Chose for me and my wife to go get are feet done here, was going to do a manicure also but decided not to after realizing very quickly me made a mistake coming here. The young man that did my feet was polite but very inexperienced and did not do a good job, when removing dead skin off feet he did not get any off. They started my feet and it was like 15 minutes in before starting my wife. He cut my little toe and big toe and did not even push my cuticle down except for just gliding the tool over my toe. They have 3 levels of pedicure and we did the 50$ one that was suppose to come with hot stone and we added hot wax which neither of us got. My wife did not get the hot stone and the guy rushed to catch up for the time he started late. His was going so fast his hand cramped up!! Not relaxing at all, did not offer us anything to drink! Very disappointing and will not go back.

Went to get my nails done on a bachelorette trip for a wedding... got my toes done and they filed my skin so hard that I was bleeding and in pain the entire trip. The guy doing my feet saw I was bleeding and kept wiping the blood away like it was nothing. On my hands they never prepped them for the gel polish so it literally peeled off less than 24 hours later. Gel always lasts me like 2-3 weeks not less than 24 hours so I knew something was wrong. Wasted 120 dollars and 1 hour at least of my time. I called them saying my gel nails didn't last asking for a refund since it was a mistake on their end and they said they don't do refunds. I now have to get my nails redone for a wedding that's very and my toes have scabs all around the nails, they were nice but I severely disappointed read more

There are only about five local nail salons... all are in the area, but none like this. I chose this location based off reviews to get myself and my wedding party ready for the big wedding day, and I couldn't be any happier! Do not let the outside deceive you; it's huge inside! Pedi's are done in the front, while mani's are done in the back. FREE WINE or MOONSHINE!!! It's located by the dollar tree in a large parking lot, so parking isn't an issue. Cleanliness and detail were all greatly notated; prices are average, but quality is great! I had French gel nails done (they lasted for two weeks), and the perfection from the technician was definitely shining on my big day- I had so many compliments:-) read more

Absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! I rushed in there with a major manicure emergency because I'm getting married tomorrow and my nail place completely messed up. Everyone was so kind and made my nails PERFECTLY and exactly what I wanted. I wish I would of had more time to get a pedicure because their pedicure room was stunning! I will absolutely return! I came here on vacation to get some waxing on my face done. The woman who did the waxing was unprofessional, rude and didn't use gloves. She touched my face with her bare hands, was extremely rough and when I told her it hurt, she giggled! I was horrified and upset. When she waxed my upper lip, she squeezed my nose shut without telling me ahead of time and then noticed my surprise and giggled again! I was becoming angry! She wanted to wax my whole face and said so but I declined! At the end she handed me a small mirror and it was so filthy I couldn't see my eyebrows! This woman was sadistic! read more

What a wonderful experience! We came to Pigeon Forge for a family vacation. My mom, sister in law, her mom, and niece came in for manicures, pedicures, etc. I had the luxury spa pedicure and it was amazing!!!! I would highly recommend it! I left feeling so refreshed! The ladies got manicures and acrylics and were so happy! The salon was clean and staff was super friendly too! We would definitely go back. read more

0 stars if possible. I went in with a beautiful new set in which I had just gotten I just needed a fill in. The man then asked where I got them doing while starting my fill and when the answer wasn't this location he said we should do a new set. I declined and he said okay we'll fill them in. Then he said a couple minutes later he wanted to do a new set and I declined again he said okay we will fill in. Then he complained about 20 more times we should do a new set the set I had was not healthy. I then was so annoyed and the unprofessionalism I said to take them off. Then he tried to clip them off lol. I stopped him. This is insanely bad for my nails I said to him. The fact that he was complaining about my old set not being healthy then wanted to clip them off which ruins nails btw. I don't live here but my god I've never been to a worse salon and will never go back. read more

