The scrub itself was fine, but afterward I was told to shower and that the moisturizer application normally done after the scrub would be skipped since I was scheduled for a massage next. The massage ended up being one of the worst I've ever had. The therapist smelled strongly of cigarettes and was breathing heavily throughout the entire service, which made it very difficult to relax. I was also never turned over during the massage, meaning the entire front side of my body was never worked on, so actually no moisturizer was applied to the front side of my body. During my facial I was told it would include a scalp massage, neck and shoulder massage, and hand/arm massage. Unfortunately, the arm and hand massage was never done. Considering the amount of money spent, the services felt incomplete and the overall experience was mediocre at best. To make matters worse, a 20% gratuity was automatically added, which is frustrating when the services themselves were not fully delivered. I really wanted this to be a highlight of our girls' weekend, but unfortunately my experience fell far short of expectations.

Asked for curtain bangs and got uneven, very short bangs. There's absolutely no way to fix this, it is going to take at least six months to grow out the hack job that was done, enough to get someone to try to make it look presentable. There was so much hairspray put in my hair - and it was not blown dry completely, so it frizzed and the frizz was held with hairspray - that it felt sticky and clumpy. I used to walk out with "three day hair" and this time I was washing my hair within hours because it felt like a helmet. I'm unfortunately going to be looking for a new salon. Dexter was the reason to come here. Everyone is VERY nice, but nice isn't what's on my head 24/7. I'm very disappointed.
