I feel as if the low ratings are people being surprised they need additional things done to their tech before it can even be serviced. The employee I was working with did his best and could only do so much. I have a bigger gripe with my insurance not informing me of the protocols before I went to the store. 1 piece of advice: Maybe get a second landline to help better fulfill claims-My phone couldn't make calls-They couldn't make calls.
