Another great experience. I needed to return an accessory (unopened) and it was absolutely painless. Took only 3-5 minutes. Very smooth transaction. The next day I received a follow up text about my original order, which I thought was nice. The follow up text let me know to expect my devices later that day, but they didn't arrive; and they still haven't. The only complaint I have is that Verizon uses FedEx for some shipping. My order of 3 devices is being shipped FedEx and it is now late. The FedEx customer service line (automated) said they couldn't let me talk to a live person and hung up. The delivery date and time has changed a total of 4 times. On the other hand, the device that was shipped UPS was delivered at the exact estimated time and date. My experience in the store has been stellar both times, but I wish companies would let us choose our own delivery services. I would pay extra to ship with UPS. read more

I stoped by to switch phone for my brother and get the new phone activated. Amanda the store manager helped me through updates and activations. Go to the one near the mall , they are busy but very helpful. We wanted to see how much we would get for a trade in. A women there said because my 23 year old husbands parent were not present we couldn't get a quote. They didn't even check if he was an authorized user. We said we could call, FaceTime anything but she just said they take security very seriously. Every other store has always been helpful with how to get the access code considering his parent live far away. Turns out he is an authority user and if she would of stayed out of a conversation she wasn't apart of we would of been able to purchase the new phone there. Go to ANY other store but this one. Very poor customer service. They appeared to have multiple "managers" standing around without a single one actually making eye contact with anyone. Jeremy was the assigned associate with zero ability to interact with people. Wouldn't answer questions clearly without cutting off and talking over us. This location has no customer service what so ever. Switched to Verizon and was sold on the fact that they would pay our phones. Never let us know the time frame or stipulations for the trade in. I've been in the store 3 times now, told different things every time and still being charged by my old carrier. Jason, the manager at this location is the worst. We purchased a defective device. After spending 5+ hours with Technical Support they were not able to fix it. We tried to return the device as we no longer wanted to continue this business for Verizon. They charged us a restocking fee. A restocking fee for a defective device. Jason was absolutely no help in resolving the issue. Avoid this location at all cost. Avoid Verizon. read more

Had a great experience at Verizon on 192nd ave. My husband and I purchased protective screens for our new iPhone 11's and unfortunately we both ended up getting scratches in them. We took them into the store and the gal that helped us was fantastic! Our experience was awesome, great customer service on her part. I only wish I knew her name, maybe the manager... Very helpful customer service here. Have had some bad experiences at other stores that sell Verizon plans and they never seem to be as customer oriented as a true Verizon store. Was helping my mom get a new phone and they were able to help her understand all of the many options. read more

I have mixed feelings about this Verizon Store. I went there to upgrade my current iPhone to the iPhone 13. I was told I had an $800 loyalty upgrade credit. Sounds good on paper until you realize the catch. I would have to go on an unlimited plan, which I don't need and would lose my employee discount. I felt the salesman was very impatient with me and responded like he was irritated with me for questioning the price quotes. I wanted to compare 2 models. He only printed out 1 of them and said basically just add $4 a month for the next phone up. I wanted to see both in print. I told him the quote is much higher than what I received on the phone with customer service. He acted annoyed and said you need to look at the backside to see your phone upgrade credit. I told him the price still was much higher. He reluctantly looks up my account and said oh, you're supposed to get a $25 loyalty credit per month. Bingo! I was also shocked at the monthly rate for phone insurance. I know there are much cheaper options out there with just as good of coverage. He ended up going to "lunch" and someone else helped me. I think he didn't like all of my questions and passed me off. I finally made a decision and needed to unlock Find my Phone. I couldn't remember my password, so left and came back. Had to go back on the waiting list. The agent that ended up helping me was a little more patient, though I could tell he was pushing accessories and the Black Friday deal to add a watch and tablet. I made it clear I was only interested in the phone upgrade. I ended up buying an Anker charger and was talked out of the Apple. I plan to return it and go somewhere else to buy accessories without all the pressure. Do these employees work on commission?? They act like they're more interested in the quick sale than customer satisfaction. read more

One of the Worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered. Alexis B. was our "specialist" in Vancouver on 192nd. I thought at first this was going to be a smooth transition switching our phones over. Could it be the three inch nails getting in the way?? she typed in our PIN incorrectly so many times that my husband had to do it instead, and then she ported over my daughters phone but entered her phone number incorrectly as well, so I had to call the next day and place a help ticket to get the correct phone number ported. Oh that's not it...when we first called she said the phones we were switching to were in store, so we came on down within the hour, and suddenly they were not. We were leaving out of town that day to see our son in a different state, so she asked if we could have our phones shipped to a Verizon store at our destination, she confirmed we could. When we arrived in MT we received an email from our store in Vancouver saying our phones are ready to be picked up?!? WHAT?!? I called and asked to speak to a manager, and every time I call, everyone is so unprofessional, even when you give them an order number it's like it's the first time they've ever heard of you, there are no notes anywhere of what someone helped you with or what was done. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Don't go here! read more

Every time I visit this location, they speak down to me and rush me to get out. Came to look at cases and they came to check on me like I was such a bother to look at accessories; without even needing their help. They only give excuses and don't even seek to help the guest in the way that is needed or desired. I have been a general manager in the service industry for 5 years, so I get it, however my 18 year old employees have 10x better guest service than these each of these adults. It's highly disappointing and if I could I would switch retailers for my phone service I would. read more

Really rude and bad customer service. Supposedly Jeff is a manager and doesn't know the return policies of the company he works for. I would give this store a 0 - I purchased one day and then needed to return, here is how that went: I stepped out of my car with the bag and I immediately saw the look on the employees face go from smiling to not. I was greeted with oh do you have a return, no hello no nothing I said I have a few items and as we were walking back she asked me again rudely what they were, I asked if it mattered . I then think I said a charger I got that almost out when she starts talking restock fees, we finally make it to the desk when she saw the watch box that was not opened and started saying the restock fees. I was mad I said all is great when we purchase but its another thing when we return, I asked to have someone else help me, as she was walking away she gets in front of me and I an looking down trying to find my email receipt and says its against the law to take pictures and we can call the police, I said I need someone else to help me. I went to this new corporate store. Very disappointed I was brand new customer to Verizon and did my purchase over the phone with Verizons customer service. Once I received my new phones I had 3 new phones when I should of only had 2. I didn't get the promotion either. I spent 3 hours back on the phone with customer service. Finally they directed me to a corporate store. Unfortunately it's was this new store off of 192nd. I went into the store and no other customers were in there. I spoke to one of the lady sales associates and explain what had happened. She asked me to wait while she talked to her manager. About 3 minutes later she came out and said she can't do anything. If I started with their 800 number I must deal directly with them. I asked why would they direct me to a corporate store then. She said to call and ask them. I asked to speak to her manager she said he was not available and he is on a conference call. I left my contact information for him to call me. After 3 days no response. I needed to get this fixed so I went to the location by the mall. After speaking to one of their sales associates I could tell I found someone that cared about their company. They called and about after 1 hour it was all fixed. Very disappointed in the lack of care and follow up from their corporate store. Just remember you have a lot of options when buying accessories or new phones or tablets. Go to a store that provides good service. I will never go back to the 192nd corporate store. I believe if verizon new the lack of care this store has for its customers something would change. read more
