the battery. When I went to T-mobile, I was met by 2 gentleman, who couldn't have been more understanding, gracious and eager to help! They both worked together on my phone to get it to charge. It would charge to 15, then drop to 2 once the charging cable was removed. The same issues I was having at home. Kway went out of his way to find me a phone I could comfortably afford; then he worked diligently to transfer my old phone information to the new phone, which wasn't easy, since a phone needs to reach 20% to transfer. With his efforts, and his amazing knowledge of cell phones, he was able to transfer all of my contacts, as well as very important apps I'd saved in the old phone! I've been with T-mobile since they were Voicestream (30+ years?) and again, realized last night that I've made the correct decision to stay with them, even though MANY companies have tried to lure me away with 'cheaper' plans! A few years back we had a great and quick experience with this store. Went back last month to upgrade our phones. Lisa, manager, was super helpful told us we would get $830/each phone (13 Pro Max - in pristine condition, btw) that we were going trade-in. We upgraded our plan to the newest promo plan they have now. Same price - no problem. Then says we have a promo for free watch w/line addition for only $10/mo. Before confirming she brings out 2 15 Pro Max and 2 watches. I said I don't want the watch - oh! Why not? They're so much fun. Nope, I'm good, my son initially said no, I'm good too. I think he felt pressured to get one so he got it. Never wore it. Got my first bill & turns out the watch WASN'T FREE - that promo didn't start yet. Now, i have a watch we won't use and were told we can't return. Went back to the store, Lisa was working - we had to go in anyway to turn in our phones b/c we were never provided return boxes. Explained what CS Rep says, not returnable, outside the time frame & there was no promo at that time for free watch. Lisa processed our trade-ins and says there was a promo, CS Rep doesn't know what they're talking abt, she'll turn in a ticket & call me. No call, no ticket number, no nothing. Called CS again to get details to cancel the watch line & pay it off b/c they screwed me over on that & to confirm the balances of our new phones. We didn't receive $830 (per Lisa) or $800 (per CS), but $300 for each phone (oh, that's according to the first CS I s/w. After getting dc'd, I got another rep & she told me $530 total for both phones). This store manager (who did know the promo didn't start until the 25th of the month of April b/c I heard her mention the date specifically) intentionally scammed us on this "free" product. She sold the promo 8 days before the promo went live. She also didn't disclose the "up to" $830 trade-in amount. Looking at going back to VW, I do not appreciate deceptive sales practices. read more

Her name was Michelle and she was a sales associate manager, in all my years of living I have never met such an openly disrespectful person in my whole life, she was grabbing things from our hands in a rude manner, sighing in our faces and rolling her eyes at us. Honestly if that's the way we are greeted that was enough to reflect the whole company's attitude and I'm seriously thinking of canceling my plan with them. And I feel like she was very racist towards us because we are people of color because the people in front she wasn't treating them this horribly. read more

I'm came to this T-Mobile to remove some lines I no longer need, this is after calling their customer service number twice with no success. Upon arriving here the representative Jacinda told me she can not remove lines but only add them, she could not provide a receipt for the services she did remember. In the end I sat on hold for a T-Mobile representative on the phone for over 30 minutes without leaving the store. Eventually a new employee Joey came in, called a back office support line at T-Mobile and helped me get the lines removed in about 5 minutes. While jacinda was content to leave me languishing. Please drive a few extra miles to avoid supporting this privately franchised business if you value your time and being told the truth or only ask for Joey. read more

Too bad there are no negative stars, I cannot believe the incompetence of Lisa, the store manager. I live outside of Parker town limits so I do not owe Parker sales tax for online orders that are delivered to my house. I ordered a phone online and T-Mobile charged me Parker sales tax. When I called T-Mobile to complain, I was instructed to go to my closest T-Mobile store to get this sorted out. I went to the Cottonwood T-Mobile store and Lisa, the store manager, told me with unequivocally that because my mailing address says "Parker", I owe Parker sales tax. Doesn't matter if I live inside or outside of Parker town limits, if it says Parker, I owe Parker tax and there is nothing anybody can do about it. I asked her very specifically if she meant that SHE cannot do anything about it, which I would understand because this wasn't her store's fault, or if she was talking about T-Mobile in general, and she repeated: There is nothing ANYBODY can do about it. And then she went on to suggest if I wanted to pay less sales tax, perhaps I should go to a different T-Mobile store in an area with lower sales tax, or have a phone shipped to a friends house who lives in a town with lower sales tax. I've been a T-Mobile customer for many years and I cannot believe that somebody so utterly ignorant about sales tax would be managing a store. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. The "manager" of the store, Aro, delivered the worst customer service I have ever experienced. He was the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. To top it off, he behaved that way in front of two employees. What a great example. Not. It all started off with him arguing with me about a conversation I had with TMobile about the warranty for my son's phone. He basically called me a liar. I was told on the phone that the warranty would cover the phone so I had it shipped to the Cottonwood store. He took one look at the phone after his employee asked for his input and shoved it across the counter at me saying it would not be covered. He did not take the time to try to offer me appropriate solutions as I was super unhappy I could not get a phone today and that my time was wasted. He did offer me an upgrade...which meant I could buy a new phone. I had already told him I was not interested in that as my bill was already high. He condescendingly told me, "It's only 10 dollars a month!". I asked for his boss's name. He started slamming drawers and ended up giving me a card with the store number and a sloppily written name on it. I left with no resolution and the experience left me wondering why I remain a Tmobile customer. Thankfully, my husband suggested we go to the Parker and Arapahoe store. We did. The manager, Daniel, took great care of us. He forever has our business. Shameful that the Cottonwood store can't get it together. Do yourself a favor and go to the Arapahoe and Parker store. Avoid this one like the plague. read more

This is my favorite ever t mobile. I've been in 3 or 4 times and every time I've found it to be the best. I've been helped by Lisa, Numan (sp?), and most recently Josh. The store is always cool, clean, and welcoming. Doesn't matter what my issue is they are always 100% accommodating. The employees are fun to talk to while my phones transfer info. They always have the product I'm looking for and make an effort to make sure I get all the deals available. read more

I had a horrible experience at this store. First, this is not a "real" T Mobile store. It is a retail store that somehow can use the T Mobile logo. The young kids working here were rude and were not knowledgeable about the phones. Plus, I caught them in an outright lie. I wasted a ton of time and finally walked out without my warranty replacement IPhone and they kept the money I paid for the replacement. Will never go to this store again. read more

Zero stars! Negative stars would work. Aro (the manager) is very unprofessional, very rude, and extremely condescending! Every time we go to this store, which is not often, the employees are disinterested at best and rarely resolve the issue. We can handle the disinterest, but when the manager, Aro is blatantly rude, it's time to throw a red flag up and call him out. This behavior is unnecessary, especially when we were nothing but polite. The level of service is extremely POOR, at best, which is common in many businesses these days, but when a manager is arrogant and rude, i think there is a big problem. I see from reading other reviews that we are not the first to complain about Aro, the manager! We are considering changing cell service providers because of this last visit. Interpersonal communication skills are a big issue at this store and should be addressed. Horrible experience with a manager with a BIG ATTITUDE! read more
