That old adage "you get what you pay for" seems to be coming true regards T-Mobile Internet service. We have been in the PG area for over 23yrs now and in that time we have used virtually every internet provider in the area from Comcast to Dish...... The day to day performance of T-Mobile internet has been "frustration" on an almost daily basis with most of our "outages" occurring on weekends. Service from the local T-Mobile dealership has been less than "stellar". We have been in the store several times and have yet to see an employee greet a customer with a smile. I guess we are "stuck" with T-Mobile for the time being but as soon as the newest cable company (can't remember their name) service becomes available in our area, I think we will be switching service. read more

In and out within 10 minutes. Got my iPhone 12 working. Why only a 4 rating , you ask. The young man that waited on us did not seem friendly at all. Fixed my phone, yes, but a smile goes a long way. The experience at this particular store was one of the strangest I have ever seen in my life. I bought a new phone and there were a lot of other things I had to do like go over my plan. The manager, I can't remember her name was the most sarcastic rude person I have ever met in my life in a customer service position. She actually asked me to stop going in and out of the store even though I was going to the car to get my iPad or going somewhere else to use the restroom because they don't have one. I asked her why and she said that if the door opens or closes too much during the day and it doesn't match her sales corporate will be mad at her. She actually said that the corporate office told her it's OK to ask people not to leave and come back. And to ask them to stop opening and closing the door. I thought it was strange because most T-Mobile's just have the doors open especially at the mall. She yelled at the young man who was helping us because he was tapping his fingers. And then I realized corporate had nothing to do with this she just couldn't stand the sound of the door. But one thing I don't like is being lied to. I had gotten a device you put in your car and turn it into a hotspot And I didn't like it and went to return it but when I did the companies computers were completely down so then I went to another one a week later which was this morning and they would not take it back so I'm stuck with that on my bill I'm stuck with $100 device for my car if that doesn't work but I can't use and I didn't like it and went to return it but when I did the companies computers were completely down so intern I went to another one a week later which was this morning and they would not take it back so I'm stuck with that on my bill I'm stuck with $100 device for my car if that doesn't work but I can't use and I feel cheated and scammed. Also for some reason my bill was $50 more a month than I ever should have been and they have no intention of reimbursing me. The young man of African dissent that help to me that day was super sweet and patient and very nice. The manager of the store is not and I suggest going to any other branch besides this one. Unless you want to be treated rudely like you're a child. She was very condescending and I feel bad that he has to work with her. read more
