Came yesterday for a pedicure. Said I only wanted regular polish, the women doing my nails pushed me to get gel saying only $5 more when it was indeed not. Regular price was $35 for pedicure and they charged me $47. Owner commented saying must be your miscommunication and gel is more than a $5 upcharge yet I have called 2 salons today and 1 told me $7 upcharge and the other told me it's included. Moral of the story. Call or have things documented or go somewhere else! read more

My nails always look great when they are done and they last up to 3 weeks. They are always busy, but the wait isn't every to long. read more

I don't post bad reviews but this needs to be read. I got a pedicure April 2022, first time ever at this salon. Waited almost an hour to be seen and I should have just left before waiting that long. Got a regular pedicure and manicure and the process was fine. However, polish started coming off the next day but I knew it wasn't gel so it wouldn't last as long. Fast forward to September 2022. I go to another salon for a pedicure before vacation and the nail tech asks me if I had dropped something on my big toe because the nail was raised and looked funny. I didn't think anything of it until October when both big toenails started hurting me. Went to my doctor and she referred me to a dermatologist for nails and other reasons. Dermatologist told me that I had a fungus on both big toenails. Prescribed a polish for treatment but now it's been over a year and I'm still dealing with it and I've been told that it can take years to get rid of the fungus. I've gotten pedicures for years and have never had any issues until I went to this salon. If you want a pedicure, please be careful when going there because this has been a very very expensive and aggravating journey and I wouldn't want anyone to go through this. Thankfully I have insurance but if you don't have insurance, be very aware that if something happens, you will be spending a lot of money for doctors and prescriptions. Now I'm having to take an oral medicine to fight it. Be aware and look at reviews. Below is their response: I am sorry for the inconvenient that we might have cause and the experience you've been through. We'll do our best to correct them. At our salon, the whirlpool spa is clean and safe because we use disposable liner for every pedicure. This helps prevent client feet when soaked from get infected with any bacteria. A one time ever pedicure at any salon is unlikely to get to fungus. There are a lot of factors cause fungus toe nails: https://www.cdc.gov/fungal/nail-infections.html Again our sincerely apology. The staff at T Nails cares about their customers. I wouldn't go to anyone else for my nails. The wait is long sometimes because they have so many repeat customers. It's worth the wait. They've even done my husband's toes. The whole staff works so har. I'm appreciative and grateful to go there and have hands and toes like a lady. Thank you TNails! read more

Me and my granddaughter visited on Saturday to get mani-pedi's, we had a great experience.....my nails are just AWESOME and my grand daughter's pedicure is just as nice. The lil girl chair is darling and the attention provided was so pleasing!!!...I even had my lashes done....and I am pleased!! We will be back!! I wouldn't go back. I'm here spending time with my sister and getting the worst service, waited over an hour. They didn't ask what type of pedicure we wanted and just gave us bare minimum of a pedicure. Made rude comments and grabbing my feet aggressively and the "manager" was walking around not helping when they were busy and talked to me and my sister like we were dogs when he told us to come sit in the chairs. T Nails is beautiful. They offer 8 manicure chairs, 2 child pedi chairs and 12 adult pedi chairs. I had a gift certificate for a pedi and went on New Year's Day. It wasn't busy at all. The polish selection is lacking. The shelves are only maybe 2/3 full. Many of the polishes are old & separating. All in all it was a good experience for me. very disappointed. my mom and I both got gel with different girls and it started coming off within two days. not to mention, the workers could not understand anything we were saying & would make aggressive rude commands when they did speak. I also saw reviews about being cut when using utensils for a manicure, I was hoping just doing gel would leave me satisfied and I was not. My friend and I tried this place out for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised. They recently remodeled and the inside is beautiful. Friendly staff. Walked in and sat right down in our chairs. Very busy at 5:30. Service was excellent. Offered soda, wine or water. Cindy did my pedicure and it was excellent. Clipped my nails exactly the way I liked. Nice massage. All in all it was a wonderful experience and I will definitely go back. Fast forward 3 months later. Same friend and I had appointments for pedicures on a Saturday. Waited just a few minutes and were seated. One lady began working my friend while I sat for over 25 minutes with my feet in the water. When someone FINALLY came over she ripped my toenail so bad that it began bleeding! She never said she was sorry just looked over to her non English speaking co worker and whispered something in Vietnamese and they both laughed. I got up from the chair and walked directly out that place and I can promise you i will never go back. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else. Obviously didn't have enough people working because 2 pedicures took 2 hours. Arrived at 11:30 and only 5 customers with one finishing up. The lady working on my daughter got up no less than 6 times to answer the phone or talk to other people with no explanation or apology. I noticed she spent more time watching The Young and the Restless than attending to the pedicures we were paying for. The shop looks fantastic, just wish the service was better. Best pedicure by Rose!!!!! OMGerrrrd!! A wonderful leg and foot massage... The best I've ever had!!!!! Very pleased!!!!!

