Ignoring customers and leaving their colleagues to deal with customers that are growing impatient, they hide in the back room and ignore the growing line. Definitely could make it a better exprience with some customer 1st attitude, but rather its a mediocre attitude towards customers and coworkers. True lack of effort. read more

The experience with this store and the staff working has been the worst I've ever had. I have been with this Phone company over 10 years since 2010, not only me personally but my Business as well. I came in for help to get a new phone because my screen was cracked and need to replace it. she basically said there was absolutely NOTHING they could do for me on getting a new phone or transferring my data and photos to a new device. Not once did they ask me if i was eligible for an upgrade on my current plan (which I am right now) to PURCHASE a new phone. My company has no working phone right now and i needed HELP on just getting a phone to work, but was told to go find a glass replacement store instead. I will be shutting our business number down and leaving this phone provider to another one who will get us the help we need to get a working phone. read more

In purchasing a package deal phone I observed my phone had a crack on screen, my Girlfriend said it's the "screen protector, I wasn't convinced and thought it was the Screen itself. On Nov 8,2020 I purchased an I-Pad and after deciding it would not meet my needs, I returned it on Nov 11, 2020. When purchasing the I-Pad I was not informed that I would be charged a restocking fee if I returned it sealed and unopened. The receipt states that I "may" be charged a restocking fee but does not state what would trigger said fee. I spoke to the store manager, Mathew N, regarding this and he stated "that its common practice for stores to charge a restocking fee" and that he would not waive the fee. NO MATHEW... its common practice to get a full refund for unopened merchandise. I also spoke to a T-Mobile rep over the phone and she told me that if I would have purchased the I-Pad through the T-Mobile website, I would have gotten a full refund. This store needs to fully disclose its shady return policy.. Now I have to write a complaint to State Attorney General and contact my Credit Card to dispute this unfair fee. The store manager, Jordan, was completely unhelpful in resolving g a problem I have with my brand new iPhone 11 . This is the third time I have come in to get a replacement screen protector, I was sold a "top of the line" screen protector for $50 with a lifetime warranty and it cracked within one week. I came in to get it replaced and they were out of stock. The guy removed my screen protector that was cracked before he realized they didn't have any in stock. He ordered the replacements to be sent to my house in four business day. But they never arrived. Two weeks later stilll nothing. Today my brad new phone got a giant scratch on it and the manager basically scoffed at me and I left feeling completely unappreciated as a customer of a decade with four phone lines. read more

A+++++ customer service from this store! My wife and I added my Grandma's cell phone to our account a few weeks ago, because she was paying nearly $60 a month on extremely limited income. They were busy and my wife and grandma had to wait outside for a while; it's not the store's fault, they are just following COVID-19 safety protocols. My grandma's phone turned out to be locked on another carrier and the manager ended up giving her a free Samsung phone. They did not have the phone in stock at this store, so they either an employee was already going to Lodi for something else or an employee was sent to Lodi to get the phone. I left MetroPCS a few days ago, after a disagreement that left me w/almost legitimate PTSD. I loathed to leave them, because I am so cheap, I would use a coupon for a coupon, for a coupon, and still ask myself, "Eli, do you really want to spend that much money?" Anyway, I called this location and was on my way approximately two hours before they close on Sundays. It took me over an hour to find it, because I am directionally challenged, and I didn't have a phone w/GPS. YOU HEAR THAT, METRO!! I HAD NO PHONE WITH A G-P-S! Once I found the location, Anastasia helped me through, answering the 10,000 questions a cheap-ass like me has. Only came to this location because it's close to my house and I needed to replace the screen protector on my phone, which is included with the protection plan I pay for monthly. I forgot my ID and had to come back but the two men who helped me weren't super professional or happy to help. Perhaps because they weren't making any commission off of me today? Originally the first guy told me that I didn't have the protection plan but I did so the second guy showed him how to pull that up, they were more so talking to each other and not to me which was weird. Yayy for great customer service! I went in on a Saturday afternoon to get help with switching over to my new phone which came in the mail. I was prepared to wait to be helped (based on previous experiences with other T mobile stores) but the staff acknowledged me and helped me out right away (maybe also because it's a simple process to switch from iPhone to iPhone). The guy who helped me also gave me helpful advice about my new phone. I was in and out in 10 minutes max probably :) The staff are very friendly and they're nice, even when you're tech-challenged like me (I ran back into the store in a panic to ask why my apps are all dark and not working haha...). I had a good experience here today. I was shopping around for an alternative to AT&T and Comcast for home internet and wanted to learn more about the mobile hotspot option. Was assisted by a woman named AJ who was very courteous and helpful. She didn't try to upsell me or guilt me in to anything, or use all the confusing logic and lingo that I was used to getting at AT&T stores (although, in all honesty, I had a good experience at the local AT&T on Pacific a few months ago; but every other branch I've visited was horrible. Just horrible. So maybe I just lucked out that time and got the right person to help me. Definitely the exception to the rule though). I had never used Tmobile before or even stepped foot inside one of their stores so as far as first impressions go, it was great! I'd recommend going in and checking it out if you're thinking about it. From what I gathered, they have a pretty generous policy of paying your early termination fees and the balance on your financed device. I ended up financing a 4G LTE HotSpot Z915 (which apparently acts just like a router) for $2.91/month for 24 months with $40 down-payment ($109.92 in total--which I thought was a pretty good deal). And I got the 9GB plan for $60/month. Walked out of there today paying $66.24 which includes the $40 down-payment + $15 SIM card + total tax on the financed device ($9.89) + tax on the SIM card ($1.35). So all in all, I'm a happy camper. read more

