As a result, I went home unable to use my phone. When I called the store, I was told she was busy and could not assist me. Instead, I was told I had to return to the store--an unnecessary and major inconvenience, especially on a Saturday. No working phone and an extra trip to T-Mobile because of a mistake that should have been caught before I left the store. When I returned, Yajaira Rodriguez was nowhere to be found. I was told she was in the back and, rather than coming out to speak with me or take responsibility for the mistake, she avoided addressing the situation. Ms. Rodriguez, as a manager, you should have personally greeted me, acknowledged the mistake, apologized, and taken ownership. You should also be setting the example for your team. Instead, you sent me home without the SIM properly set up, refused to assist when I called, and failed to address the issue when I returned to the store. That is not customer service, and it is not professional management. If a district or regional manager genuinely cares about customer service and meeting basic expectations, I strongly recommend taking a serious look at how this store is being managed and making the necessary changes. BUYER BEWARE.

The professional thing to do is tell me what you're doing with my phone.
