We had a last-minute schedule change and thankfully Suddath took it in stride. They were faster than predicted and their whole team was friendly and professional. Even though a bin was misplaced, they found it right away and delivered it that day, with numerous apologies. This is the type of company I want to work with! Worst experience ever. They were 2-4 hours late each of the 3 days and didn't bother to let me know. Rude and dismissive. Wrapped china ok but just threw everthing else higgle-piggle in boxes (like rare books!) and didn't label anything correctly. The wonderful AMJ unloaders and unpackers on the destination end even commented on how weird and bad everything had been packed and loaded. Upon delivery I discover I have at least $4000 in damaged/missing items: 2 totally crushed bookcases, a broken plant stand and crushed rolling toolchest, Floor lamp snapped in two and more. And 5 Italian leather sofa cushions are vanished into thin air. DO.NOT.USE!!!

We had never had any contact or even knew name of company. Mr Elgin was called and he immediately solved the problem, sent repairmen out and within days flooring replaced. I am grateful he had the integrity to do the right thing and was very apologetic. Hope he instills this in his employees as it was very sad to be accused of such. Spent damn near 2 hours in store being "helped" by a pair of workers who were totally inept. These "workers" acted as though they've never had to file an insurance claim to have an iPhone replaced that's still under warranty! I mean there's absolutely no way a customer should be sitting there for almost 2 hours and STILL didn't get a replacement filed correctly. So I have to make another trip to the store when it opens in order to complete what should have been completed last night when I spent almost 2 hours sitting there being "taken care of" of by two of THE MOST UN-helpful people I've ever encountered. Store manager I was told is Drew. Drew - you have a problem my friend if customers have to sit for 2 hours to get a replacement submitted correctly. To think that two heads are better than one was SO NOT the case last night! I would have given a FAT ZERO for customer service but the review must at least register a one. Trust me Drew, you guys are definitely a zero chief!