This T-Mobile is by far my favorite location in town! I had such a pleasant experience this past Saturday there shopping for my new phone. Matthew the Manager provided me exceptional service! His personality alone was amazing, but his customer service and knowledge of his products were very impressive. The additional staff working that evening were also very friendly, fun, but yet professional. I haven't experienced this level of customer service in a long time as courtesy and appreciation for customers seem to be a thing of the past with this current generation. I left there feeling joy for my new gadgets (phone, smart watch, wireless chargers, ear buds, and a tablet) and appreciation as a customer. Mariana was very rude. I went to upgrade my phone and she rushed through the whole visit. I asked if she could transfer my pictures and numbers to my new phone and she simply replied that it would take a long time, implementing she suggested I didn't. I still did have her transfer my numbers. While she was transferring my numbers she told me to go ahead and pick out a screen protector and a case. That was her way of up selling me. She said I could pay it off on $2 dollar payments. So if I didn't ask about the price then I wouldn't have known each item was over $30. I just felt she was super sneaky on the way she tried to up-sell me. Also, while trying to set up my iPhone she asked for my iCloud account and I told her I had forgotten it. So she rudely suggested I do that at home because it can take 2 weeks to get a response email from Apple Care to help me with my password. So in front of her I requested for a password change and instantly I got a response from apple on how to renew my password. After that was done she suggested for my family and I to go over next door to Jamba Juice to get a drink while she restores my old Trade in phone back to factory settings. That there just showed me she wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible. I feel T-Mobile's employees should have better training when it comes to customer service. Horrible service at this store. I came in at about 3 PM on a week day and there were 3 other customers there with two sales associates. I waited for about 25 minutes with no acknowledgement that I was even in the store. This review is for T-Mobile Wireless (aka Voicestream Wireless) I have spent two+ hours trying to resolve a suspension of my cell phone service. On 3/28 I went to "refill" my account with a payment from my online checking. It asked for information I did not have so I called T-mobile, who gave me the requested payee information. I made the payment. The funds were delivered on 3/29 and my service was suspended on 3/30. I have spent 2.5 hours trying to resolve this problem. T-mobile now informs me they do not accept payment by online checking. only transfers from my account off their website. But my bank confirms they have my $$.. T-Mobile now denies any association with "TMobile/Voicestream Wireless". In four rounds of calls with the refill people, "payment supervisors" and one call to Customer Service, they deny knowledge of how or who to direct me to request a refund. At 8:41 AM, I received a text from T-mobile confirming restoration of service as a result of my 2nd payment using T-Mobile's online refill service. At 9;28 I received a second text message stating my payment was past due and service is suspended, My bank says it needs a fax number to forward a "payment inquiry" but T-mobile says they don't have a fax number to give me for payments they do not accept. read more
