I'm extremely mad. I pre-ordered the iPhone 13. I should have it. Diego didn't tell me it wouldn't ship until it was available in the store. I would of just gotten the iPhone 13 in the store. It was supposed to be shipped to me. Diego promised the shipment would require a signature. When they finally gave it to UPS a week later, there was No signature for the delivery. T-Mobile put a restriction on my $800 package, refusing to let me have it held at UPS office. T-Mobile refused to remove this restriction. My only option was to have the phone returned to T-Mobile. T-mobile said it's going to take 10-15 days for the warehouse to process the return & remove the purchase agreement. If Diego hadn't lied about the signature confirmation, I would of bought the phone in store. If he would of told me that it wasn't shipping until the phones were available in store, I would of gotten it in store. Everything gets stolen here. I live in an apartment. Diego didn't even put my apartment #. UPS would of left my $800 phone on the floor outside my building & $800 would of been stolen. Also UPS didn't know if it had insurance. Also Diego made me sign the purchase agreement & did not let me read it. I'm suppose to have $400 off, $13 a month. He had me sign something saying I was paying $30 a month. The store is saying that, that will change once they receive my trade in. But they couldn't give me anything in writing. If I had seen the purchase agreement at $30 a month, I would of waited for the phones to come in store. The 3rd lie. First was there's a signature, 2nd that it wasn't shipping until the stores got it. I'm glad i finally got the purchase agreement canceled after 11 calls to customer service, them trying to figure it out for over an hour.
