My needs are unique, I need a fast, graphically intense computer that can also handle Microsoft spreadsheets, billing, massive downloads. My needs are hybrid- and Andrew realizes that a "one size fit's all" is not going to do what I need. Even more impressive- beyond his technological skills, Andrew is a really nice person. I have been in his store and watched as customers, neighbors, senior citizens, have come in with "locked up" laptops. They clicked on "something" and now have the blinking virus screen. He just smiles, opens up their computer and has miraculously fixed a few right in front of me. He knows their names. He makes them comfortable. They didn't need to call for an appointment 3 days from now. That's why he has been in business for so many years. Dave…read morenot only has the apparent high levels of expertise and professionalism, as others have mentioned repeatedly, but he clearly understands that building good business means building and maintaining good relationships. Dave demonstrates this understanding through, first of all, outstanding communication. He is extremely responsive and upfront regarding next steps and potential costs after first listening very carefully to your computer issues/needs and then thoroughly assessing accordingly. My particular recent computer issue warranted a one-on-one session at my home, so that we could further clarify and better/more quickly resolve the problem. Throughout that entire time Dave clearly explained every move, provided extra tips and insights for the future, and so very patiently answered any questions I had, regardless of how basic and even welcomed new ones; In other words, he's a teacher, as well! Secondly, Dave shows a genuine interest in his clients, without being intrusive or gratuitous. This is a man whose business is not simply computers, but rather PEOPLE with computers. Finally, his rates are fair and reasonable. Bottom line: You can trust Dave, count on him to respond (regardless of how busy he is), and you will actually enjoy and learn from your interaction with him....all leading to the beginning of a new and beautiful, professional relationship!

I called and Zach was willing to see us right away. When I was on my way there I had an accident and fell down a flight of stairs, so needless to say I wasn't in a position to go meet Zach. He was wonderful and told me not to worry about it that he would be there for us when we were ready. He WAS!!! We called on a Sunday and he met my husband and was able to repair my son's computer in about 4 hours. He was kind and didn't take advantage of our lack of knowledge regarding computer repair.
