Located in a safe part of town in a strip mall, this Tmobile store is very clean with all the updated phones and accessories. Although the place looks sparce, in that I would think they would have more to sell? Anyways just an observation. That said I would carefully consider using this store as I had two small but relatively bad experiences. First, I had the lens cap on both of my cameras come off and the fold won't unfold all the way. Finally the screen has dead spots. I called customer care and reported my issue. Since I have TEP - Total Equipment Protection (read the TOTAL part again) the contract I signed was no questions asked replacement. Customer care said they'd ship my device to the store and I could pick it up. That night 1 hour before they closed, I called the store to see what I needed to do. She wasn't exactly happy I was calling. Then informed me "well you can't bring it in now, we're closing in an hour." I couldn't even get the sentence out before she was making it clear that they couldn't do it now. After she released her hot air, I said they have to ship it first. Then she was happy, b/c I guess it meant I wouldn't be coming in on her shift in the future. When my phone finally arrived I dropped by to pick it up. The two people were helping one customer. What I mean is one person was helping a customer and the other was leaning on the counter. After they finally addressed me I said, "You guys have a phone for me to pick up and trade in." The guy looked pissed and said he can't do that. I showed him the text that proved the point. He wasn't happy. Then he inspected the phone and said it looked dropped, I said, that's not the issue! Anyways the whole attitude at the store, Tmobiles lying of swapping devices that I pay for each month to protect me from and the total Tmobile mentality sucked. I'm not going to tell anyone what carrier to use, but I'm switching with the Fold 8 comes out. Next, I will never EVER step foot in that store again. If you need a new phone or actual technical help, keep driving past this T-Mobile on Bacons Bridge Road. This store has become completely useless for anything other than a sales pitch. They never have any phones in stock unless they are trying to "sell" you on a specific plan. If you are a loyal customer experiencing technical issues or needing a replacement, they won't touch their inventory to accommodate you. You're told you have to wait for a phone to be shipped--at that point, why even keep the doors to this building open? I could have just stayed home and shopped online. The leadership here is the biggest problem. There is a woman who has been with the company for a decade and clearly feels she is "untouchable." She makes up her own rules, has a massive attitude, and speaks to customers however she wants. Perhaps after ten years of standing on your feet with that attitude, it's time to find a desk job where you don't have to interact with the public. It's no wonder they won't even give her a chair to rest her foot; the company seems to care as little about her as she does about the customers. The other manager (who acts like Mitchell) is just as bad with a nasty, condescending attitude. The worst part is that everyone being trained under them is picking up these exact same toxic habits. I felt extremely unwelcome coming into this store, not to mention the ladies there acted out out when talking to us and were the most unhelpful individuals I've ever met. You would find more help from a fast food drive thru window than this store. Obvious lack in proper management. read more

I am dropping T-mobile. Reason is simple: I am needing a new smart phone. All their "Bargains" are not that. They want you to pay some $$ down, then finance the rest at $30+ per Month. Why? The other companies are having phones for free with like 24 months contract. A better deal. read more

This has the worst customer service hands down. I have a modem that keeps overheating and have tried since December to get a replacement. I can't take to the store because it was originally shipped to me. I have been told countless times that it would be delivered day countless times. I asked where it was being shipped from. I was told it was being shipped from Rivers Ave. Approximately 8-10 miles from me. God only knows what route it is on. Stay away from t-mobile internet. read more

You have to go into a place without an attitude, These bad reviews are probably from those who expect everybody to bow to them. The store was staffed up for the holidays. Didn't get his name but a shorter black guy helped me, he was professional, good disposition and very helpful. In and out with a new SIMM card in 10 minutes, no charge. Relax people, take your time. I went there to fix my A11 phone. The staff and manager Diana were super friendly and helpful. Diana fixed my phone within seconds. She is very knowledgeable and good at what she does. I would recommend this store and service for everyone. read more

Coming from a former sales rep for T-Mobile, DON'T GO HERE. Made the mistake of coming in for upgrades. Waited in line for an hour to be told to piss off (as well as about 8 other customers) because of a sign in sheet that no one was made aware of. The three girls working there are about as incompetent as it gets. The biggest issue is that once they were made aware of problem they didn't fix it, the sales rep "Blair" became adamant that the sign in sheet is all that matters, even when the other customers were trying to tell her who was there first. Why would you have a store that has no phones? I tried to buy three different iPhones and they didn't have any in stock, waste of my time.

I've taught marketing, PR and customer service related courses on the university level for over 30 years. I have rarely had as positive an experience as I did with two t-mobile representatives, Latoya and Lakeysa a few days ago. Customer service, especially when you deal with frustrated customers who don't understand the technology, is one of the most difficult jobs I can think of - and those two did a terrific job handling my situation. My hat is off to those two for their competence, product knowledge, good cheer and helpfulness. I'd recommend this shop and those two reps to anyone. The company should be proud to have two such fine employees. read more

Terrible. Was told twice to come back the next day because some issue with Jumping my phone. They had me pay off the wrong phone(which I should NOT have had to do) and we STILL have not been able to get another phone. Came home this time and called 611...they verified that the store was incompetent. I will go 20 miles to another store if I have to. Wasted my time TOO much. read more

To whom it may concern, T-Mobile on Bacon's Bridge Road is a Fraudulent Thieving Company who lies steals and deceives customers. If you are a T-Mobile customer you should check your bill every month while the management smiles and laughs at you and thinks it is funny to take advantage of people. He thinks that all South Carolina people are ignorant and incompetent about everything. We are going to court to pursue a massive law suit to the store, the management and the company because the company and the corporate office does not care just look at their customer care.It is all foreigners and they want you to get frustrated and hang up on people that don't speak English. The company fraudulently knows what they are doing against the American people. You have to be an idiot to sign or continue to use their company as CNBC said today that "T-Mobile was caught over charging people for data and usage of their phones" look at their web site. Also be very aware when paying in cash at this location as the employees were caught red handed not applying the cash to the accounts and pocketing the money for them selves and the manager said "Oh, there must have been a clerical error" we believe that he is in on the whole scam as well as the employees. We will be calling the authorities with the evidence that we have gathered including a recording of a conversation with management that everything was taken care and that the bill would only be a certain price as he applied the cash that was not apply before as we had a receipt for paying the cash then we were being charged late fees after paying them in full for the phones and management giving us a $100 credit instating that our phone bill for October would only be $60 in fact it was a $260 phone bill for a 1 month service and I'm sure management pocketed that money too. I'm so happy my daughter accidentally hit the record button and we didn't know but it recorded the entire conversation. We will be playing this recording in court for the judge. I wish we would have checked this site first before signing with them. This store has messed with the wrong family. The squeaky wheel gets the most attention. By the way on a personal note I feel that the black employees were very racist when it came to dealing with white people. read more
