Lots of staff walking around doing absolutely nothing. This place needs a DEEP CLEAN ASAP IT SMELSS LIKE FARTS everywhere you go Employees were nice and I didn't have a bad experience with any of them. However, they are not given ample training or direction. I don't think I will be back, we had to go wait 30 minutes to rock climb. Kids running at 50mph around every corner. It's just too chaotic.

The website is awful, membership management cannot happen without contacting customer service, you can't call them, you have to send messages, and their staff are young kids. My personal negative experience has to do with memberships. I took my grandson into the park to buy a membership and play with his friends, and after standing in line for ten minutes, I was told I had to purchase online, that I couldn't purchase in the facility. So I stepped aside, giving up my place on a long line, went online and quickly purchased a membership. What I didn't realize was that I purchased an additional two memberships that I had been considering purchasing months - maybe even a year - earlier. Apparently they were still sitting in my cart. If you spent any time on their website you would see why this wasn't easy to see or know at the time. As soon as I pressed purchase, that's when I saw that I had purchased three memberships. I immediately told the young lady behind the front counter, and she told me there was nothing she could do, other than have me put my information on a sheet she handed me - she told me that's how cancelations are done. The company refused to cancel my accidental purchases. They told me the price is for unlimited visits and they can't offer that without locking people into a six month contract. I totally understand and agree - except in this situation it was quite clear that I had purchased memberships I didn't mean to purchase and I had asked for help within minutes and there was nobody to help me. Very disappointing and very expensive lesson. I absolutely do not recommend this business.

And when you see the…read moreall American magic shop crammed into a dying mall, you think I don't know if this new venture is going to last... After talking with the owner and one of his good friends it was a customer that like hanging around I realize that he has been a huge part of the local magic community for probably longer than I've been alive. So, in that case it's not a new venture, but instead one cemented into the culture, trying to save a once thriving mall. He demo'd a bunch of tricks and addressed some previous magic tricks we had seen over the years. We got a few 'joke scratch offs' and repeaked my interest in flash paper and cotton... even purchase some upcoming tickets to a future Magic show... I am not sure how anything is going to survive in the Lloyd Center these days but I really hope it comes back because I really used to enjoy the Lloyd Center and the ice rink in the mall filled with shops... This place is a wealth of knowledge and a wealth of fun if you've had some kids and you even remember the days when magic was magical to you come in and check this place out have some fun have a book a few tricks for the kids because I know it was a huge part of my life growing up !

There are MANY benefits to…read morehaving Peachy Keen Coordination a part of your wedding planning and wedding day, but the best for us was that we could really enjoy our engagement period AND be present at our wedding day knowing Cindy was on our team. We booked the Millions of Peaches option, so we really got to know Cindy through the 12 months of preparation for our wedding. She is kind, talented, and now a dear friend! Cindy kept us informed on every COVID-19 update and how we could pivot our wedding to safely celebrate in the guidelines. Our wedding was a complete build-out at a private residence which required a lot of planning and organization. Cindy arranged multiple site visits with our other vendors and was always supportive of our vision above all else. I cannot state enough how organized Cindy is, from budget spreadsheets and RSVP tracking to seating charts and timelines; our other wedding vendors loved working with her! During the week of our wedding, she was on site every day overseeing set-up and she ran the best wedding rehearsal I have ever been a part of! On our wedding day, she arrived six hours before the ceremony to do day-of set up and stayed hours after the guests had left to clean up... outstanding! She even helped make sure we filled out the marriage license correctly. It was pure joy to see our wedding vision realized and everything went so smoothly because Cindy was always working in the background! I truly believe we would not have had a better experience with anyone else, and if we had to do it all over, I would pick Peachy Keen Coordination every time!

Even if you tell yourself "I'm just having an intimate wedding, I don't need a planner", let me be the one to tell you that hiring Cindy is worth it! Untraditional couple, family drama, pandemic hangups and curveballs, rain for the first time in months during wedding week - our wedding had it all, and Cindy handled it seamlessly by being proactive and anticipating needs and changes before they became problems. I was busy with medical school, but she understood my intentions, personality, and vision and took every burden off my shoulders she could during the process. She is highly organized, compassionate, smart, direct, and just fun to talk with. She knew when to clue me in and when to handle it herself, and she gave me honest opinions on my vendors that truly helped me select the best team. Day before and day of, she coordinated everything flawlessly. Let me tell you right now- there is a LOT more than you think to be done wedding week and you will have so much more time to just enjoy if you hire Cindy. Cindy is a true pro in the PNW wedding industry and I highly recommend she be your first investment for your wedding.

I consider myself a strong planner and until about 6 weeks out from my perfect shower / party weekend I had intended on managing everything on my own until I realized what I was looking to do (catering, dance club decor, photo booth and in house club themed backdrop / lighting, willamette valley wine tour w/ party bus transport) was completely impossible. Queue Treadway Events! I found Brandon, Charles and team after a quick search and was almost immediately contacted to schedule a consult. The Treadway team paid close attention to every detail of my vision and put together a plan with multiple options related to each piece for my consideration within a few days. After providing some initial guidance I didn't make it easy on them, requesting tweaks and even some pretty big changes within just a few days of the events taking place. Every aspect of the weekend end to end was executed perfectly and I was left in awe and completely stress free, able to fully enjoy the time with all my favorite gals which was really the ultimate goal. I cannot recommend Treadway more for ANY event you've got coming up and can't wait to work with them again! THANK YOU!
