Potential theft? Now this review should be taken with a grain of salt since we can't provide any thing. My husband and I used this store to switch our phone plans. The person who helped us was nice and I have no complaints. However my husband upgraded his phone and turned in his old phone. Due to how long the data transfer from the old phone to the new phone took my husband forget to factory reset his phone before turning it in. Not much time later someone attempted to use his banking app to transfer/steal $9,000 from us. Thankfully we where able to put a stop to it. Now with the timing and a few other details, that I'll keep private, it's hard not to think that someone at this store either miss handled the phone (and who ever got the phone tried to take our money) or one of the workers purposely tried to rob us. Can I say for sure it was this store? No. But since Verizon (the company not this store) hasn't gotten back to us in over a month I thought it prudent to put this review up as a warning just in case. We were in here once and a nice young man told us all about how he could do all these wonderful things for us to save us money if we got The Wife, myself and the Mother in Law in on one plan. A few days later we were able to go together and get this done. When we walked in the young man was not there, a young lady was and she said she couldn't do anything for us that we needed. We were confused, and frankly a little mad. After some questions we found out this location is not a corporate store, it is a independent retailer. So if you're looking to start new service, trade in phones, by accessories for your phone this is your store, and they have a lot of neat stuff. What we needed, which was combining accounts and adding people, that we learned was better suited to a corporate owned store. When it comes to time for my new Droid Turbo, I will definitely be coming back here. read more

Boy was I disappointed to walk into the store. I hadn't walked in here for a few years and I remember it used to be full of energy and an exciting place to go to. The two sales people were really low energy and unprofessional. I tried to get one of them to tell me more about the iPhone 8 and x. She said about two words and then just stood there and stared at me. Horrible sales person! I felt like I was pulling teeth to get her to answer questions. Musaa was incredible! Haven't had a lot of great experiences with Verizon but this one put the other good ones (if any) to complete shame! I just needed to transfer my iCloud to my new phone and couldn't do it at home for the life of me! Enter Musaa who PROfessionally and with incredible kindness helped us out! My aunt actually ended up getting a new phone basically because of the service we received! Pleasant sales personnel but keep in mind that they are hourly PLUS COMMISSION. Did not know that they aren't actually a Verizon store anymore as their front sign says. They service and offer Verizon but are operating under another name. We were there to replace a damaged phone. What we were told: We could not buy a phone outright. Must finance. No choice. Had to ask for repetition of explanation for incentives as, we suspect, it is supposed to be confusing? Pushed protection plan. (Commission opportunity?) Mostly talked in monthly payments, little about full amounts. No prices displayed on accessories. Very expensive accessories once you get to the purchase process. (Commission opportunity?) Told we'd get 55 dollars off if we bought 5 accessories. No evidence anywhere that this happened though we bought 5. (Commission opportunity because we didn't buy the protection plan?) Pleasant personnel but be prepared to spend way more than you thought you did/should. Second experience with this type of store. First was a corporate store nearby that overcharged me $100.00. Did not realize it, "I will put your receipt in your bag for you." until I got home. Two strikes and you're out, Verizon/Victra stores, especially for buying a phone and/or accessories. read more

I went to Cascade Station Verizon in Portland, OR to start a new wireless plan for my family and transfer three lines from At&t. We were there for almost four hours and walked out with new phones that we not set up and running. The next day I went to this Verizon Store and had Joy help me figure out the mess that the other place had made. Joy had the patience to clean up the mess that wasn't created by their store, so I could use the phones and service thru Verizon. She helped me and made sure everything was in working order. On 1/20/17 I walked into the Verizon store and was greeted kindly by all three representatives working (all with customers). As soon as one was available (Mathew) he came to help. I was there to transfer my service over from AT&T (long time customer but felt the quality of service was going down the last couple of years). Easy transition for swapping phones and helped me set up the basicS for my wife's phone since she wasn't present. If me or any one of my family members has to come into Verizon, this is the location we go to because the customer service is always excellent. I've never had a bad experience at this store. Joy, Zack and Heather were all super helpful in getting me a new phone upgrade and spent a lot of time making sure all my data was transferred properly even when other customers were waiting to be helped. My wife and I went in yesterday to shop for a new iPhone. Lucas was very helpful and attentive. It is my wife's 1st I phone but since she has been using an iPad for some time the transition from an old android was pretty simple. Yet Lucas took the time and very patiently explained the the features of the phone and the new payment options, transferred all of her contacts, pictures, etc. and got her new phone into her iCloud account. That took some time and I can see how others could perceive poor customer service if the staff is busy when they come in. For us though it was a great experience. read more

