The screen was cracked but the digitizer was working fine...all they had to do was replace the glass. At about 5:30 I went to pick it up, because I knew they were closing soon and hadn't called me. They told me it wasn't ready yet, which I found strange (coz it shouldn't have taken more than an hour) but I said ok and sat down to wait. A few minutes later they came out and told me that the phone couldn't be repaired that day and that I'd have to come back tomorrow. i said no way, and asked them to put the phone back together. They did, but it no longer functioned, although it did boot. I asked them why, since it had worked when I brought it in. They told me that they had had to cut the cable when they took the glass off -which was an error on their part. I asked them who owned the company so I could file a complaint and they refused to tell me. They also refused to give me their names, and as soon as we walked out, they locked the door behind us even though it was at least 15 minutes before their official closing time. I brought my phone down to UBreakIFix in Fort Myers the next day, and got it fixed for $99 + tax - this place was gong to charge me $125 + tax. So I savfed some money, but most importantly, my phone worked,. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE --- if they can't handle a glass replacement on an Atrix, I wouldn't trust them to fix anything.