It's fine if you're stuck and need a mani. But for a more generous experience you need to drive out further. They didn't use any soap or oil to soften cuticles. Just plain water. They didn't clean up any of the splotches on the side of the nail. I had to ask for a top coat. Maybe they would have done that but there was little communication. I had to insist on paying before they applied the color. I'm not sure how they thought I was going to avoid smudges or if they thought I'd be cool w them getting into my purse. That said, the resulting manicure looked fine. I bought nail polish remover to take care of the splotches. But it just wasn't a fun experience. read more

I went to T Nails today and the service was AWFUL. The worker doing my mom's pedicure cut her and caused her to bleed. I had to sit in the chair until my mom was completely done because they do not have enough workers. The one that did my pedicure was far more interested in what was on tv than focusing on my feet. Just tried this place and wasn't very happy with the experience. The lady doing my manicure made my cuticle bleed. She didn't use soap or oils for my hands while soaking, just water. I got a French manicure gel set and the lines of the white tips are very crooked. The entire time the lady was looking over at her phone on Facebook. She kept stopping to swipe her phone every time the screen went dark. And then she would stop for a few seconds in between painting my nails to read her Facebook posts. Very unprofessional! Since this place has remodeled, you would think they need the customers to help pay for it but I won't be back. It's hard supporting your local businesses in town when they do a crappy job! Guess I'll have to drive 45min away to Apex, NC for a manicure. read more

Let me preface this by saying I'm not one to vent, but about 6 months ago, I got a pedicure from a particular lady at this salon. (Granted, I have been satisfied with ANY manicure that they've done...ever.) I mentioned having an ingrown toenail issue and said lady proceeded to basically dig a moat between the nail and the skin on the left side of the big toe on my left foot. Ouch! A week later, my toe became infected, and long story short, in May, after 2 trips to Urgent Care, I took myself to a foot and ankle dr and had an ingrown removed. Well...let's fast forward to last Monday. It had been a while since I'd had a pedicure done at this salon. I thought I'd give it another chance. Low and behold, the same lady began filling up the water and prepping for my feet. I should've gone with my instinct to leave. However, I stayed and decided to give her another chance. The pedicure was great!! I was pleased. She didn't dig a moat, but....she did clip the outside right corner of my nail. It didn't hurt, so I thought all was well and figured my choice to stay was justified. Meh....not really. The next day, the outside of the SAME BIG TOE as before became red. Jump ahead a few days, it seemed there may be some infection in it (unlike the time before when it was an ingrown nail problem.) My toe does not hurt, but something she did, something she used, did not agree with the cuticle of my big toe. Now, I should have gone in 6 months ago and said something. I know that. And I probably should have gone in 3 days post pedicure this time...but I didn't. All this said, I would advise you to choose your pedicurist carefully. I'm thankful for no pain, and I'm keeping medicine on it...but she will never give me another pedicure. (I rate it "one star" for pedicures, but "5 stars" for manicures.) read more
