Had me come to pick up the phone only to tell me once I arrived that he had just opened the parts received and realized he couldn't do anything. He said I would have to come back, but to try to be a big sport and make up for the inconvenience he said he would throw in a plastic screen cover. Once he was actually able to get my screen repaired, & came back begrudgingly to pick it up, he said the wrong phone screen cover arrived, again taking zero responsibility and not seeing how ridiculous he sounded. He told me I could return once again to get that once he re-ordered - had nothing in Stock. I declined, as I would never want to return to this establishment ever again! Still receiving random and kinda frequent issues with my screen functioning normally makes it all the more maddening that I put up with this process in the first place. Should've bought a new phone! I confirmed several times the exact amount my bill would be with the installments. He said only the monthly new phone installment amount would be added to my current amount. As soon as the transaction was done, he disappeared, I had additional questions on setup. When I received my new estimated bill there were additional services I never was informed of or agreed to! She turned and looked at me as she was finishing her sale but pushing a screen protector on the customer who had said he didn't want it. She never bothered to address me (like a greeting or something) or even move slightly so I could look at the phones on the display. This is almost average junk service anywhere you go now, sadly.
