On Friday I went to Verizon to switch cell providers and after going through all the steps I was told it would take 1 to 2 days due to issues with xfinity. Today I chatted with xfinity as I have no cell service and was informed that they did release my number and the issue was with verizon. So I checked for a sim card and there was none. The man who waited on me at Verizon was clearly new as he needed to repeatedly consult with his boss when trying to switch my phone from xfinity. Super busy today and I get it coming up the the holiday that's not their fault. My husband needs a new iPhone asap (long story) and when we walked in, we were greeted promptly and told to sign in on a clip board as we had people in front of us. I get it. It's a process. I encouraged my husband to consider corporate stores only; not the authorized retail dealers like this one for a variety of reasons. It took only a few minutes and we decided to bail and order an iPhone from Apple to be delivered tomorrow. To be fair the store didn't do anything wrong, however, I stand firm on corporate stores only to continue to get the warranties, credits, and full service corporate provides their customers. Hard pass and I hope this store continues to do well as an alternative for those who can use this approach. read more

0 stars. They talked me into 2 upgrades for free with a lower phone plan cost. BIG MISTAKE! That led me to 3 months of NO manager calling me back, being ignored. Several in store visits. Getting screwed around with phone plans by Verizon when I called after that. My plan was promised at 120. Went to 150. Then to 170. They screwed me out of my trade in credits I've fought for at least 4x now. I want to leave and run to At+t at this point but I was informed my free upgraded phones would be $1500 to buy out to leave. Oh and I'm still waiting on a phone call back from George. This location is similar to any other Verizon store. They are often busy with long waits and minimal people to assist you. Once someone is available to assist you it is a fairly drawn out process to get your issue resolved. read more

Verizon has become all about money. Coverage is the best, but you pay dearly for that. Now that we're retired we will start looking for a more economical service. They give no breaks to senior citizens even though they take in billions every year. It's all about the CEO and execs greasing their palms. Very sad. read more

I upgraded my verizon phone at this location. I specifically asked my salesman NIKOS if this locks me into a contract. He stated NO as Verizon no longer does contracts. Well he downright lied as I am now commited to a 36 month deal with Verizon. When I called the store and questioned him as to why he would tell me that. He denied stating that and told me it was his word against mine. Total unprofessional and downright liars! Buyers beware. read more

My representative Erica was great. But I won't recommend this store because some of the employees are not practicing COVID-19 safety measures. 2of the 5 employees were not keeping their mask on. Also some customers were not wearing masks & when I questioned my rep regarding this, she said they do not require their customers to wear masks. I will not go back to this store. read more

I went to this store approximately a week ago to have a screensaver put on my iPhone. It wasn't put on correctly and wasn't sticking in one corner. I went back and they wouldn't do anything for me and wanted me to pay for a new one. The guy I spoke with told me he was the one who put it on correctly, but he wasn't the one who put it on, yet he insisted he was. He lied straight to my face and wouldn't replace it and said I had to buy a new one. read more

Worst store ever. Run. Verizon pushes my senior mother into trading in her paid for iPad, for one with cellular access and promised to help her if she purchased a new one from them. Well long story short 2 months later they won't help her and kicked her out of the store. So sad ppl in Florida takes advantage of elders. You can bet this store is at the top of that list.
