this location is terrible. i have gone there several times for varying reasons. and every single time all they can tell me is, they cannot help me with that and that I need to use the app. It is to the point that I have asked them. What can they help me with and they said basically nothing. We have been ignored and turned away an hour to a half an hour before closing so they didn't have to do anything. We have had them try to direct and guide us through things on the app while clearly seeing that they themselves do not know anything on the app. Seriously this location is a waste of everyone's time and money. They either need new management or new training. Or just simply an entirely new staff. read more

I paid off a cell phone through the Payson store, only to have them pay off the wrong cell phone. After contacting TMobile directly to figure out why my phone wouldn't unlock, (this took some time) they informed me I had to go back to the store and get it refunded and then have them pay off the correct phone. When returning to the store they informed me that even though they made the mistake, even though they are the ones that put the money to the wrong phone, they wouldn't do anything to help. Tmobile corporate wouldn't do anything either. My only options are to try and convice corporate to refund (again) or just pay more money and get the actual phone paid off that I wanted. I highly recommend going with a completely different carrier. I have had nothing but bad luck with Tmobile and don't even get service in my house, I have to use WiFi. read more

Last week, I had an issue with the charging cord attaching to my device, my phone was 6 years old, and I had just ordered a new one, but needed the use of my phone until it arrived. The sales person got a charging cord to attach, and gave it to me so we didn't have to remove it, so I had access to phone service until my new phone arrived. My new phone just arrived, I went into the location to have the info transferred from my old phone to the new, there were some concerns because of how old my current phone was... the sales person, Forrest, was so patient and was able to get my new phone activated and my info transferred correctly... so very helpful... read more

Please update your hours on Google! We drove all the way down to Payson from West Jordan on Sunday to visit our dad in the veterans home, and we planned to exchange his phone at this location (his was dropped at the VA home). Unfortunately when we arrived, the sign on the door said closed Sundays, but google has it as open. We had to drive back to Provo to go to the mall to have this be successful. Also, it appeared to throw someone else off too because as we were looking up a different location, someone else showed up to try to receive service as well. read more
