I went to this tmobile, as soon as I walked in the women who was tall and had a nose piercing was very rude and not helpful at all, she repeatedly told me that they are closing which there was 30 mins til they closed. I then asked for a manager a man who was very short and had long hair came up to me and he told me that he was senior manager and that if I didn't leave that he would call the police on me. I went in just wanting to ask a few questions about my account and this is how I got treated at this tmobile. Terrible customer service, very unprofessional. Definitely do not go to this tmobile. I went into this store really frustrated with the miscommunications that had been happening between me, and ex, and sprint as we were trying to separate accounts for the longest time and empty promises were made. Lily took the time to hear us out, find the problem, and solve it with ease and compassion. We left with everything solved and every question answered. When I realized it was time to get a new cell phone, I suddenly heard that old Styx song "Renegade" in my head: "Hangman is comin' down from the gallows and I don't have very long..." Dread. Total dread. Dealing with cell phone companies, cell phone contracts, and cell phone salespeople always feels like something out of a script from one of those lawyer movies where the little guy goes to court to fight some evil corporation. Only in this version, the big company wins and the little guy ends up paying an outrageous fee plus taxes every month. Not exactly a feel good flick. I still think the whole thing is an overpriced sham, but that's not the fault of the folks in this store. The employees here were friendly and understanding. Christina (Christine?) took the time to talk about the plan options, and how we could get the best deal. Once we decided what to do and got a new phone, she made sure all the phone contacts got shuffled from old to new, walked me through the new phone's functions, and gave me some quick tips on troubleshooting and how to get the most out of the phone. Probably best to come during the week. When I was there last Saturday it was busy enough that I had to wait for a while to talk to a salesperson and things were a little rushed. Not sure I was ready to sing "Don't Let it End" (how's that for a random Styx reference?) by the time I was done, but it wasn't nearly as painful as I had expected. read more

You have GOT to be kidding!!!we spend money to unlock our experience and equifax and others to establish new phones. Only to be told -- get this-- it'll take up to 24hrs to go through-- I call BULLSHIT! It's a lack of proper training-- so, will they refund us our money we spent to have our credit scores secured? You know they won't. We got fed up being jerked by our current( soon to be previous) provider and this does not bode well for TMobile. A 20-30min process turned into 24 through ineptitude. If we are coming to your business and you treat us as I knowledgeable customers we will look at our options. Btw there are those of us who actually know how the software works for these types of institutions-- and no it doesn't take 24hrs to clear. That's poor training. Fire your store manager and get one who values training and customer value and respect. read more

Lazy employees... When your open hours say until 8 pm, why do the employees start shutting down the store, making it look closed, and kick customers out at 7:30? I've been to this store a couple of times. Going always brings 'hurray' AND 'grrrr' feelings for me. 'Hurray' because I'm usually there to get a new phone, and that's fun. 'Grrrrr' because I know I'm about to drop a ton of moolah. BUT, that's just the world of cell phones and plans and transfer fees and blah blah blah. Each time I've gone I have been approached and asked if I needed help. Sometimes they are busy with other customers and it takes a few minutes, but they let me know they know I'm there. So, then I let them know that I know that they know that I ....nevermind. They're on the ball with customer service, let's leave it at that. I prefer to talk to a person about options and plans, and to see a phone and hold it in my hand before I purchase, so I appreciate that there is a brick and mortar place to do that. They have everything there in the way of amenities and extras as well. Of course they encourage those additional purchases, but just be strong, don't lose your head. You don't need every gadget and gizmo even though it seems like a great idea in the moment. I do wish that there were lists of fees posted on the walls in 84 point font. It's almost like those are the trade secrets. Even after talking with someone about everything, a few fees crept in as we made our plan changes that we hadn't factored into our decision. All in all, it's good for what it's for. But I don't want to have to be there a lot because of what it is. read more

Got my iPhone unlocked and thought I'd give T-Mobile a try. When I went into the store it was pretty busy with only 3 employees working there. I don't think it was their fault though, the 3 customers who were being helped were taking their sweet time lol. But I was helped out eventually and it was really quick too. Katie was the person who helped me out and she was really cool and knowledgeable. I've read the reviews here and on Google and I don't think the infamous Chuck works there anymore (at least I hope not). I'm gonna try to stick with Katie as the person who helps me out just in case. I recommend giving this place a try if you're looking to switch to T-Mobile. read more

never going back to this location again. some guy with short dark curly hair think his name was devin or something was extremely rude when we went in to get a replacement sim card. he wanted us to pay $25 for a sim card! i've never ever had to pay for a replacement sim card and i've broken/lost 6 phones over the years. can someone please tell me how a little piece of plastic smaller than my pinky fingernail costs $25? that's horrible customer service. we called another tmobile and they said they would give us one for free. so i called back in and told them and asked why they're still charging customers $25 and he was even more of a dick, so i told him i was going to complain and he hung up on me. at the end of the day i'm glad the other store helped us out, still love tmobile, but eff that guy. read more

Worst T-Mobile store around. Horrible experience with CHUCK NEWSOME. He promises all of these things, gets you to turn out your pockets so he makes commissions and then after you're committed, he doesn't deliver. I probably spent $500 to $600 or more there so he could "work it out to get me a cheaper monthly payment". When the time came to make the changes to my account, all of the sudden it wouldn't work. Nothing would work. Not one single thing he promised. CHUCK NEWSOME bragged about how he is in the Top 1% of T-Mobile sales and I can imagine why. He lied to me over and over again to make sales and then never delivered on his promises. I'm sure he will do the same to you! He also suggested I try to defraud T-Mobile to get a broken screen fixed. Total loser, DO NOT BUY FROM HIM EVER! Look at all of the complaints about him here on Google alone. He will lie and cheat. T-Mobile corporate filed a complaint against him on my behalf after I called about this store's poor service and Chuck Newsome's lies. Go to the Sandy store or Walmart or somewhere reputable. read more
