He researched it for a few minutes and said he found the best deal he could give me with the plan I have. There was some trama with corporate rules that I cannot get on line for 2 months as the required code is sent to the secondary phone on the plan instead of my new phone. Kudos to Mark. He found a way to put the verizon app on my new phone which gives me the ability to find my itemized bills and other information. The store experience was the best I have had with Verizon and lasted about a hour total.

Then we went to store number two and had a fabulous experience with Christian Prell. Nicest guy in the world! He didn't make fun of my sweet iPhone 6 like my kids do nor did he make me feel stupid when orienting me to the new model. I can be a challenge! Lol, what a nice experience. He also gives you his cell phone number for any questions that you might have. He's really sincere about this as he got a call and helped a customer by FaceTime when we were there. Today I chatted with xfinity as I have no cell service and was informed that they did release my number and the issue was with verizon. So I checked for a sim card and there was none. The man who waited on me at Verizon was clearly new as he needed to repeatedly consult with his boss when trying to switch my phone from xfinity. T-Mobile is now changing there terms and conditions so you can't file a class action lawsuit with them they are now going to be able to sweep crimes and accusations under the rug without you knowing. By signing you u for a free phone then making you pay for it makes it look like more people on signing onto T-Mobile artificially driving up there market value. T mobile also refuse to print contracts or terms and conditions when you sign up. You have to agree and sign everything on there website. The same website the have access to change whenever they please. That means they can change your plan,terms, and contract all without your knowledge or permission