Best experience ever in a Verizon store! This staff from the Store Manager Kyra to the new hire Joy were the reason why my experience was amazing. I was in to upgrade my phone and hadn't backed up my phone in almost 2 years (which is not recommended). This caused the time that it required to complete my sale longer than it needed to be. This also caused the employees to stay past store closing to finish my transaction. Never once did they seem agitated by this and went above and beyond to make sure to extend superior customer services. I attribute this to the Store Manager who clearly sets this vibe in the store. Kyra thank you to you and your staff for this wonderful experience. I hope that your company recognizes you for you high quality of service. On May 28, 2016 my wife and I purchased 2 Samsung Galaxy S7 phones ($671.99) at the GoWireless store in Vancouver, WA. These phones were purchased because of a special 2 for 1 offer promoted by the representative at GoWireless. He said that in 2 months we would receive a gift card in the mail for one of the phones. Since we did not receive the gift card, we paid a visit to the store today, 7/17/2016 and inquired. We were then given a brochure for the promotion which required we go on line and apply for the refund. He printed out the promotional brochure that give us the web site and promotional code; we went home and promptly logged in and put in the necessary data. We received an error message that indicated that the promo code was incorrect. I called the phone number listed on the sales order, 877-867-1242, and we were told the promotion had been over for a number of months and that Verizon nor Samsung would honor the promotion. The individual I was speaking with said it with such strong conviction--that it would not be honored by either Verizon or Samsung--that it left me with the feeling this was not the first time she had received a call on this promotion. After that call, I reviewed the brochure that was printed for us and in the very small print it said that the 2 for one offer was only "valid through 3.31.2016" which had ended two months BEFORE we made our purchase on 5/28/2016. My wife and I feel that we were victimized by these unethical business practices and were taken advange of because of our age. Hopefully our experience will be a deterent so others do not fall prey to this scam. read more

On Black Friday sale this store had a galaxy 8 on sale half off of $800 a 400 savings. We offered to buy the phone cash there on the spot, we were told we had to make payments over a 2 year period( so they could keep our business) We were trying to get our bill lower and were told there was cheaper option, so we got phone. First bill came and it was more. went to another store we were by and they said they would fix bill issue and change phone price as it still said $800 but we had to change to unlimited plan, which no one had said before. Next bill came still says 800 on phone and price still above what we discussed. wife calls customer service, man says all fixed. we stop at 192nd store again and discuss the issues again, again get told by a guy there issues are resolved and phone price is changed to 400 and cheaper unlimited Service IT DIDN"T change anything. wife got online and customer service says the ad and what the people, ALL OF THEM have told us is not accurate and their people can tell us anything if not on contract it does not matter......THEY CAN LIE to get your business, we were already customers trying to get a new phone and add our military Daughter to the plan. They explained to all 3 of us 400 for phone and plan will save you money. WHY LIE to keep a customer ? Verizon we have been with you for 8 years but were going shopping now. By the way my work phone is part of an international business and I will give them my review of your company for their consideration. The sale happened in November and we have been trying to work with Verizon ever since and they kept lying till today when they just said no discount on the phone they did not tell you accurate imfo at store so you don't get the discount....even though you did everything they asked..... read more

What a complete and total turnaround this place has had. The last time I was here there was little enthusiasm and the customer service was not great. There was just not much to rave about. Nowadays the place is under new management and the staff is awesome. If you go there ask for Dave, he is a super employee and was ultra helpful with getting me to know my new windows phone(which I love by the way). He should have his own store. read more
