Absolutely appalled by the experience we experienced just now. There was a very kind lady working up front I wish I got her name. I am not an authorized user but I arrived early in hopes to get things in the process so when they arrived we could just finish up and be out on our way. What should have taken maybe 15min took well over an hour because the other men working Adam and Chris sat in the back not helping the poor lady upfront who had multiple customers waiting on help. All I needed to do was upgrade my phone and purchase a new one. The girl helped me as much as she could while serving every other customer at the same time. She was so kind. An hour after my authorized user arrived we finally got help only to have issues because she did not have her id on hand. If someone had come out sooner and talked to us we could have known this sooner and had already been back before the men... Adam and Chris arrived. As soon as I told them to cancel my order and that we would be going to another location somehow miraculously they could give me the phone that I already purchased without scanning an id. Im honestly so confused. And there was absolutely no customer service given to any of the other customers by these men. The girl working there should get a promotion and these men need demoted and some more training in customer service. I have never experienced such bad customer service. With no apology. read more

Terrible customer service at T Mobile store at Fishers Landing.. employees only interested in selling, not helping existing customers. My phone was not keeping a charge the guy at T Mobile told me to go to Best Buy..said T Mobile couldnt help, didint even look up my account to see that I had 360 protection plan. I went again today, no help, just a run around, accessories at T Mobile store are highly overpriced, was told a screen protector cost was $ 40.00, went to amazon 3 pack of screen protectors priced at $5.00 Employees at these stores arent helpful... I was able to get great help by calling T Mobile 611 line. read more

SCAMMERS & LIARS HORRIBLE DO NOT GO HERE FOR CELL PHONE SERVICE. I wish I could rate 0 stars, aside from the slow WiFi and constant issues, their customer service never fails to be absolutely shit, all of them have attitudes like they didn't look in the mirror that morning. Their employees don't look or sound qualified to deal with anything, they downright lie about the promotions/ trade ins and upgrades, they manipulate you and allow you to think you're paying one price then suddenly upcharge prices or say you owe them more money on traded in phones on top of paying $700 up front for trade in/ upgrades. They acknowledge their mistake say they'll fix it then all of a sudden they backtrack they don't want to fix or compensate all the distress they've caused for their mistake. Awful carrier check the reviews and google about T-mobile. Nobody has good experiences with this scamming carrier go anywhere else. read more

Came here today and was not once acknowledged for a solid 15 minutes. I entered the store, looked around trying to find someone to talk to, but everyone (4 employees) was busy with another customer. I'm a patient person, so I didn't mind waiting, and I understand a busy retail environment can be stressful sometimes. However, a simple, "Hello, we will be with you as soon as we can." would have sufficed. It appeared that maybe a manager, or a lead, was assisting with a new employee in training as I overheard some of their conversation with a customer. However, the manager/lead walked away from the other employee multiple times to do other tasks around the store, so surely I thought I'd be approached or at least acknowledged by her. But nothing at all. I just felt super uncomfortable overall. Only giving them 2 stars because the woman who eventually acknowledged me after she helped her current customer was kind. read more

This store has been repeatedly incompetent in helping me get my 95 year old mother's cell and iPhone accounts functional again for months. So much attitude and run around there ! Went to the T-Mobile store on Chikalov and the issue was fixed in literally 3 minutes with a pleasant KNOWLEDGEABLE employee that was there to help. If this was my franchise I'd fire the losers that inhabitant the 164th Ave store. They sure aren't there for customer service. read more

I've been a T-Mobile customer since 1999. However, the other day I went in this store to get a new SIM card for my son (also, I needed to get a new phone for him, but not necessarily at this store). I told them that I needed a new SIM card so we got that all taken care of (and paid for). After that, I told them that if they had a specific phone in stock I would take that too. Well, guess what? The new phone comes with a SIM card for $20 plus tax, and there was nothing I could do about it. Also, if was impossible for them to refund my money for the SIM card that I *just paid for* ($25 plus tax)! Why do I *have* to buy a new SIM card with the new phone when I *literally* just got one? This is to say that the employees at this store are not empowered by corporate to do their jobs. It isn't their fault that this happened, but you should think twice before believing that T-Mobile cares about you as a customer, even if you have been with them for 18 years. Also, this is a huge waste. I spent $27.10 on something that I absolutely did not need, and society did not need to produce. That is money that I could have better spent by buying food from a local farmer, investing in the stock market, or giving it to a charity. Instead it went to some executive's bonus at T-Mobile corporate. That is pure greed. read more

