Personally, I think they are great. I was set up (not) at another store that covered up the necessary info I need to link up on line. Left me standing in doorway while employees chatted. After 20 minutes they ask what i need, i explained the power button fell off phone - Only to be told the store no longer provides tech support. Told to go to Batteries & Bulbs store for service. B&B told me i had to go back to Tmobile to file a claim. Tmobile manager then told me they can't file claims and gave me a phone number to an automated claim service that charged me $99. (I've already been paying $$$ for phone insurance.) What I experienced last night at this location with the Store Manager Eric was so bad, he may receive the Lifetime Achievement Award for Worst Customer Experience ever. The lies, lack of customer service, and lack of responsibility radiated last night from him. Thank goodness I was on the phone with customer service, and the whole interaction was being recorded. sprint tmobile on 6602 e state in Rockford, IL, especially their manager, was "the pits." they(he) was less than truthful about so many things and only seemed interested in selling phones. I was told I owed $150- after last phone payment but customer service said no, it was an installment purchase, not a lease. Also told I could not have my phone shipped to store (as my apartment complex is unsecured) and this proved untrue AND my phone shipment was stolen, Manager told me to pay off existing phone for Xmas deals that were nothing special and I did not do so (too much to detail). When my current phone was misplaced, I asked them about proper protocol and was told I should buy a phone and call customer service about protocol (duh, cannot call with a misplaced phone). Finally, when I returned and told manager about deceptive business practices, he said he could no longer talk with me because it was now a legal situation and to leave! I first Would like to say "since T-Mobile took over Sprint the Service Stinks! I currently have 4 lines on my account, my iphone stop working properly after I let them put that damn T-Mobile sims card, I wasn't receiving phone calls or messages I had to contact TmobIe/Sprint more then 5 times before my IPhone started working properly! I am so damn frustrated with them, I want to cancel however Ive been with Sprint for over 25 plus years! This pass Christmas (2021) I gave the Samsung Fold to one of the users as a gift, the phone doesn't work on 2/8/22 we were in a T-Mobile store to find out what the heck was going on, the sales rep, told the user they have had more then 9 ppl to return the fold! On 2/9/22 We went to the Rockford store to exchange the phone, it was 45 mins before anyone came to help! After explaining that my user wasn't receiving calls, text, 70% of the time this useless device doesn't even ring, (she has cancer, and takes care of a 7 year old with chronic asthma!) The saleman said I would need to pay a restocking fee! You actually want a restocking fee for a phone you knew was garbage before you sent it out! Now to add insult to injury, we were advised by the Sales man, it wasn't anything he could do we needed to come back to see the Store Manager Sid! Funny right Sid doesn't get in til 11:00 a.m I've been sitting in the Rockford at T-Mobile since 11:00 a.m, I wasn't even asked to be signed in until 11:50 -11:55 a.m to be told it would be at least 45 mins to a hour before we are helped! If you know as I do go some place else! My time is just as important as T-Mobile, bottom line the mobile phone service sucks! The customers service inside of the store sucks even more! We drove 39 miles to T-Mobile and 39 miles home for 2 consecutive days wasted more then 4 hours to still not have the problem resolved! Do you think you deserve a restocking fee! Will T-Mobile be reimbursing me for my time, Gas, and reimbursement for services we are paying for and not able to use? After 25+ years I'm looking for a new Provider within the next 4 months I will no longer be a Sprint T-Mobile customer, you can't win it's either the conversion, the towers, the SIM card, incorrect information, you are forced to take services you never agreed to, you contact them and advise them of the error! they actually talk to you like you are a piece of finally fed up in Belvidere read more
