My mother is a very nice dainty af woman and she was very calm and she had some questions because she was confused, there was another Asian lady there as well and she was being very sweet and she had questions because she was confused. They were both met with customer service that felt like we didn't matter and their questions were too stupid to be asked. In today's society with the fkd up administration that we have the last thing that we need is someone in customer service who can't suck it up and do their job and just be kind and answer these old freaking women's questions without making them feel like they shouldn't be asking them in the first place because they should just know these things. I get it, old people are annoying with technology but you don't have to be an ahole about it especially when that's your job. Everyone is going through shit. There was a man who looked like he came from work and skipped his lunch for this problem. It was just awful customer service. Train your workers better, everyone is going through shit yet we still find ways to be kind. Not to mention the worker tried to talk down to me saying that if I go home I'll have Wi-Fi. I just came from my house that did not have Wi-Fi. Also Verizon you do suck in general, don't think people can't put two and two together on why the service is down for some people.

The customer service is always great. I always see the same employee (though I don't know his name), and he's always very helpful and friendly. The store is almost always empty, so you get immediate service. It's located in a small shopping complex, right next to Subway, with plenty of parking in the back. When I got my phone back, I immediately noticed that the display looked completely different. The screen has a blue tint and doesn't display true blacks, which was especially noticeable since I use Dark Mode. I compared it side-by-side with another iPhone, and the difference was obvious. In addition, there's now a noticeable black border around the edge of the screen, even though the original display is edge-to-edge. On top of that, my phone no longer holds a charge, even though it was purchased new a few months prior. At no point before the repair was I told that they would be installing a lower-quality generic screen. Only after we returned to explain the issues were we told that a higher-quality screen was available as an option, but since we had paid for the generic replacement, there was nothing they could do. For $165, I was left with a phone that looks worse, performs worse, and wasn't restored to its original quality. If you're going to advertise that you can "fix" a phone, customers should be told upfront if the replacement parts will significantly change the appearance and performance of their device.
