Infinitely better! ;) Also, they're employees seem exceptionally happy. Happy employees make happy customers...sounds like there's great leadership and culture at Starry. He came in and noticed that at my house we take off our shoes, so he took his off and got right to work by asking me clarifying questions about my install and what I really wanted to get done. He laid down plastic so as not to get dust on my furniture when he installed the TV mount and the TV. He even showed me how to program my remote!! All in all he was a very courteous person and very easy to work with. I would recommend New England Home Theater to any one who wants the job done right the first time.
