I paid over $300 for my taxes with no property attached . Recently they canceled my appointment without my knowledge due to me not sending docs knowing I was out of town. They wanted to charge me a $50 rebooking fee. Then hung up on me when I tried to explain the issue . Ben refused to speak to me even though I had been a consistent client . I don't think this company cares about the clients but more of the money that is coming in. Very disappointing and upsetting. Knowing that tax season is very stressful to some who have to pay the IRS they should have more customer service manners . Do better! I am sure they will respond with a negative. But that's ok.
