We have been to this location…read moreseveral times over the years - setting up overseas service for trips to London and Paris for example - but we have never received better service than we did from Carole. Sometime about last Wednesday, my wife's iPhone 13 suddenly stopped showing any e-mails or allowing her to access them. She tried finding help online with AT@T and by phone with absolutely no help. Desperate, we drove into the AT&T location on the north side of Petoskey from up by Cross Village. Carole met my wife, introduced herself, asked questions about the difficulties she was having, and, within 15 minutes had identified the problem, found the missing e-mails, and totally resolved the issue. i want to give Carole a really big Thumbs-Up. Whenever we need assistance with either of our phones in the future, we will ALWAYS seek out Carole for assistance!

After seeing AT&T response I did call the store and asked for the Manager. That was 2/27. The check to pay off the phones has cleared. I have not received an updated bill. I have received nothing other than email offers to purchase added AT&T products like tv etc. That isn't going to happen. I am cutting losses and moving on from At&t. T-mobile-- this experience was a fail in my book. Specifically I am disappointed with the service…read morethat was promised and the results. The team was courteous and professional. I am a long time T Mobile customer and I went in yesterday to purchase a new iPhone 11. My old iPhone was old and had started to fail. I had to travel 2 hours to get to the store so I had planned to spend as much time as needed to ensure the transfer of information from my old phone was completed. When I arrived around 2 I was the only customer. Colby assisted me and after we completed the purchase, I told him I would run some errands while the new phone transferred everything. I told him and the other sales person that the most important thing was to have all of my information from my old phone transferred (photos/ apps/ contacts, emails, etc). I ran errands and after 45 minutes I came back. I was told the transfer had failed and they had to restart from the beginning. This was actually ok. I understand that things go wrong. I reminded them that it was fine, I had time, but the most important thing was to transfer the information. After about another 30 minutes my photos had transferred along with the contacts. I was told the apps would transfer in the next few hours. Today is the next day and NO apps have transferred and this really infuriates me. I have about 50 apps and I'm very unhappy that I was told the transfer would occur and it didn't. I stressed to them over and over that I wanted the information transferred and I had set aside several hours to do so. The emails didn't transfer either and I understand that I will have to automatically update all of these, but the apps? I was charged $20 for the transfer too. $20 to transfer my photos (which actually required me to download Google photos to do so so they could linked via the cloud) and my contacts). Fortunately I didn't do a trade in and my old phone is still operational, so I can continue to update my new phone with all of the apps from the old.

He was knowledgeable and directed me to a the proper SD card for my needs. I don't expect stores in this day to have employees that know anything about the products they sell. This was a welcome change.
