    hate your company and presently looking into leaving verizon. I have been put through hell for the…read morepast 4 months and now the main issue has still not been taken care of. I have spoken to a dozen cust. reps and a manager They have continually either gave me the wrong information or dis nor follow through with the supposed resolution. At this.point the anxiety I get when I know I have to call once again to have verizon do what they have continually promised. It has cost me financially as well. Verizon is not on auto pay yet takes payment from my bank without permission and they are taking up to double what I owe. It has interfered with my rent payment twice now. So it is now over 4 months since verizon screwed up my whole account and the phone that was supposed to be removed is once again on my account and verizon is trying to charge me for it. Verizon has literally given me PTSD. I have actually been brought to tears over the frustration and sheer anxiety verizon has put me through.They over charged me by $192 and I was able to speak with a manager. He said he would refund it and put me on hold. When he came back he said he applied the $192 to my account as a credit. I was furious and told him I needed it put back in my bank account. He said he couldn't!!! I was very short on my rent because of this and I had to pay a $75 late fee. They are truly the most deplorable company i have ever come up against.

I am so happy I did. Tarik and his brother........true gentlemen. Kind, funny and SMART. What I tried to do at home (epic fail) took 2 hours and they were able to get me back online and running in 15 minutes. For all my iphone needs, I will only go to the Verizon store in Summit. Customer service a 10!!!! :) Stacey

    2026 has been loaded with a lot of "only me" moments, and my recent trip to this Best Buy was no…read moreexception. I had the misfortune of my car's screen conking out on me, so I decided to try to have Geek Squad do an installation. I booked an appointment online and it's like pulling teeth trying to figure out exactly which parts to buy since you need to go to your appointment with everything ready. There are many components needed if you want a new screen that will work with your backup cam and/or steering wheel controls. Prior to the appointment, I went with my fiancé to inquire about which screens would be the best option for me. We went to the Geek Squad desk, and I explained to an employee that I had an upcoming appointment. I said I wanted to get input from GS in advance on which radios I should browse at the store. The employee walked away and came back a few minutes later to tell me, "The auto technician isn't in right now, but he'll be here tomorrow. So, we can make suggestions today, but they might not be the best suggestions." This was one of the most ridiculous interactions I've ever had at a store, I couldn't believe the absurdity of it. So I wasted my time going there, now I should waste even more time by going again in hopes of speaking to someone for a pretty simple question? After this absolute joke, I cancelled my appointment and ended up going to a specialty shop that knew what they were doing.
