Ok, may I say what a fantastic team of peeps over at the T Mobile in Salem Mass. so Taylor the manager has created a team of winners at his store! Also Taylor is my absolute favorite over there because he is Brilliant! Charming and handsome as well! He is so smart I can't even begin me to explain why because he just amazes me every time ! But I have to give some Love to Joel and Wilheirys as well. They both are so outgoing and friendly and full of life and personality and professionalism! I so enjoy my visits to the store we all have become so friendly with each other it feels great! I always leave with a smile on my fave and know I have truly been well taken care of by this team of people! I visited the T‑Mobile store at 276 Highland Ave and the service was unacceptable. No initiative, no support, no professionalism. The staff's attitude does not represent T‑Mobile's standards at all. I had to get help from another city because this location couldn't handle even the basics. If a store operates like this, the responsibility is on the owner and management for allowing this level of negligence. I will not return to this location and strongly recommend that T‑Mobile reviews the quality and leadership of this store. read more

This store is terrible, reps literally lie at the worst, Mislead at the least. There is a 5g promotion and it's literally a bait and switch. It's like one of those mailer scams that once you sign up they make it impossible for you to get out. I signed up for this stupid promotion with a guy named Nathaniel. Very nice guy. However when I signed up, he said I had a 14 day no risk trial and if I didn't like the unit I could simply return the unit to the store. So first the unit is terrible, if you have a house and put the 5g unit upstairs, when you're downstairs it doesn't work. When you put it downstairs and go upstairs it doesn't work. Don't waste your time with this thing. Then when you try to return the unit, they make you (or the rep) call some number where they try to talk you out of returning the unit. They tell you when you get it is all you have to do is bring it back to the store.... Absolute lie. Then the actual return process is a literal mission. read more

I had a truly awful experience as a customer at this t-mobile location. The staff sold me a plan incompatible with my equipment, assuring me that it would work, and that I had a day to get a refund if indeed my hardware wouldn't cooperate. That was shortly before the store closed. Alas, I was unable to use the plan I had just shelled out $80 for, so I returned to the store the next morning. I had to wait in line nearly two hours (I realize that a nearby store had closed so they were very busy). During that time the sales associates were bragging with each other about how much money the store was making, swearing, acting immature and unprofessional. When my time came, I was told that I was not eligible for a refund. The same guy was working- Robi maybe- and he said that the "one day" I had was yesterday- the hour or so left before the store closed. Now, five months later, I have received a refund and an extra $30 by dealing with online support, who were understanding and helpful. I cannot emphasize enough, however, how immature, unprofessional and deceptive the Highland Avenue salespeople were. Maybe T-mobile isn't that bad as far as service goes, but I will never set foot in that location again- even their own online support team was appalled when I gave the specifics of my visit. read more

Somehow I messed up my iPhone, it's a long story but I put my husband's phone into mine and thought I lost everything on my phone. (yep, I'm technologically impaired) so we went to T mobile in Salem since we are Sprint customers. They were so helpful!! Aaliyah is a genius!! She knew exactly what I did to the phone and took the time to correct the problem. She was so nice and her co-worker was too. They were very friendly and we could tell they loved what they do. I've been to other T mobiles and the people working at those locations were quite unpleasant to deal with. We will definitely go back to this site for upgrades and so on. I've been here twice in 3 days and had nothing but great customer service. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I switched from sprint to Tmobile and upgraded phones. My only complaint is that they didn't have the Samsung galaxy S22 there at the store. Any version of them. I'm like.. you're a cell phone store and you don't have any in stock? But, they ordered me one and it came 2 days later. Went back to have them do a data transfer. No issues. This is going to be my go to store from now on. read more

Buyer beware. T mobile will tell you are getting a buy one get one free iPhone. But they DONT tell you what the specifics are. We were assured we would get the it one get one offer for our iPhone 12s. She said NOTHING about having to activate them the same day, even though they had to order the phone's and we got them weeks apart , even though we paid for them that day and added a new line. We got a $150 credit for a $1000 phone. This was after 6! different phone calls where we were assured we would still get the offer that caused us to buy the phones in the first place. Don't believe anything they say. They are crooks. We will be getting another carrier as soon as that pitiful credit comes in. So much for being a client for 22 years. Shame on you T mobile for bilking people out of their hard earned money. read more

The merger between Sprint and T-Mobile absolutely sucks. No one knows what THE F is happening. I've received multiple mixed messages in two stores and Management is completely sucky. The only person who actually helped us yesterday was a nice kid in Salem his name is Nathanial he stayed with us well beyond close and made sure things were correct. NEVER COME HERE. Absolute dogshit sales reps. The one gay guy in there (I forgot his name) sold me a hotspot for 48 dollars. He said it was normally 200 dollars but it's on sale for 48 dollars, So I bought it. I asked "if I end up not using this as much as I think I'm going to, can I return it" he says yes there is a 14 day return policy. I then return 6 days later and I ask to return the device as I didn't use it like I thought I would. He tells me there is a 40 dollar restocking fee... when I asked him why he didn't mention the restocking fee he said "it's on your receipt"..... how would I know about a restocking fee before my purchase if I have to buy it first to find out about it? Anyways I decide that since I paid 48 dollars for this, and it would cost 40 to return, then I might as well keep it and cancel the service. So I call T-Mobile to cancel and they tell me that the device is actually 200 dollars and that the 48 dollars I payed was just an installment..... so this guy just straight up lied to my face to get his commission... I would never have bought it if I knew it was 200 dollars. I've been on the phone with T-Mobile for hours and they finally agreed to let me send in the device to get my money back. I would never recommend this place to anyone. You're better off going somewhere else where they won't lie to you to get a sale. Would rate 0 if I could. read more
