As a longtime Tmobile customer of 24 yrs, this was my 2nd visit here because I was desperate to resolve a few issues. Each time Luke was useless each time & I was the only customer in the store. I wouldn't even give this place a star. The customer service representatives were horrible. They offered us a "promotion" for free iPads, watch, charging blocks, screen protectors and phone cases. We were super hesitant to agree but the guys working that day repeatedly said everything was free. He lied because we were charged in the store that day along with a bill twice as big as what it was before because we are now being charged for these things every month. We cannot return them now because it has been over 14 days which is ridiculous because we were not aware that they were on our bill until a month later. I would rate a negative number if I could. I went in to purchase 5 new phones. The "manager", Dan, kept adding things saying they would all be free and my bill would be $250/month. He added a tablet, Hotspot, screen protectors, cases, charging blocks and additional lines. My bill was over $420. He said I TOLD you to wait until the second bill and it would be $250. It is again over $420 and now too late to return within the 14 days. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY ADVISE AGAINST GOING INTO THIS STORE. Edit: I complained to the corporate people and they had him take the stuff back. I had not used ANY of it, but surprise, surprise, my google information had been installed in the tablet ---- probably done in the store as a way to charge a restock fee!!! I purchased phones and plan from t mobile. when I got home we had no service. They told me I needed a signal booster and said they would send one at zero cost to me. Years later I switched to a Less expensive plan with another carrier. About a month later I noticed my bank acct had a $117 debit from T-Mobile. They charged me for the device because it hadn't been returned. So I returned it to the Woodbury store with the promise that I would see the money in my account shortly. Ok no problem. It's been almost 6 months and I have been talking with three of the people in the store for the past two months in reference to my refund. All I get is I'll look into it and call you back later or tomorrow or I'll have corporate give you a call. Guess what after 15 calls over the past few months I have NEVER gotten a callback from anyone. Nobody and I have spoken to three different people multiple times each. Maybe this will make somebody in charge take notice and do something about this absolutely terrible customer service.
