I've always came to this mobile because it's the closest one to me and secondly because I love the service. I have honestly been helped by most of the staff their and they are all amazing. They do a great job in making sure i get what I need and making sure I'm a happy customer. They are all very polite and patient, as well as helpful two people that stand out to me the most would be Jose and marisela, her last name is martinez. I believe she is new because i've never seen her there before but I whent in earlier today and she was fantastic! very nice and helpful and she didn't give me any problems. Had an emergency stop at t-mobile my Samsung battery was at 6% the sales associate Angel was so kind to let me charge it. While waiting for my battery. My friend decided to jump his phone to a galaxy edge 7 .. he took really good care of us. If you are in the market for a new phone, accessories or just want to see if you qualify for the jump program stop at this t-mobile and ask for Angel!!! If you go to this store Mark the supervisor is awesome. I had a huge issue that needed to be resolved and he walked me through the whole process. He provided great customer service, answered my questions, and explained everything in detailed. He was very attentive with me and every time a new customer would walk in he greeted them and made sure to add them to the list to make sure they all get help. He really helped me out. When I walked into the store I was not a happy costumer because I kept getting the runaround from customer care but after talking to Mark and having him work with me I left with a big smile on face and a satisfied customer. Also Letty V. helped out a lot (I had a complicated case) and they both worked together to make sure I got the best possible outcome. No doubt I recommend these two people to anyone who walks into this store. read more

The personal here is under trained.First They lie to your face stating that your contact will not extend when ever you try to replace your phone. Then I find out they cancel my phone insurance on my phone instead of my other phone line, so im stuck with a broken phone..on my previous visit when I was trying to upgrade. Disaster no one can do anything about it. And Their new phones are WAY over price. Good bye t mobile. read more

Customer service is the worse!! The manager does not know what he is doing and is very rude and disrespectful to the customer! My sister went to exchange her phone because I wouldn't turn on he kept saying no that he couldn't do it and started arguing after that my dad went outside to call TMoible and while we waited inside the manager kept going up to all the employees saying that we were crazy for wanting to exchange and that we didn't know so the person on the phone said that we were suppose to get it the guy on the phone talked to the manager they agreed that my sister would get an exchange and then we went the next day and they didn't want to give it to us after they had agreed she would get it! And so we told another employee how rude and unprofessional the manager was and she said "oh that's the way he is" wow really? Fix your attitude or change the field your work in! Really bad customer service!! Please avoid this store the one on Firestone has better employees! read more

I'm almost sure that the staff here purposely hold up the line. There should be no reason why it takes more than 40 minutes per customer.

A specific group from this location that's unhelpful. They are highly rude, they think their all that with the positions they have, they laugh/make fun of people, they have no patience at all. The only thing this place can still help you on (roughly), is making a payment. read more
