I walked in, spent time waiting to BUY a screen protector to replace mine, to be told that I have to pay my balance before I could BUY a screen protector. As i mentioned before with my review of the Tmobile store at the Target shopping center that i would be reviewing this store at the mall. I'm going to cut through the chase and dive right into my review, because the staff at this store has no customer service skills whatsoever. Allow me to explain i have been needing a cel for some time, and i was waiting for my movie to start & i had sime time to kill so i went into the TMOBILE store adjacent to the mall, and the staff was on their cel phones they didn't bother to acknowledge nor help me. I asked a question & i was ignored they continued to be on their phones, and when they finally acknowledged me they had attitude so i walked out. I don't understand how this store survives at the mall with staff who don't care about customers. I'd like to see their sales report and I'd bet their sales are ridiculously very low. I don't know who is the manager or the owner, but it's obvious that they are not very involved with the store nor the staff, because if they were staff would not be ignoring customers. My advice is don't waste your time going to this store it's best to go to the other Tmobile store at the Target shopping center where they care about their customers & do their job right. read more

Do NOT get their internet. It is worthless. Barely works, is very slow, outages constantly. Have to reset the router multiple times and still won't connect. When it is working occasionally you are never given the speed you pay for. Cell phones have issues as well. 0 STARS read more

Decided to switch over to T-mobile. Took advantage of BOGO special after porting in existing numbers from another carrier and surrendering an old iPhone 6 for two new iPhone 8s. The second free iPhone rebate came as a $700 credit card. Also got the military one plan with netflix and autopay which is about $105 a month. Customer service was superb! Vanessa took her time with porting in our numbers and ensuring we get the rebate. However, T-mobile signal in SV is a bit spotty in some area then again most carriers have this issue in southern Arizona. Overall, I'm content with the current phone plan. read more

Switched to T-Mobile from high priced other carrier. While the service has good speed normally I can drive to some places that absolutely have no T-Mobile service, a little disappointed while others seem to have No issues, I can't even send txts from some areas or spotty service at best read more

Excellent service and products. Took advantage of an S8 promotion and was very happy. Francisco was extremely helpful in transferring my data and ensuring my phone was operational. Far better service than Sprint. The only bummer is that in order to secure the Netflix promotion you have to purchase more than one line read more

I have been battling with this store for two months today. It took them 6 days just to get my new phones activated. They said TMobile would pay for my phone balance with Verizon AND that I could get a BOGO promotion they had. Not only did I end up having to pay $1,100 to Verizon but I now owe a $2600 balance on 4 TMobile phones instead of 2. They don't call when they say they will call. It has become a chore staying on these guys trying to find a resolution. I recommend going to a store in Tucson but if you have no other option, RECORD EVERYTHING YOU DISCUSS WITH THEM AND KEEP EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF PAPER THEY GIVE YOU. read more

This t-Mobile store has major issues! Like other reviews posted here (all of which are very negative) this store has been one of my worst experiences of practically any other store. I was having some relatively minor issues with my voice mail greeting and when an associate tried to fix the phone she ended up deleting everything on the phone, and i had to spend 2 hours in the store trying to restore all my settings, emails, settings, etc. The young girl who was supposed to be helping me seemed to be more interested in texting with her boyfriend than helping me. She obviously didn't know what she was doing. Hoping for better and more knowledge help from the store manager, Tamara, she only complicated the increasing problems. I finally left and now my phone (iPhone 6S plus)has even greater problems than I started out with. I contacted T-Mobile Corporate offices and voiced my legitimate complaints about this particular store and it's employees including the Store's Manager. I was told that the problems would be addressed. I have been lied to at every turn by T-Mobile. I have turned the entire matter over to my team of Attorneys. I presently have legal litigation against the Store Manager, Tamara, and also my Attorneys have been in contact with the Mall owners and we are trying to get that Particular T-Mobile Store's lease canceled and the Store closed, we now expect that the Mall will not renew their lease when it expires in the near future. I have had much better experience with a couple of T-Mobile stores in Tucson. The T-Mobile store in Sierra Vista deserves to be closed because of their poor performance, lies and shady dealings with customers. Finally I will be going back to another Cell Phone Carrier whose Customer Service was far Superior. read more

