This was my first time visiting this nail shop, and will be my last time. I my nails came out decent, however it took the nail tech from 2:40pm to 4:00 just to do a full set with SNS. Although the color I received is not horrible, it was not the color I picked out on the little nail color wheel. The next day I went back to explain that I was not pleased with my nail color, the lady and the nail tech told me because I said I was ok with the color that they couldn't do anything. The lady then proceeded to tell me that the nail polish on the nail color wheels are old and have faded over time, so the color is not accurate which i feel like if you knew that as a nail tech and person of business, you would update your products to ensure you give your consumer what they expect. No stars for me . I have always come here to support this business . Many of the nail techs suck and can't do nails . I found a nail tech that I actually like . Her name Lila. She has done pretty good on my nails so far no problem. So the manager (short lady ) decides to tell me when I walk in that Lila doesn't want to do my nails . I'm like ok ... Lila then says " I give her a hard time when doing nails " lol .I'm like when ? I actually like the way she does nails . So basically the manager went and told her to say that she's busy and she can't do my nails and I give her a hard time. They lied because I have had an issue or two in the past with nail techs that a crap! Now many of the other techs have messed up my nails and they know they have a few that can actually do nails really well. If I don't like something fix it because I'm paying for a service . I definitely do not recommend this salon. I have been getting my nails done for years so know what to expect from a salon whether busy or empty. My best friend and I would go here faithfully. We both worked 2nd shift and would go only in the mornings usually at opening, for some reason they always had an issue sitting us together and would literally say if its available. First of all its opening its just us here, second you accommodate what we asked for wasn't unreasonable or unnecessary. We are here to spend our money and relax, our only conversation is usually to consult each other on the nail color and where we were eating when we left. So no we weren't loud, so I have no idea why they gave us such a hard time about sitting together. Another issue I have here is that they run the place like a factory. They move so fast and only care about getting you out the chair. I had coffin nails and decided that I wanted them removed because I wanted long square nails. The set I had hadn't been on two weeks so I asked that they be soaked off. They were still so tight and fresh, but no they decided that clipping and scrapping them off with a credit card would be better so that is what they did. My nails where thin, brittle, and bleeding and all they could offer to me was an apology. The quickest pedicure of my life. I think I sat in the chair for no more than 10 minutes. They hardly scrubbed my feet and seemed annoyed I was even there to be services. My biggest concern was the cleanliness of the place. The pedicure chairs are covered in spots, nail polish, dirt and who knows what else. Before they placed the liner in the pedicure bowl i saw what looked like pink mold growing in the corners. This place is a dirty nail factory who's main focus is your money and the quickest turn over to make way for more money. Also, the owners of this place own 5 properties in my neighborhood but I have never met a single one of them nor are they ever involved in any neighborhood activities or events. The reason why I chose to visit them was because of this reason, to be neighborly. The place is organized everyone does good work and the quality is great. I got a regular mani and my nails smelled so pretty for days after, I think they used a scented top coat. It's 2019 and my services with T-Nails remain top notch! I have appreciated all of the upgrades to the salon over the years. Ms. Helen (owner), Chi Chi and Cindy are still providing excellent care to my family and I. Ms. Helen is ever patient and accommodating with my finger nail color requests, always quick to show me an example, which greatly assists me in making decisions as I am a visual learner! Also, for an incredibly thorough pedicure, please book Cindy! She is the Truth (for ladies AND gents). They have recently increased their services including providing mink lashes as well as customized pedicure-in-a-box packages among other things. Chi Chi is also amazing for brows and fantastic pedicures (she is excellent for toe nail designs). I would recommend calling in advance to understand any wait times they are experiencing, and to make an appointment on appropriate days. As a note, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday are walk-in only. I would recommend coming when they open the doors on Saturday morning for your best and shortest wait time. Otherwise, try and choose a week-day if possible. I visited the establishment twice the first time was decent ivy did a decent job but didn't give me what I asked for and added on additional charges that were bot discussed. The