The manager at this location is very rude, short-tempered, and unwilling to help you with almost any problems you're having. Or he does, begrudgingly. All I wanted to know was what the monthly payment/trade-in options were, and this guy just runs to the back right in front of our faces without saying a word. It took him about 20 minutes and he came back, refused to give reccomendations, and gave minimal help. Hell, I probably could've informed myself more by a mere Google search. This manager needs to be fired. read more

Just switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. I had a problem with one of the numbers I ported from Verizon. T-Mobile Customer Care connected me with tech support. After talking to 4 different techs the problem wasn't resolved. One tech had me delete ALL the texts from both phones. I lost pictures of grand kids among other things. Still no change. The last tech had me turn off the problem phone and then quickly told me it was fixed even though we didn't try to see if it was fixed. He just wanted to get rid of me as he hung up. I called back and talked to a different tech. The problem was resolved in less than 5 minutes. When a supervisor called me, I was given an apology. Big deal. I was on with tech support for well over an hour, lost all our texts, and all they said was sorry. What a horrible experience and what a horrible way to treat a new customer. read more

I was with Metro PCS and I thought Tmobil would be better I was wrong they were as bad as Metro PCS. For the Two months I have had nothing but problems. Now that I left them they want to charge me and when I talked to them about it I had even more problems. Don't go to Metro PCS or Tmobil you will have nothing but problems! Because I won't pay for abother month they have now sent what they say I owe to a collection agency!! read more

I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 7 years. I have brought several friends over to T-Mobile and have upgraded my plan at least twice. Yesterday I made the mistake of going to the Mount Hope T-Mobile because it's the closest one to my home after I needed to replace my phone. I approached the door, I saw two people sitting lounging back on lawn chairs in front of a table in front of the store. I understood that this was probably related to covid, and was not overly surprised. I was masked. Unfortunately, the nearest rep, slovenly, unsmiling, badly dressed male representative lounging with his hands over his belly asked what he could do for me. When I said I needed to replace my phone he demanded what happened to it? I didn't like the tone and told him never mind what happened to my phone I just needed to replace it with the same model . un moving, not standing up, he tells me he didn't have the same model and tersely rattled off another.model by the.manufacturer, no effort to show an image, price etc. By now I'm seething. I said that's not what I wanted and could he check around to see if there was anywhere within 1/2 hour drive but I could go to get the model I wanted. He said no oh, but he could maybe call me back later. I turned and walked away. I drove 20 minutes, got to another store, was welcomed inside, shown the models I had on my short list, found one I was.familiar with that was in stock. I walked out a happy customer.I did tell my My Hope story to the poor guys..in my highly audible booming voice. I was informed that the Mount Hope T-Mobile store is in some kind of unique set up Arrangement and owned out of New York City. I go to New York City. I go to lots of major cities. That's not a New York City attitude. That was just plain ignorant and I will never go back there. read more
