The experience at this location left a lot to be desired. T-mobile customer care misquoted how much my monthly fee would be as they did not realize that my discounts are not stackable. Was directed to return newly shipped phones to the store. Dealt with Abraham, the store manager, who informed me that I would be liable for $70/line (total 7 lines) restocking fee even though the phones were never opened and in their original packaging. I asked him to call customer care to help resolve the issue. His response "If you're asking me waive the restocking fee, I could lose my job. Would that make you feel better?" Needless to say, I won't be a t-mobile customer in the foreseeable future. read more

I tried calling this location multiple times and they never answer their phone! So I went to go and ask if they had my screensaver in stock since they won't answer the phone and said they didn't and that they'd call me and they never called me back, ended up going to a different location. read more

THIS IS AN AUTHORIZED DEALER, NOT AN ACTUAL TMOBILE FRANCHISE. I Bought a defrctive phone with a 600$ dowb payment a MONTH ago (PICTURES ATTACHED) . All I wanted to do was exchange it. I went through 3 different locations to get this done. The gentleman Willy, sent me to one of those stores. Springfield on 22 was meant to have my phone ready but instead looked at me like I have three heads (Willy did not call them), and told me that because this location is an AUTHORIZED DEALER AND NOT AN ACTUAL TMOBILE LOCATION, I'm seesentially SOL and to have a great say. I'm not someone that gets a new phone often usually only when mine breaks but I decided after having the iPhone 7plus for years I wanted to upgrade to the 11. I called the day before and spoke to Daniel to ask if I needed to make an appointment, he explained that I could but they weren't very busy. When I went in to the store today I was greeted immediately. Everyone had masks on and I felt totally safe. The facility was clean also. Lorenzo and Daniel both help me set up my new device, they were so sweet and helpful since I needed a little help learning my way around the new phone. They were patient and got me in and out as fast as possible.. I just feel the need to compliment these gentlemen because customer service is a tough job, and people aren't always as friendly as Lorenzo and Daniel they made me feel welcomed and appreciated the entire time I was there! Especially during this pandemic a little kindness goes a long way and I'm thankful they put some positivity into my day! read more

The TMobile rep YAYA that helped with both me and my mom's account went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure my mom and sister not only got the best but also the most affordable plan. I went into this store to migrate my account from Sprint to T-Mobile due to their merger. Zo was the person who helped me to upgrade phones and set up my new account. He was AWESOME! I have had nothing but problems with my device which sticks onto TMobile as a company not the store. So I'm iffy with how the corporate works but I've been complaining about the same thing for 2 months on the revll2 I got a new one in they tried to charge me for and I'm still having problems. So they need to work on their tech problems immediately.. as for the store I've had my best experiences with ibraham. But the whole team is great. They are always there to help me and you can tell they work hard in this store. Great people. ! read more

Worst experience with a business I've ever had. I went in to switch providers and upgrade my phones. They were able to provide me with their service but the sales person said they here having an issue ordering the new iPhone due to high demand. They said my down payment on the phone was going to be $100. I went back in two days later to have my new phones ordered and they suddenly said my new down payment to order the phones was $950! The sales person's defense was it was a "simple mistake" and nothing could be done about it. They new I was leaving my provider due to an issue with a down payment (which was less than theirs) and told me what I wanted to hear just to get my business. I would have just stayed with my previous provider and paid less money. This was the most dishonest, crooked businesses I've ever dealt with. read more