second time I went Cindy did my nails (if you see her run!) she ruined my shape and also gave me something I didn't ask for and up charged me for it and was very confrontational when I told her that it wasn't what I wanted. She also raised her voice at me when confronted about her wrong doings. The guy at the front desk is just as bad, the only thing either of them did was offer to charge me MORE to redo an already crappy nail job by the same woman. This place is like factory run. They are in such a hurry to get people in and out of the chairs that they don't care that their nail techs are doing a so-so job. I went in to get a pedicure today. Sat down, waited a minute for the nail tech to actually come to my chair. Then, she's right down to business. And when i say that, i mean she was done with a "deluxe" pedicure in 20 minutes. Paid for a sugar scrub and didn't get it. She remembered that she hadn't put callous remover on my feet only after she'd already done one of them. She didn't use clear polish on my toes before applying the color, and she left my toe nails shaped funny. She was in such a hurry that I ended up having to redo the polish when I got home with a totally different color. Will not be going there again. I though "eh, why not?" and agreed to get the sns nails. The guy who did my nails said he just started the day before. I laughed cause I thought maybe he was joking. Now, I believe he might've been dead serious. I had to ASK him to cut my nails to even lengths. He would've let me walk out with uneven nails if I didn't. If I could give -8 stars I would. They got me in quickly however, when I called to ask how much for a gel mani they said $20 and I asked twice, just to clarify. When I got there, they didn't have any colors I really wanted and tried some on me which I appreciated. The lady asked if I wanted a full manicure, I said yes that's what I called about earlier for $20 but she didn't specify that it was $6 more until I got the bill. Less than 15 mins later, one nail chipped, half of my polish came off two days later and three more nails have chipped. Mind you, I got GEL nails that are supposed to last at least 2 weeks. My bf's coworker is a nail tech in a salon so I decided to try her out. She did a really amazing job but unfortunately she doesn't do feet. So I asked her who she went to. She recommended this place. I have had Mai and she did a great job with a pedicure and acrylic full set for toes. She didn't use tips and instead hand sculpted them which is great because it lasted much longer than other sets. Plus my toe nails concave slightly so tips usually give techs a run for their time! She was really kind and made sure I got what I wanted. As far as the salon in general I'm going to be honest. It isn't super clean but it's also not the dirtiest. Its tolerable. The man who answers the phone is a little short but not rude. They have a lot of seating which is especially great for social distancing. They use walking talkies to communicate since there is a lot of chairs and the system seems to work. The massage chair are somewhat worn but they still work. I wish they had heated massage chairs though. The only reason I don't give this place 5 stars is 1: it could be a little cleaner and maybe a change of wallpaper to freshen it up. 2: it could offer some more deluxe services like a deluxe pedicure (maybe include foot salts or in-bath moisturizer). I am writing this review with great disappointment pertaining to T-Nails located at 2021 Mount Zion Rd., Morrow, GA. In their desire to rectify the issue of individual lashes that were poorly applied and that should have lasted at least 1-2 weeks, instead this was their resolution. I treated my mother in getting a full nail set and individual lashes at this establishment for an event she was attending out-of-town for 5 days. The day after the application, one of the lashes completely fell off (again: these were individual lashes). Upon her return, I stopped by T-Nails to see if they would at least offer to redo her lashes at no charge, but to my dismay, they were only willing to give her a discount of $5.00 to redo them (the cost for them was $23.00). She frequently gets individual lashes but this was her first time at this establishment. I, too, am a business owner and this was not the response I had expected. They did a very nice job on her nails, so nice that I even tipped them $10.00 when checking out for services rendered. Perhaps someone should educate them on the appropriate response when dealing with a dissatisfied client particularly when it is obvious that something went wrong during the application process. I had Kayla for my feet and she seemed a little inexperienced. I had Helen for my SNS by recommendation. She seemed to be in a bad mood and the service was very basic. After she put the oil on my cuticles and asked me to go wash my hands, just as I've experienced many places, I returned and she had me put on my shoes and said we were done. When I inquired about lotion or oil after washing she said a hand massage didn't come with sns which seemed weird. That's like getting additional services on pedis and them not putting lotion on your legs bc you did.
