I visited this location on Saturday and was initially impressed. I was helped by Michael, who was professional, personable, and great at holding a conversation while upgrading two of my phones. However, the experience soured completely once I got home. During the process, Michael insisted I qualified for two "free" screen protectors and two "free" cases. Having worked for T-Mobile in the past, I know "free" is rarely a reality in-store, so I specifically asked him to confirm multiple times if these were actually free. He looked me in the eye and said yes. When I logged into my account later, I found that I am being financed for every single "free" accessory I walked out with. Being misled just so a rep can hit their sales bucket is unacceptable. To make matters worse, I called and spoke to the Team Lead, Liliana, who was completely dismissive. Her only solution was for me to drive back to the store to return them, showing zero accountability for the fact that her rep lied to a customer. I don't live near this location; I was there specifically to buy phones, not to be finessed. Bottom line: Michael is friendly, but do not take him at his word. Check your EIP agreement before you sign anything at this location. read more

I left T-Mobile about a year ago. That was the best decision of my life! Customer service is so unprofessional and they were stealing from me. They were the reason my information was stolen and all they offered was a simple plan to protect my identity and it was only for like 3 months. One time I called customer service and both the agent and their supervisor pretty much called me stupid. Their plans are overpriced and they like to think they give you streaming services for free but they don't. They just add the payment to your bill so you're actually paying for Netflix or Paramount. I was paying almost $400 dollars a month. I'm paying so much less now that I switched to AT&T. Also, my service works so much better. I don't recommend T-Mobile and everyone I know that is with T-Mobile will be making a switch from this company. read more

I have been with Sprint since May of 2004, and when T Moble took them over, it was a bad thing. This store especially has the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! Sprint always had excellent service, and I could trust them. I walk into this store and feel like I am intruding!!! Don't go there!!! Also, items such as smart watches and security cameras look out! They'll help you get them and sign you up. If you need support or help with anything, forget it!!! YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN!!! I actually got laughed at when I took their camera into the store and asked for help. An associate actually admitted that they weren't trained on such items. GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. Marshal helped me get started with Tmobile, he erased my wife and my text msgs, and later claimed that Tmobile and Verizons text msg system were not compatible and wasn't his fault?( AscII is the same no matter what computer system your on the delimeters changebinary is binary digit.) They advertise Tmobile will pay for you to change to their network upto $650 per line we never recieved a penny. The coverage is the so bad that they sent me a signal booster that works off my home wifi, so I'm paying for a phone call and data twice Then they sent me a new and improved unit and won't let me return the old one to the store and are charging me $325. I goto Anthem and Deer Valley and there are so many dead spots or bad coverage I cant use the companies mobile program, so they had to come up with a manual system to complete my work. There are over 20,000 complaints against Tmobile with F.T.C. , and 1000s more with the BBB. STAY AWAY FROM Tmobile. read more

Very angry at TMobile right now for the recent "service" I received from 2 different locations. First, I received a new phone as a gift, & since I am not the smartest when it comes to cellphones I couldn't figure out how to transfer my service from my old phone to my new phone. When I had Verizon I could simply go online & do it with a click of a few buttons. When I realized I couldn't do that with TMobile I went into your Aarowhead location with both phones. When I walked in a gentleman asked how he could help me, and I explained what I needed help with. And in the most demeaning tone he said to me "you just switch the SIM card", as if everyone in the world knows to do that. I was so embarrassed & felt stupid so I just walked out. After going home & attempting to do this myself & failing I went to your location at 67th Ave and Peoria to see if they would be kinder to ppl who don't know much about cellphones. After explaining my situation to the gentleman there he looked at my new phone & said in another demanding way "yeah it won't work, this is a track phone". I walked out of there in tears bc I don't know what that means either, but it seemed he was telling me my new phone would never work w/ TMobile. So when the person who gifted me the phone, my husband, came home he refused to believe what I had told him. In about 10 minutes he had my SIM card switched out & my new phone up & running. So I went through all that for nothing!!! I was made to feel ashamed of my lack of knowledge on cellphones & than lied to by the 2nd man!!! T Mobile was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in my life I paid them $800 just to go away never ever would I recommend this outfit to my worst enemy the calls drop they run you in circles with your bill they over bill you they will not correct it and everybody I know has T Mobile everytime our calls drop everytime terrible service you can't even go to Munds park and get service look up on the Better Business Bureau t-mobile has an F rating I can see exactly why check out some other providers before you make a decision to sign a contract with these fools do your research Verizons the best but you have to pay a little bit more but you get what you pay for just my opinion have dealt with multiple cellular providers and Verizon's been the best for the last 7 years straight just saying read more

Horrible Cell carrier. I highly recommend you don't leave any cell phone service for T MOBILE, If you want extra fees for phones not in service and no service to call OUT OR TO RECEIVE CALLS then choose T-MOBILE, I switched from Verizon in 2016 and regretted it after 30 days of service with T-mobile. TMobile is rated one of the best in customer service but of course they are trined to feed you b.s. to keep the service and do double bill if you don't look at paper bill, If you really need o ave a phone and can't afford a contract you are better of using cricket than T=mobile. read more

I got a warm welcome form the employees who working there, and I walked out the store with having service from T-mobile. The deal was great, the way that the service presented was nice. Ongoing horrible service experiences. I have been to this location 3 times. It is the closest to my house. And, each of these times I was intending to make a purchase. Yet, each time I have left empty handed as a result of poor service and purchased the item elsewhere. Today was the last straw. Two employees said they'd be right with us. Yet 15 minutes later we were waiting as they stood around behind the counter. While waiting we walked over to the two phone models we had come in to see. Both were not working. When we asked a rep about them, we were told the stations they were attached to were broken so they couldn't charge them. We asked if they had another pair they could show us. We were told that wasn't possible (at the next store we went to it was) but we could but one and if we didn't like it we'd only be charged a $50 restocking fee to return it. At that point, we left. We won't be back. T-Mobile should be glad not all of their stores are like this one, or there would be no T-Mobile. read more

T Mobile is horrible. Their service in AZ sucks. I constantly have calls dropped, and there are certain places in my home that I cannot get calls, or the callers cant hear me at all. I called to complain and they said they would send out a technician to review the areas. According to their technician there was no problems with the service. In order to get out of my contract they are going to charge me $200.00, even though the cell phone service is horrible. I have purchased 6 cell phones this year thinking maybe it was the cell phone, and its not. Once my contract is up I am canceling my service and going to AT & T. read more