I just moved here and started looking for a new place to get my nails done. I won't be back. The table I sat at had so much nail dust on it - there must have been 3-4 gel sets worth. When the guy finished grinding off my gel, he used an Emory board to squeegee the nail dust out of the way and the pile was huge! He didn't put down a towel or anything under my hands, just kept going. Also, none of the Dremel tips were sanitized and the Emory board he used was almost worn out it was so old. He also kept nicking my skin as he smoothed the nails with the grinder bits. It hurt but he kept telling me it was no big deal. The nails (acrylic with gel) turned out okay but already look rough on day 4. Keep looking for somewhere else to go. read more

First visit was good Nice lady did my pedicure and the polish lasted a long time This last visit (and I do mean my last visit to this place) was bad.The only reason I'm not giving it 1 star is the gentleman that did the majority of pedicure took his time and did a decent job. Then another man came made him stop and sent him to another customer who had just walked in.This new man starts filing etc ...hurt me several times/places (slight bleeding) and does a half-ass job of polishing my toenails...Which it's hard to see in the back area because it's kinda dark ... my fault for not looking once I got out front in the light LESSON LEARNED read more

After getting a rough dip nail set at another spa, one of my nails broke less than a week In. Im on vacation here and went to Cartino to get it fixed while my friend got a pedicure. They got us in right away and fixed my nail as well as freshened up the other nails. The price was reasonable and they were so kind and welcoming. Stopped here because I thought the reviews on it looked good while we were on our trip. Went in with my mother because we were both in need of a acrylic fill in. The man that did my nails did not pull any of the acrylic off that was lifting and by the time I was ready for my next fillin when I got back home they filled my nail and fungus had started growing up under them. I'm now hoping and praying that I don't loose this nail and that it doesn't spread. The other problem that o had was that the nails were super thin and in the end they did break. If your keen on having fungus and broken nail's definitely stop here read more

Went here while in Gatlinburg, my daughters got their nails done and they didn't even show them any of the colors. They kept asking my daughter questions about herself, it was kind of creepy. My other daughter got SNS and they cut her finger with the nail drill. read more

Horrific and Racist Showed up on time fort my appointment. They took 30 mins to see me. At least the receptionist was sweet and gave me water. Once seated it still took 15min for my pedicurest to get seated. Once the pedicure started it was amazing. My nail artist was kind and professional. Same with the receptionist. So the manicure fell apart. I made this appointment for the Luxury Manicure + Pedicure Gel Package for $95. So move to get my manicure. I had vocalized at least 5 times I wanted colored French tips. This chick starts painting my whole nail. I stop her. Showed her a picture to understand. She leaves for 10min. Then I tell her I'm suppose to get a Luxury mani+pedi. Now it gets wild. These ladies who'd witnessed me having issues and now they were having issues. So they calmly asked why is the site and menus different then what they are charging. The salon apologizes finally, the ladies pay, and leave. This party of ladies were there on vacation, celebrating a birthday girl I talked too, and battling cancer (b.a. chick). To understand the rest of this story... I am white and the party of ladies were black. After the ladies left a guy who had worked with them at the salon said right at me "I hate working with black women. I prefer white women." Smiled at me and I could leave sooner. I was horrified. This salon is racist criminals. And need to be shut down! They charged me the wrong amount and the outside of the salon is a different name A&B Nails. read more

I came with my sister and mom to get a pedicure today. Telecia is the sweet woman who did my pedicure. I am 9 months pregnant and I can truly say she gave me the best pedicure I have ever had. From the hot stone massage to the paint of my toe nails, I would give it a 10/10 stars. I would highly recommended this place and Telecia. read more

