Long story short, my iPhone was on it's last leg and even though there was not going to be a new phone sale or new activation sale, Eddie was all about service, trying to get my calls and texts forwarded to my other active iPhone number, with a different carrier at that. He called tech support to forward the calls and texts to my other number, no luck... they could not do it like that. A 5-star effort though. Then after discussing a low end phone just to get calls and texts he pointed out that there was insurance on my all-but-dead iPhone and that the $100 deductible would get me a new (like new refurbished - same model) phone over night. He gave me the website and telephone number and we parted company at about 2:30p. I went to have a hotdog and soda, and strawberry sundae at the food court and completed the claim before finishing my food. Easy peasy. A 5-star outcome. Next day - received the like new replacement and followed the easy setup instructions and was back in business, mostly. A 5-star outcome. So my near dead phone, which had to be sent back to the insurance folks was not even on its last leg anymore... barely breathing though. What to do!? Went back to Eddie, the T-Mobile Man-with-a-Plan, at the Airport Blvd. Costco and he said 'easy,' go to an Apple Store and they would be able to kill all the data and stuff before I sent it to the warranty folks. I did exactly that, successfully. Another 5-star outcome. In the end, it all worked out better than I expected it to. I got a couple hot dogs, sodas, sundaes and some inexpensive gas and a might as well be new phone! Thank you, Eddie the 5-star Service Pro.

Staff simply took their desk phones home, plugged them in to their routers, and got back to serving our patients without missing a beat. We are a mulit-office pediatric practice. Families rely on our call-center receptionists and our telephone advice nurses. In Feb 2020, we eliminate our relationship with our old phone service (one of the giants) because the cost was criminal, and the service was poor. FM was very hands-on helpful during implementation, setting up our new equipment, phone queues and autoattendents exactly how we asked. Then in March, the world changed. They did it first month 30 dollars after that 60 a month. Wat the ill just go in each month with 50 and get a phone with unlimited and Motorola build in 124 gigs u got room all day.
