They quoted 3-5 days because they needed to order a part, and the laptop was ready for pickup on the following Monday afternoon. All seem's to be working perfectly now, so no complaints. However, five/technically six days did seem excessive for a keyboard replacement, given the ubiquity of 2-day shipping from places like Amazon.

The staff was professional and the customer area was clean, organized and check-in was seamless. Got a call the next day with a diagnosis and two options for repair. The hard drive was replaced by late Saturday morning (earlier than promised) and I'm writing this review on my much improved desktop. I won't hesitate to use them again in the future and recommend them to friends and family!

This morning I waited 10 minutes for them open only to be told their computers are down, an inconvenience we all understand. What I don't understand is the lack of compassion, the lack of sincere apology for the circumstances but instead feeling like I was getting the "whatever" attitude. I don't like going places where I feel like I'm extending more customer service than the employee. That said, there ARE good employees, this was a marginal experience 2 times the 3rd time was frustrating. In the future I'll wait for a different clerk, one that I had was outstanding so I'll stick to him. Also notable was the plastic cups and trash at their front door sitting around the outside bench. Surrounded by restaurants I'm not surprised but I have to assume on some level they walked right past the mess and didn't bother to clean up their own store front. This is a corporate store, they should have more pride in their appearance. It was also never explained that an old phone must be returned to a CORPORATE store...I know because I tried 2 non-corporate stores and they both explained it. Corporate stores are not marked as such so you won't know unless you look it up or walk in and ask.

Verizon automated service does not recognize the number. I've been on hold for one hour. My partner whose existing account my devices were added has also attempted to contact customer service and has been booted off the call twice. The groovy music on hold will probably be in my head for years. I may still be on hold. Perhaps I should sprint back to my previous service. I never had to wait this long to fix the rare occasional inquiry.

I knew the minute she walked up to me and spoke that she was going to be of no help to me, she clearly does not know what she's doing. First of all, she had a very condescending attitude towards me, telling me how to package up my old broken phone to send back to AT&T. I think I'm smart enough to figure that out by myself! Then, she fooled around humming and singing to the music being piped into the store and laughing to herself about some private joke I guess, for 20 minutes trying to figure out how to program my new phone and she never did figure it out. I asked her if we could ask one of the other people working there and she said it would be the same result and they're not technical people, so I left FURIOUS. I have been with ATT for many years and her lack of unprofessionalism was astounding to me I'll put a bad taste in my mouth for AT&T. I hope she is not there much longer.
