T Mobile has become a giant mecca amongst many urban communities with stores all over to serve their customers; so you would think. So, why is it that every time I need to visit one of these convenient stores, they can never assist or help me with what I need? Two visits over the last twelve months and twice they were not able to assist for the same thing; a private screen replacement for my 12 Pro Max. I am really starting to rethink why do I bother coming to this place. Five agents in a store and I'm the only customer, no one greets me, but everyone sees me; so I assume because all their eyes were on me. I had to initiate conversation as if I were the employee. How rude and disrespectful. T Mobile needs to do better. Please hire people who will consistently deliver outstanding Customer Service; not just in the interview. Visited this store today (7/13 at approx 3pm) I experienced the worst service Ive ever encountered at a Tmobile store. The girl in there acted as if I was bothering her. I came in looking to see if there was any promotions as I am looking to upgrade 2 phones. She didnt even try to help me and got an attitude whenever I asked her any question. I asked was there any promotions she didnt even look at my account to see or anything just said no. I said do potentially know if any are coming up she just said no before i even finished the question. Then said we dont do promotions on those phones so. I then told her when i went to another tmobile some months ago they told me about a deal where you get like a watch free when you buy a phone or something. She goes you want a phone or a watch as we have watches I can sell you or phone. I tried explaining no the deal was with a phone upgrade she goes again you want a phone or a watch. I said phone she said ok then theres no promos. I also asked about the difference between two phones and she couldnt be bothered. Clearly working wasnt on her to do list today. At this point I was over the rudeness and lack of service so I left. I will go elsewhere where they actually help and talk to you about the benefits of each phone abd like there job or atleast do a good job pretending to. read more

The BEST T-Mobile I have been to since I have switched from AT&T. When I went to switch companies, the Store Manager herself, Nicole, came to help me. This was very rare to me because usually managers do not come out to explain everything in detail. I had AT&T for years and was very skeptical about switching companies and I thought I would not be happy; thus far I am. I was able to get all of the services on my phone that interested me and it was at a cheaper price. The store itself is very clean and neatly organized so it makes the shopping experience pleasant. The patience the employees have is also refreshing. I will definitely come back to this location to handle all bigger issues, such as phone switching or plan adjustments even though I live in Brooklyn. This alone says enough! I dropped by the TMOBILE Store at 9 Sloan St. So. Orange, NJ today and I was so disappointed by the lack of customer svc. There were 3 girls in there who was not interested in helping me whatsoever. I wasn't greeted like I had in the past when they had more professional staff in there. I wanted to upgrade my phone but they were not interested in offering any kind of assistance. Two of them never even spoke to me and the third looked up my account begrudgingly. She told me I should have come in 2 days ago while there was a 50% sale going on. She then told me that if I wanted to order a new phone - there was none in stock - and I'd have to order one. Ridiculous!!! read more

I went to T-Mobile store on 9 Sloan Street South Orange, NJ for assistance with my Ue MEGABOOM speaker and all the workers were great assisting me with my device. I have great respect for the manager there who keep a clean, safe environment, and he isn't above assisting customers who come there. I always having an amazing experience when I go there. read more

Worst service phone store I've ever been to--AVOID at all costs!. Extremely poorly informed staff, enough to turn me off subscribing to their service. Had no idea about seevice coverage or plans (even though there were flyers all over the place and a computer monitor with an interactive service map-- i chose not to point these out as it was clear they had no clue about their job). Decided to pick up a pair of extra headphones before leavomg, it took me about one minute to decide. Slowest payment ever. I was in the store alone, no ither customers, and the cashier literally took ten minutes to attempt to process my order before failing due to a "slow system". I swiped my credit card twice, both payments did not go through due to a "system glitch". The cashier next to mine could care less about helping, and was texting on her phone. This turned out to be the manager! After 10 minutes of struggling, she finally sighed and stepped over. I suggested trying another machine, and she did. The payment took about two minutes, still long for a single pair of headphones, and i skipped the receipt even, i just wanted to get the heck out of there. This is a terrible store. You will not get the best deals here due to the ridiculously inept staff. Try googling other phone stores in the area, you'll save more money in the long run. read more

Don't come to this store and expect any sort of customer service if you are white. This a reoccurring issue, not a one time situation. Sales help is rude and dismissive and makes no attempt to help the customer. read more
