The repair options are to either visit the store or a come-to-you service which is unique, convenient, and a great option that sets them apart from other companies. And the at your door service does not have any hidden or extra fees! They are very responsive and quick to get in touch once you submit the form. I reached out during business hours and got a response immediately! I really liked that they asked how to contact - via call, text, or email. I needed my iPad, 9th gen fixed. It was quoted at $119 (+tax). I opted for the come to you service. It said online they have a van and do the repairs that way, however they reached out to see if I was okay with a pick up/drop off instead. That made no difference to me. They were very communicative throughout the process. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and I was able to have them complete repairs the next day! They did a great job with the repair - it looks brand new and you can't tell that there was an accident in the first place! They also asked if I wanted to add a screen protector which I appreciated as I would prefer not to break my screen again. They charged $20 for the protector and application, which I thought was reasonable and worth it for me not to have to mess with putting it on myself. Since I had a case already, I did not need one but they sell cases and accessories too. I highly recommend checking out Fix 'N Repair if you are in Wakefield or surrounding towns. Again, it was super quick and easy, great service, and a job well done!!

I got my computer back, sent it to dell, who repaired it for 120 dollars. all data is still there and computer is working fine. I cannot recommend Tony at Marconi Radio highly enough! Out of the blue, while recording my daughter playing basketball, my phone just died. There were no warning signs, no water damage, nothing. I was devastated and took it to Verizon and Apple, but neither could help. I was even directed to a company in California that could supposedly recover phones, but they charged exorbitant fees with no guarantee of success. Eventually, I was referred to Tony, who came highly recommended, and I now understand why. From the very first conversation, I felt confident he would do everything he could. Tony was honest, did not make any unrealistic promises, but clearly understood how heartbroken I was about potentially losing years of irreplaceable photos and videos of my daughter. I had spent the weekend in tears, thinking they were gone forever. Tony's communication throughout the process was outstanding. He was prompt, professional, and always kept me informed exactly when he said he would. When he finally called to say that he had recovered everything, I was overwhelmed with relief and gratitude. Not only were all of my priceless photos and videos saved, but my phone was fully functional so I could still trade it in for a new one. Unbelievable service and value! I've brought in my iPhones over the years to have my screens replaced and the price, service and speed is better than ANYWHERE I've gone before. I brought in my phone when it wasn't keeping a charge and Tony not only replaced the battery but, explained why the battery was losing its charge, showed me how it was damaging my screen and more importantly... how to prevent it from happening again! When I brought in my newest phone after it had been run over by a car, I thought at MOST he could help me retrieve my info. before I had to turn it in for a new one. I knew the chances were slim because of the extensive damage.He not only helped me save my info. He fixed my phone ! This phone looked like it had been in a war zone with no hope. I was going to be left with only the options from my carrier with a hefty deductible and without use of a phone for a week. He had my phone up, running and as good as new in a little over an hour!!! Tony is fantastic my cell just stopped working 2 days before Christmas (screen Fried but not cracked - very strange) so timing wasn't on my side he didn't beat around the bush he was straight forward and says it like it it. Some folks may not like that but I appreciate a straight forward conversation. He was overnighting my phone from CA a 25.00 fee however the world we live in today overnight is no longer that especially if there's bad weather. I knew this has nothing directly to do with Marconi Radio he can't control the arrival of the new screen being mailed. We kept in contact Thursday and Friday several times throughout the storm I was praying it would arrive before he closed however it didn't. I knew his hours on Saturday were short only open til 1. I called early morning and he still hadn't had it. Around 12:15 Tony called me and said GREAT NEWS your phone screen is here I will get it fixed for you head this way. Thankfully I had a phone for Christmas. Thank you Tony for staying Saturday a little longer I truly appreciate you getting my phone done so I could have it for the holiday. I dropped my iPad and cracked the screen. I searched the various websites for iPad repair and was surprised to learn that Marconi Radio fixed iPads. After reading the awful reviews of most of the shopping mall based repair places, I decided to give Marconi a call. I was assured they could fix my screen and they quoted me a price significantly lower than the mall places. They advised that the repair process was tedious, and that they would need the iPad overnight. No problem. I dropped it off, and less than 24 hours later it was fixed. The repair was absolutely perfect, you can't even tell it was ever serviced. I highly recommend Marconi Radio for your iPad repair. They fix just about anything...well worth it. With my two accident prone teens we have had multiple opportunities to use Marconi for phone screen repair. Each time they work perfectly and are done same day or while we wait. When my iPhone 5 stopped charging I was sure I would have to buy a new one, but once again Marconi to the rescue. Swapped out the broken parts same day for $50 and I am up and running again. I was referred to Marconi because my IPhone was continually loosing its battery. Called and chatted. Only a few days later, Tony replaced the battery in my IPhone SE.
