Yep as in the older reviwes, steer away from this company period. In sept i believe was an incident…read morewhere a disabled persons rep trying to help change the pin was asked to leave for hacking, our 16 day experience on bait and switch plans, no reciepts, no access to reciepts electronically, no help from the store and yep banned from the store also. Amazing after that and how fast corporate got billimg access opened up and finally redid the figures, but we are dropping that service and going back to verizon. Btw still has one client that been thru the home internet scam and second phone line left to be activated and been over 7 days and still not settled right. So if your disabled and or dont WANT TO BE PROFILED I WOULD STEER CLEAR OF MANAGER DAVE AND THE ONLY TMOBILE STORE LEFT OPEN IN TOWN. Will attach photos and logs in a bit.....

Went to Traverse City with my parents to initiate service in Bear Lake MI. Solid service from Karl…read more(Manager) and Michelle who set us up with 2 iPhone 8's for the price of 1. Also converted me from Sprint on my iPhone X, and away we go back home. The phones didn't work in Bear Lake. Drove back to Traverse City (90 miles round trip) and Michelle adjusted the settings, and asked us to try again. Still didn't work in Bear Lake. Called customer support (again) and they stated that everything was setup correctly and wait til 6pm. Still didn't work. Called customer support again, and stated wait another 12 hours and it would "port over". The problem wasn't "porting" as we had data and texting. The problem was voice. Took the phones back to TMobile 7 days after purchase and they charged my parents a $106 re-stocking fee for phones that don't work. They stated that TMobile does work in Bear Lake, they just couldn't get it to work on any of our 3 phones, hence the re-stocking fee. Asked Karl (Manager) to call me. No call back. Flew out to Philly on Saturday, and my iPhone X worked GREAT. Everywhere I've been since, my iPhone X on TMobile was fine. But my 85 year old parents live in Bear Lake where there is awful TMobile service, and Karl seemed to play "hard ball" with them and forced them to pay the restocking fee after they swapped out service (after a week of no TMobile service) to get AT&T phones. AT&T actually works in Bear Lake. TMobile corporate is great. But the Traverse City store? STAY AWAY! The manager still hasn't called me back. Update 11/7/2018: Karl (Manager) finally called me back. Not a productive call. He ended it by saying "Good luck trying to get more money from TMobile". He still doesn't get it. I'm not asking for $. I'm asking for his staff to have greater caution when selling TMobile service in Bear Lake and other poor signal areas in northern Michigan He ultimately damages the brand.