Well went to Cantinos nail spa for a pedicure and have to say did not disappoint! Hannah did an excellent job as was very gentle and gave a great foot massage and took her time and made sure I was comfortable and my toes look awesome! I decided to book my mom a spa day for her birthday and I figured I would throw something in for myself. Seeing how I have never done anything like this before and the prices were so outstanding! I booked a manicure and pedicure, an eye brow and lip wax, and a 60 min Anti-Aging facial for my mom. For myself, I booked a 50 min back facial. Once we arrived I had a million questions about my skin. Amanda knew every single answer and more. Once I got back to the facial room there was very relaxing music playing and candles were lit. It was such a RELAXING atmosphere. I laid on the table and got a massage/back facial that after 25 minutes or so, I ended up falling asleep, because it was so RELAXING!!!! It was then my mothers turn. After 60 minutes she came out RAVING about how amazingly SMOOTH and SOFT her skin felt. My mom had always complained about how she was developing wrinkles around her eyes and on her forehead. They seemed to be diminished in just 60 minutes! My mother also got her eye and lip waxed and she said the wax she used didn't even feel like wax, and it didn't hurt at all. Needless to say, my mom and I ENJOYED our day at the spa. She enjoyed it so much that she ended up buying a package of facials, and by recommendation from Amanda, she also bought a package of chemical peels. ITS A MUST TRY!

I showed the woman at the front desk my nail and told her I just needed it to be fixed and she sat me down with a nail tech, his name was Tim. He was very gentle and did a good job at matching the original nail color since I had colored thin French tips. I showed my friend and she couldn't tell which one was cracked at all which is a testament to his work. Thanks for fixing me up, in and out in 20 minutes and I was charged $10. The scrub itself was fine, but afterward I was told to shower and that the moisturizer application normally done after the scrub would be skipped since I was scheduled for a massage next. The massage ended up being one of the worst I've ever had. The therapist smelled strongly of cigarettes and was breathing heavily throughout the entire service, which made it very difficult to relax. I was also never turned over during the massage, meaning the entire front side of my body was never worked on, so actually no moisturizer was applied to the front side of my body. During my facial I was told it would include a scalp massage, neck and shoulder massage, and hand/arm massage. Unfortunately, the arm and hand massage was never done. Considering the amount of money spent, the services felt incomplete and the overall experience was mediocre at best. To make matters worse, a 20% gratuity was automatically added, which is frustrating when the services themselves were not fully delivered. Hands down the best pedicure I ever had! Ask for Scarlett. She's amazing. When you walk into the front of the salon it looks like any other nail salon you would go to. But the pedicure section in the back is so nice! It has low lighting and soft relaxing massage music. The massage chairs are divine, and just when you think it can't get any better they bring you a crisp cold glass of wine. I seriously never wanted to leave. Scarlet was amazing at my hot stone pedicure. Brian did my nails and I was so impressed. He's so gentle and professional. It was so relaxing. I live in Nashville but come to Pigeon Forge once a month to check on a cabin that we own. I will now be waiting to get my nails and toes done when I come to Pigeon Forge once a month rather than getting them done in Nashville. Five stars! Another perk lol. The owner came outside and greeted us because the address took us to A and B nails, but he let us know that they were in fact Cartino now and simply waiting for their new sign to put up. My boyfriend and I both got the deluxe pedicures. It is truly a spa experience. They offered us free beverages and were checking in on us throughout the whole experience to make sure water and hot towels were comfortable and we were very pleased. The atmosphere in the pedicure room is calming and serene and is so incredibly relaxing. The staff was so kind and and made conversation easy. They are truly great people, professional, and have so many amazing ideas for their future. I'm from out of town, and almost didn't go inside because the location and shopping center facade looked a little run down. I'm glad that I did go in because the salon was very upscale and inviting. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had a pedicure and manicure. It was definitely the best "basic" pedicure I have ever had, and the most relaxing atmosphere. We came from out of town today and our room wasn't ready. My girls and I stopped in for 3 pedicures. The pedicure room was very relaxing. All of the staff were friendly and the prices reasonable. While here on vacation from PA I was happy to find salons actually open!! Thanks to Philip my nails look great!! For almost 3 months I've been battling my flimsy nails, now I have my acrylics back!!
