    As long as assistant manager, Sammy, is not there, this is our normal T-Mobile store…read more However... Even WITH Customer Service on the phone, Sammi refused to honor the reimbursement we were owed. We will NEVER step foot in this location while she is present. Which sucks for them, and us, since we have always gotten our phones from that location. She was rude, snarky, and refused to honor a prearranged agreement made with T-Mobile. Steer clear of Sammy... Otherwise, it is a wonderful location. It is a shame one team member has to ruin a customers experience. We will be going elsewhere from now on.

    Absolutely appalled by the experience we experienced just now…read more There was a very kind lady working up front I wish I got her name. I am not an authorized user but I arrived early in hopes to get things in the process so when they arrived we could just finish up and be out on our way. What should have taken maybe 15min took well over an hour because the other men working Adam and Chris sat in the back not helping the poor lady upfront who had multiple customers waiting on help. All I needed to do was upgrade my phone and purchase a new one. The girl helped me as much as she could while serving every other customer at the same time. She was so kind. An hour after my authorized user arrived we finally got help only to have issues because she did not have her id on hand. If someone had come out sooner and talked to us we could have known this sooner and had already been back before the men... Adam and Chris arrived. As soon as I told them to cancel my order and that we would be going to another location somehow miraculously they could give me the phone that I already purchased without scanning an id. Im honestly so confused. And there was absolutely no customer service given to any of the other customers by these men. The girl working there should get a promotion and these men need demoted and some more training in customer service. I have never experienced such bad customer service. With no apology.

    I had my phone repaired at this uBreakiFix location under the manufacturer warranty in September…read more2024. Within a few months, the screen developed a bleed issue with a black dot showing. I brought it back for service under the store one-year repaired product warranty. From the start, the employee was dismissive and refused to honor the warranty, claiming the phone had physical damage and looked like it had been dropped. However, the bezel, display, and back were in pristine condition--no cracks, dents, or scratches whatsoever. No signs of dropping or damage. I asked him to point out the alleged damage, but he refused and just kept repeating that it was "damaged" and would not be repaired under warranty. I then spoke with the manager, who admitted there was in fact no physical damage, but still refused service claiming that screen bleed itself is considered physical damage. When I asked how they could determine the cause without running diagnostics, he simply informed me thats their policy. I requested to see where in the warranty terms it said that screen bleed is excluded, and he admitted he hadn't seen the terms in a long time and that I'd have to go online to find them myself. I took my phone to another nearby uBreakiFix location, where they fixed it immediately--no questions asked. This store's inconsistent warranty policies, lack of transparency, and unwillingness to stand behind their own repairs make it a place I would not trust again. While they did fine with the initial manufacturer warranty repair, it seemed they'd say anything to get out a store warranty repair. I can not recommend this location because they don't seem to care about customer support or honoring their commitments.