As long as assistant manager, Sammy, is not there, this is our normal T-Mobile store. However... Even WITH Customer Service on the phone, Sammi refused to honor the reimbursement we were owed. We will NEVER step foot in this location while she is present. Which sucks for them, and us, since we have always gotten our phones from that location. She was rude, snarky, and refused to honor a prearranged agreement made with T-Mobile. Steer clear of Sammy... Otherwise, it is a wonderful location. It is a shame one team member has to ruin a customers experience. We will be going elsewhere from now on. read more

As an decade-long T-Mobile customer, I've been known to walk in to T-Mobile stores for service, purchases and questions in New York City, Atlanta, Miami, and Portland, OR. While my experience is always satisfactory, none has been quite as good as the care and attention I receive at my home store in Vancouver. Over the years, I've come to cherish the staff here. They never pressure or rush me and even on the occasions when it's crowded, I feel like I'm the only customer. The reps go the extra mile to resolve any problems or questions, and inform me, each and every time. Recently, I heard there was a possibility of moving or removing this branch and I have to say I'd be extremely sad to see that happen. So many people in this area depend on the store and get great results to boot. So, T-Mobile, if you're listening (reading), please don't mess with a great thing! read more

Rude, condescending staff. It's like going to buy a used car! They didn't tell me the options for cell phones when I got there and then when I realized I could get a phone with twice the memory for only $50 more, they manage to mention the re stocking fee right away. I signed an iPad for things that I never read and was never given verbal disclosure. All I wanted was an upgrade to a phone that wasn't working properly in the first place. I want full disclosure and to be treated as a customer. Not treated like a child who just got her first phone. read more

The management of this store is unaccountable. The entire management team considers a complaint an internal issue and will not include the complainant in the conversation. The value system that they reward is not that of competence and industriousness--but something more along the lines of current events in Portland Metro. Went in to get an iPad. For which they don't have in stock, went thru the whole transaction and then was told we would have to take care of the shipping fee. WHY?! I was told that T-Mobile is providing us with a service by supplying the iPad plus service. I don't understand what is the difference for if I was to wait for the iPad itself to be in stock. I'm not in no rush. I will not go back to this store since they wouldn't honor or waive the shipping the fee. I am pretty upset that I will actually cancel the order transaction just to wait and go to a different store where the associate themselves will get the credit. read more

Our family has been a customer for 14 years. When I decided to upgrade from a galaxy s2 to an Iphone 5 s, the staff were extreamly friendly and helpful. They said they would take off the tax for me and that I would get money back for what the galaxy was worth. I later found out that they FAILED to do both things, and when we called the manager was VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. We called the T Mobile customer care and they agreed that THE STORE WAS VERY WRONG. They wouldn't even let us take the phone back since we didn't get any money for it ( THAT THEY PROMISED). read more

I was offered a promotion - SIM card reimbursement - for 2 lines when I switched from Verizon to T-mobile. Multiple calls to T-mobile customer care were unsuccessful in crediting my account - they said the store had to initiate this. I had to leave T-mobile because of abominable coverage on major US interstates between VA-TX (verified by the agent on the phone "oh right, there is no coverage in these areas". nice). Multiple calls to the store to speak with the rep who handled my account were not returned. When I finally did get her on the phone she said she had never received any of the messages that I had called regarding this manner. Right hand.....left hand......As it turns out, I needed to maintain my service for a promotional period before I could get the refund. That would have been nice to know and easy to maintain if T-mobile had ANY reliable coverage. Which they do not. read more
