I found out about Cricket from a friend of mine so I stopped by the one on Ann st and the staff there are very polite and are very knowledgeable about the devices. They have amazing deals on family plans as well, much better than the big dogs of the cellular world. The store was clean and the staff was very professional. If you are in the process of looking for a phone, then you should really give Cricket a chance.

I purchased a TV from Walmart. On Walmart website, there is an option to select…read moremounting/installation service for $79, which is paid at the time of purchase. So, I purchased the service and was sent confirmation that a Hello Tech would make contact with me to schedule the install. On September 24, 2024, I received the email requesting that I select the date and time to install. I selected the evening of September 24, 2024, from 6pm to 8pm. Approximately two hours later the appointment was cancelled with no explanation. Because Walmart site indicates no refund on mounting services, I made contact with Hello Tech via phone. I was advised that my location was outside of their service area. They didn't even mention refunding my money. When I asked about the money I had already paid, I was advised that it would take 4 to 6 weeks before a check could be sent out to me, or 7 to 14 days by PayPal. I requested the PayPal method of reimbursement. As of date, I have not received my money. Why would you accept a job, take the money, then say you do not service the area. I ended up paying another company to mount my television, while I continue to wait on my refund. This service (or lack of service) is terrible; I would not recommend Hello Tech to anyone.

The router is bad but to get to that point Julians methodical mindset went through multiple steps before coming to that conclusion. I'm pretty patient but his demeanor was exemplary and shows he really like what he does and cares about people. I would recommend him for future assignments and to my friends as well.

I'm about to try to rent something from these folks, so we'll see if they're any good, and I'll update this accordingly. But the fact that one of their drivers was tailgating someone and then flipped them off, frankly, speaks well of them. I bet the reviewer was driving slowly in the fast lane down Atlanta Highway for miles, blocking the entire flow of traffic. Happens all the time - especially on Atlanta Highway. So, to the reviewer - don't want to be tailgated and the flipped off? Move your dang car over to the right and it won't happen. Thumbs up to the driver who flipped you off. I'd bet good money you had it coming, especially since you're the kind of puritanical food to actually post a bad review about it. Stay out of the left lane, and that kind of thing won't happen to you. Next time it does, it will probably be me. If I could flip you off now, I would.