This is an authorized T-Mobile retailer, they are not employees of T-Mobile and they "do not have a responsibility to T-Mobile customers". All they want is the sale. My father was basically ripped off. The representative sold him on opening his own account "to save $5/ month" (it's not cheaper btw). So they opened his account, but never ported over his line (even after I authorized the change of billing responsibility). Last night, the auto-pay for his new account overdrew his bank account, even though his line is still on my account. So, he's paying double because these sales people do not have a responsibility to T-Mobile customers. read more

We have contacted the coorporate office and a very helpful women did the job that the "employees" in the store didn't do. She corrected our bill and filed our complaint. If you have a problem with the store (which you will) just call the corporate office; they have a clue. read more

I want to say this store is a good store, but I have 2 issues with it. 1) This store stole my identity, they want to paly it off like it was a hack, but with just a common server hack doesn't open a credit card under your name social security and current residence. 2) The employee Brandon (Yes I said it by name T mobile read your reviews) did nothing to assist me with the marshmallow update (The same that ruined the LG phones) for my wife. He said that she was not an authorized user when she was, He got very defensive when I knew more about the software then he did. He was not understanding of the event. Is this how T mobile trains their employees? Needless to say I spoke with Verizon, they gave me a transfer deal, now I get T Mobile Rate with them!!! This T-Mobile is horrible I have never walked into a store that has given me such horrible customer service like they did, 3 associates were working that day a girl and 2 men I walked in and they asked me if I needed anything I said I'm looking for a case they just pointed it out and then the girl came up to me and said do you want me to unlock it for you I said I'm good thank you and she kept insisting are you sure? I said yes I'm sure and again she said are you positive I said yes. I am and once again she asked are you suuuure? I said um. Yes I am; then the guy asked me do you have an account with us I said no I do not I have been thinking about it he said who do you have an account with I said cricket and he said cricket???? Why cricket I said because I've had cricket since I moved from California, he said wow cricket probably worked over there but not here I said ummm, well I can text perfectly call perfectly and search things perfectly so it works fine. This was the most horrible customer service ever I will never come into this store again. No associate should take down on another company that's just not professional and no associate should keep pushing a customer. read more

My experience with this store has been nothing but terrible. The sales associates lie to make a sale, and then attempt to turn it on you when they are caught in their lies. First off we switched in sprint in January taking advantage of the promo that we would receive up to 650 to cover the cost of phones and pay off our service contract. Turns out they only give you the value of the phone which is less than what was owed, and do not pay off the remaining service. After having several issues from one associate porting over the wrong number to my phone, and another saying that is impossible, to not receiving service where we were specifically told we would we dreaded going back to this store. When weeks past and we had received no reimbursement we contacted Customer care and they told us that the store was supposed to credit is $200 when we turned in our phones, and after going in to request this credit first they said they couldnt find them, then they changed it saying that they were sent out the prior week, and refusing to give me my credit or phones. Thankfully Customer care eventually sorted things out. I hope to never have to set foot in this store again, and will definitely be switching back to sprint asap! Complete lack of profrssionaliam at this store, to busy worried about making a sale and playing their music loud. read more

The sales team will tell you whatever you want to hear to sell you anything! If you're plan is already discounted, don't expect an additional discount from employer programs, even if they say you will. They'll even ask you to leave out the back door, because a counter is on the door, and that's what their projected sales are based off of. Yes, he actually told me that and escorted me to the back door. They'll tell you to call customer service and customer service will tell you it has to be handled in the store. I registered multiple times for my employer discount, I was told to wait 1-2 billing cycles for it to take effect. 1-2 billing cycles later, nothing. I call and they say it isn't registered. I repeated this game several times. Finally, someone online told me that since my plan was already under a special promotion, that an additional discount wouldn't apply. So needless to say I should have stayed with Verizon, and I tell everyone that is looking for a phone my horror stories about this place and recommend someone else. read more
